The Scope of Paradigma Journal Scientific Studies on Science : an interdisciplinary research area that seeks to situate scientific expertise in broad social, historical, and philosophical contexts Religious Studies : an academic field devoted to research into religious beliefs, behaviors, and institutions. It describes, compares, interprets, and explains religion, emphasizing systematic, historically based, and cross-cultural perspectives. Cultural Studies : an interdisciplinary research on the formation of knowledge, power, and difference. It traces the relationships among aesthetic, anthropological, and political economic aspects of cultural production and reproduction.

Abstract

Natural resources policy have enhanced the development of primary sector which produced the primary out put. So that primary output will be taken by region where the natural resources located. But in the other side the secondary output or tertiary output did not depend on with the location of natural endowment. The deference of speed of spreading of each out put has brought the different in the development of kabupaten region.

Abstract

Perkembangan perekonomian Indonesia belakangan ini terasa sangat lambat jika dibandingkan dengan beberapa negara Asia seperti Vietnam, Laos maupun Thailand. Negara-negara tersebut telah mampu mcniacu perekonomiannya jauh lebih cepat demikian juga perkembangan perekonomian dunia, namun hal ini belum begitu berpengaruh terhadap perekonomian Indonesia. Perkembangan perekonomian Indonesia yang lambat tersebut semakin memicu bertambahnya pengangguran di dalam negeri.

Abstract

The development of the economic region was dcpcnt on several factors such as natural resources endowment, appropriate policies, infrastructure, economic interaction among kabupaten region and it’s location. Such factor will classified into three components of regional economic development. There arc province development factor, mix development factor and competitive development factor. The performance of combination of the three factors will execute the sector or the administrative region classified as the fast growing or the late growing.
