Abstract

An organization or a company must be able to manage its management to win the competition in an all-competitive era in order to survive to grow and develop in accordance with company goals. Every organization always has problems on human resources. Therefore, with the existence of the problem, it is necessary to have a leader who has transfrormational leadership patterns so that problems within the company can be resolved. In addition to improving the performance of employees within the company, organizational commitment and high work motivation are needed in order to achieve and fulfill company goals well.This study aims to examine the influence of Transformational Leadership (X1), Organizational Commitment (X2) and Work Motivation (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) at Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Amuntai Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara, either partially or simultaneously. Samples were taken as many as 67 employees using saturated sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaire while data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis through SPSS program version 23.00The test result proves that Trasnformational Leadership had a significant effect on Employee Performance partially with the influence of 81,1% including very strong category, Organizational Commitment has significant influence to Employee Performance partially with big influence 44,3% including strong enough category, Work Motivation has significant effect to Performance Employees partially with a large influence of 61.9% including strong category while simultaneously Leadership Trasformasional, Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation significant effect on Employee Performance with a large influence 88.4% including very strong category while the remaining 11.6% influenced by another variable.Keywords: Transformasional Leadership, Organizational Commitment, Motivation Employment and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the work environment (X) on employee performance (Y) at PT. Budi Anugrah Bersama. The approach taken is quantitative and type of research (explanatory research). The population and sample in the study were 61 people. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and questionnaires. Likert scale variables are examined. The questionnaire was tested with a validity test and a reliability test. Data processing using SPSS version 21.0, analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis testing with simple linear regression.The validity test results for the working environment are valid because r > 0.3 and the reliability test shows reliable because of alpha cronboarch> 0.6. Normality test is obtained at 0.05 and it is said that the data is normally distributed and on the normal line the plot shows the point of the graph spreading around the diagonal line and following the diagonal line.The conclusion of this study has a significant effect on the work environment by 72% on the performance of employees at PT.Budi Anugrah Bersama.Keywords: Working Environment, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Store Image, Store Athmosphere, and Store Theatric on Impulse Buying mediated by Positive Emotions at Banjarmasin Cosmetics Shop.This research method uses quantitative research methods. Using a purposive sampling technique by collecting data through the distribution of questionnaires to consumers Banjarmasin Princess Cosmetics Shop who make purchases outside of planning, and at least 17 years old. The total sample in this study were 100 people. Abstract

There is a risk that the transition process from the mining construction stage to the mining production operation stage will fail, which will have an impact on the production operation going forward. The impact of productivity, cost, social and security, commitment to customers are concerns. This study aims to find out what happened during the transition phase of construction to mining production operations at PT Maruwai Coal.To achieve these objectives this research uses a qualitative approach, case studies, data collection by interviews, observations and documentation and directly involved in the Operations Readiness process.The steps to create an Operations Readiness Plan and an Operations Readiness Execution Plan are critical in determining the success of Operations Readiness, which focuses on building a team, licensing and community acceptance, building infrastructure and mapping operational needs and schedules.Thus Operation Readiness requires a schedule, budget, organizational structure and senior management commitment. Operations Readiness must be considered for implementation by mining companies in preparing new mining operations from the start.Keywords: Operations Readiness, PT Maruwai Coal

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance, Organizational Commitment on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable between Transformational Leadership and Employee Performance, and Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable between Organizational Commitments and Employee Performance.The population of the study was all employees totaling 40 people. Data collection using a questionnaire with Likert Scale. Data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method.The results showed that Transformational Leadership has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction but does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction does not have a significant effect as an intervening variable between Transformational Leadership and Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction has a significant influence as an intervening variable between Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance.Keywords : Transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Transformational Leadership (X1) and Compensation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Melati Soeroza Indah Perdana located in North Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. Samples were taken as many as 54 employees using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection uses a questionnaire while data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.The test results prove Transformational Leadership (X1) has a significant effect on performance with a large effect of 34.88%, Compensation (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Simultaneously the Transformational Leadership (X1) and Compensation (X2) variables have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a large effect of 24.81%.Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Compensation, Job Satisfaction and Employee performance

Abstract

The Influence of Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and Transformational Leadership Styles on Employee Performance With Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in the Mining Support Division of PT Kaltim Prima Coal.This study aims to test the influence of organizational culture (X1), work motivation (X2) and transformational leadership style (X3) on employee performance (Y2) through job satisfaction (Y1) in the Mining Support Division of PT Kaltim Prima Coal. This study took a sample of 62 respondent. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis.The results show the influence of organizational culture on positive but insignificant job satisfaction, the influence of transfomasional leadership motivation and style on positive and significant job satisfaction; the influence of organizational culture on employee performance is insignificant and positive; the influence of motivation and transformational leadership style on employee performance is significant and positive; and the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance is significant and positive.Keywords: Job Motivation, Work Discipline, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance

Abstract

The potential of each source of power humans that exist within the company should be able to be utilized as well as possible, so it is able to provide the results of that maximum. Companies and employees are two things that need each other . If the employee managed to bring progress for the company, profits are obtained will be picked by both sides parties . For employees, the success is aktualisai potential of self as well the opportunity to meet the needs of life. While the company or agency , success is a means towards the growth and development of the company or institution that . Along with its development , the company often times neglect of management source power of man who owned.This study aims to examine the effect of Job Satisfaction (X1) and Self Efficacy (X2) on Job Performance (Y) on Employee PT. Tanjung Baru Kalimantan Selatan. Samples were taken as many as 93 employees using the Slovin formula . Data collection using questionnaire while data analysis using Analysis SmartPLS through the program PLS Version 2.0.The test result proves that Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Job Performance with the influence of 42,3% including very enough category, Self Efficacy has significant influence to Job Performance with big influence 47,5% including strong enough category, while Self Efficacy significant effect on Job Satisfaction with a large influence 67,2% including very strong categoryKeywords: Job Satisfaction, Self Efficacy, Job Performance

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analysis the effects of quality services and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty with mediating customer trust of the activesavers. This research is an explanatory-causality which tests and analysis 5 direct effects and 2 mediation effect. Target population of this research is the activesavers/customer PT Bank Bukopin Banjarmasin Branch. The quantitative data is processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), aided by SmartPLS Software.The research findings demonstrate that (1) service quality have positive signifikan effect on customer trust (H1) and on customer loyalty (H2); (2) customer satisfaction positif insignificance effect on customer trust, but positive significance effect on customer loyalty; (3) customer trust have positive significance effect on customer loyalty (H5); (4) customer trust have positive significance partially-mediation the effect of quality service on customer loyalty (H6); and (5) customer trust no mediation the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The power relevant predictive this loyalty model at minimum moderate/medium.Keywords: Quality Service, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Trust, and Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Effect of Service Quality on Customer Loyalty with Customer Satisfaction (Case Study of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Persero Tbk Banjarmasin Samudera Branch. The type used in this research is explanatory research because this research explains the causal relationship between research variables through the hypothesis test that has been formulated previously. The analytical method uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) Program. The results of this study prove that Service Quality has no effect on Customer Satisfaction at BRI Bank Prince Samudera Banjarmasin Branch, while Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. And Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty.The results of this study prove that Service Quality has no effect on Customer Satisfaction at BRI Bank Prince Samudera Banjarmasin Branch, while Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty.
