Abstract

The present article aims to discuss focus the concept of religion as well as the role of religious leaders as agents of dialogue to maintain religious harmony and tolerance. The present study applies a qualitative study by investigating several literatures related to the subject of research. The findings of the present study indicate that the concept of religion needs to be rejuvenated. In addition, religious leaders should get involved in efforts to spread moderate religious values, tolerance and peace, to practice the fiqh (theory or philosophy of Islamic law) that promotes the coexistence between religions, spreading inclusive and tolerant ideas, reducing prejudiced political movement, (5) istiqomah (steadfastness) towards the constitution in order to care for diversity, and (6) maintain a cool atmosphere. Finally, this study concludes that religious leaders have a very strategic role and task to channel positive energy to their followers so that they can collaborate to build a common ground with a solid humanistic foundation.

Abstract

The purpose of the current research is to analyze the influence of Human Resources (HR) management certification as well as work motivation toward the performance of HR managers in Indonesia. The current research uses a quantitative method by distributing a set of questionnaires to the participants. Data was collected from a group of human resource managers in Indonesia. The results were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using quantitative methods using AMOS software. The results show that the variable of HR management certification has a partial positive effect on motivation as indicated by the regression coefficient value of 0.412. The HR manager certification variable has a partial negative effect on the performance of human resource managers. This is shown by the regression coefficient value of -0.009. The work motivation variable for HR managers has a partial positive effect on the performance of human resource managers. The regression coefficient value of 0.349 shows those points. The HR manager certification variable as well as work motivation have a positive influence on the performance of HR managers. This effect is represented by a regression coefficient of 0.144. Thus, the implementation of the certification program must be well designed to improve the performance of HR managers. In addition, well-established plans can create a healthy environment that increases the incentives for HR managers to give their best performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of understanding of the rules of the game of futsal (laws of the game) among students participating in futsal extracurricular activities for SMA/SMK in Rawalumbu District, Bekasi City. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive presented in the form of a percentage. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the level of understanding of the rules of the game of futsal (laws of the game) in futsal extracurricular participants throughout Rawalumbu District, Bekasi City in the "less" category is 0%, and "sufficient" is 0%. This means that there are no students participating in futsal extracurricular activities who have "low" and "sufficient" abilities towards understanding the rules of the game of futsal (laws of the game). While students participating in extracurricular futsal in the "very good" category were 23 respondents (38.33%) and "good" were 37 respondents (61.67%). This means that all student respondents participating in the futsal extracurricular activities for high schools/vocational schools in Rawalumbu District, Bekasi City have good knowledge of the rules of the game of futsal (laws of the game). Thus it was concluded that the level of understanding of the rules of the game of futsal (laws of the game) in the extracurricular participants in the futsal extracurricular SMA/SMK in Rawalumbu District, Bekasi City, was in the "good" category with an average score of 23.36.

Abstract

Man must work to make the necessities of life. The more actively people try to use knowledge and skills, it will make it easier for themselves to life. The Covid-19 pandemic is very influential for the economy of the community. Many people experience a decrease in income and even job loss, so having extensive knowledge and qualified skills is very important to be able to survive in difficult situations. Ibnu Khaldun in the book of Muqaddimah, describes the various skills that become the joints of economic strength, namely agricultural skills, architectural skills, carpentry skills, spining and sewing skills, obstetrics skills, and medical expertise. People who have special skills and are able to take advantage of opportunities according to current conditions will be easier to get income in meeting their needs.

Abstract

The development of Islamic Financial Institutions over the last few decades has experienced a significant increase. This increase should be followed by the provision of human resources that are useful as motors in these Islamic financial institutions. The Islamic Banking Department is one of the main partners in the Islamic finance industry in ensuring the availability of human resources. The curriculum that is used as learning outcomes must be synergized with the industrial world and market needs. A link and match synergy between higher education service providers with output in the form of competent graduates and the availability of jobs is urgently needed. Islamic University 45 with a major in Islamic banking carried out stages in designing a curriculum involving associations, representatives of Islamic financial institutions, representatives of Vocational Schools, Alumni and Experts in order to obtain a curriculum that is able to adapt to changes and market needs. The steps for compiling the curriculum are in accordance with systematic stages and reduce the gap between the world of education and the world of the Islamic finance industry.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is important for services company. The study aims to look out issues that need to be concern of Islamic bank as implications related to the quality of mobile banking services which can increase customer satisfaction of Islamic banks. This article reviews some previous study of customer satisfaction on mobile banking service quality of Islamic Bank. As a result, Islamic banks need to make improvements in online information system quality, where Islamic banks must be able to provide the quality of information presented in their mobile banking applications, form and manage qualified human resources, who understand in the fields of Islamic economics and banking as well as information technology and use sophisticated IT systems in their mobile banking products to compete with conventional banks.

Abstract

The rise of foreign cultures entering Indonesia has made people, especially teenagers, following popular trend. One of the cultures that infiltrates Indonesia is Japanese culture. Otaku/Weeaboo phenomenon is a common trend among children, teenagers, and adults. One of the negative influences of these trends is having a woman who likes boys' love or yaoi, commonly known as Fujoshi. The present research is qualitative one because it uses interview and observation methods to deeply explore the perceptions of an Otaku based on moral reasoning with interactive data analysis from Miles and Huberman. Using a snowball sampling technique with four subjects and three informants, the results showed that based on moral reasoning on Otaku, three out of four Otaku had a positive perceptions of Fujoshi, while one out of four Otaku had a negative perceptions of Fujoshi.

Abstract

The present research aims to analyse Students' Strategies in Coping with Anxiety in Speaking English. The research question of this research is what are the students’ strategies in coping with anxiety in speaking English. The aim of this research is to investigate the kinds of students’ strategies in coping with anxiety in speaking English. In this research the writer used a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data was collected from the students of second semester English Education Study Program Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Pakuan University. The instrument used were observation, questionnaire and interview. The result shows that the students of the second semester English Education Study Program Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Pakuan University carried out the five strategies, namely preparation, relaxation, positive thinking, peer seeking and resignation. It is in line with a theory proposed by Kondo & Ling (2004). The students apply these strategies with various activities. By doing these strategies the students can reduce the anxiety they feel when speaking English, feel more prepared to speak English, and calmer when speaking English. In addition, they can be more confident in speaking English and their ability to speak English can increase. Therefore, it is very good for students to do these strategies.

Abstract

Rhetoric of da'wah will determine the success or failure of a "persuade" conveyed by preachers. The use of rhetorical sentences gives an impression of a "falseness" was actually used by Prophet Abraham and Prophet Joseph Peace Upon Them when preaching.This article proves to present one of the rhetorical models spoken by Prophet Abraham and Prophet Joseph Peace Upon Them. The research method used in this research is the library study method. This method was chosen because researchers are more able to explore related texts that contain the rhetoric of the preaching of the prophets. Prophet Abraham gave an example of his rhetoric when he destroyed obedient idols and Prophet Joseph gave an interpretation of dreams. It is this rhetoric that makes debaters or people who are enemies of them aware of the true truth through different ways between prophets from one another due to the conditions of the people of different times and conditions.
