Abstract

Human resources are one of the most important assets of a company. Improving the quality of human resources aims to improve employee performance in a productive and professional manner. Employee contributions can have an impact on the company because if an employee performs well, they will also make a good contribution. The company's provision of salaries in the form of incentives and training is aimed at improving the performance of Branch Office of Bank Syariah Mandiri’s employees at Balikapapn. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of incentives and training on employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods with a number of respondents up to 45 employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri. This study uses multiple linear regression. In some cases, incentives have no effect on employee performance, while the provision of training has a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial attitudes, entrepreneurial traits, and entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions of students majoring in OTKP SMK Ipiems Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. This type of research data is primary data derived from direct observation and questionnaire answers. The place for conducting this research is at SMK Ipiems Surabaya. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. Total 56 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observations. Data analysis used classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS application. The results of this study state that there is no influence of entrepreneurship attitude and entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurship intention. The proof is from the results of the T test, where in the SPSS output table it is known that the t value of the entrepreneurship attitude variable is 0.288 <t table 2.019 and the t value of the entrepreneurship education variable is 0.784 <t table 2.019. Meanwhile, perceived desirability has an effect on entrepreneurship intention. The proof is through the results of the T test on the SPSS output table, it is obtained that the t value of the perceived desirability variable is 2.683> t table 2.019.

Abstract

This study mainly discusses about tourism marketing with the purpose to investigate and determine the effect of Dilan 1990 movie on visit intention to Bandung. The aims of this study also to find out the different impact of visit intention after Dilan 1990 movie during pandemic COVID-19 with perceived risk as moderation. This type of research was exploratory research and used quantitative analysis. Data processing used SEM-PLS analysis techniques and the results of this study indicated that Dilan 1990 movie had a positive and significant effect to visit intention. However, between Dilan 1990 movie and visit intention to Bandung had no effect on perceived risk moderation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work capability, service procedures and service quality on service satisfaction in the Sub Division of Finance, Faculty of Sports Science, Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES). Quantitative research is used in research. The number of respondents to the study was 248 persons and taken with simple random sampling techniques. The questionnaire, interview, and observation methods are methods in collecting data for this research. The results found that work capability has a significance of 0.000, service procedures have a significance of 0.001, and service quality has a significance of 0.000. Thus, all independent variables, namely work capability, service procedures, and quality of service, significantly influence the satisfaction of financial services in the Sub Division of Finance at Faculty of Sports Science, UNNES. Service satisfaction will create customer trust, so institutions need to pay attention to the components that affect it, such as the work capabilities of employees, service procedures, and quality of service. Therefore, this research dramatically contributes to the sustainability of quality services and satisfies customers at the Faculty of Sports Sciences, UNNES.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Digital Sharia Pawnshop application (PSD) is one of the application-based Pawnshop services that helps customers make Sharia Pawn transactions via smartphones, with the Digital Sharia Pawnshop application, it is hoped that it will make it easier for customers to transact. Interest in using Digital Sharia Pawnshops among Sharia Pegadaian customers is still relatively low, therefore the researcher is motivated by the lack of sharia pawnshop customers in the Indramayu branch who have used the Digital Sharia Pawnshop application. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of perceived usefulness on interest in using Digital Sharia Pawnshop services, to determine the effect of perceived ease of use on interest in using Digital Sharia Pawnshop services, to determine the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on interest in using Digital Sharia Pawnshop services. This study was shown to determine whether there is an influence of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on interest in using digital sharia services at the sharia pawnshop Indramayu branch. This study uses quantitative methods with a total sample of 95 respondents. Sampling using probability sampling technique with random sampling method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study include the research instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination test. Based on the results of the study, the results of the partial test (t test) indicate that the perceived usefulness of the value of tcount > ttable is 2,636 > 2,028 and a significant value of 0.010 means that there is a significant and significant effect on the interest in using digital sharia pawnshop services, the perception of ease of use is obtained by the value of tcount > ttable, namely 3,474 > 2,028 and a significant value of 0.001 means that it has a significant and significant effect on interest in using digital sharia pawnshop services. The results of the simultaneous test (F test) show that the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use are obtained by the value of Fcount > Ftable, which is 11.058 > 2.70, meaning that there is a significant and significant effect on interest in using. The R value is 0.193 so it can be seen that the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use contributes 19.3% to the interest in using digital sharia pawnshop services. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of service quality, price, and brand image toward customer satisfaction on GrabBike online transportation services in Malang City, either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study comes from the customers who use the GrabBike online transportation in Malang City which consists of 100 respondents. The sampling technique that used in this study is purposive sampling with the respondent's criteria, namely the Malang citizens who used GrabBike more than three times in less than six months and have Grab application on their own smartphone. The results of this study indicates that service quality, price, and brand image has a positive and significant impact toward customer satisfaction on using GrabBike online transportation services in Malang City, either partially or simultaneously. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that service quality, price, and brand image has a positive and significant impact toward customer satisfaction on using GrabBike online transportation services in Malang City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze differences in the financial performance of conventional banks in Indonesia before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The ratios used are Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return on Assets (ROA), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Net Interest Margin (NIM) using correlation test and paired sampled test. The results showed a significant decrease and difference between before and during the pandemic for the ratio of ROA, LDR, and NIM. for CAR and BOPO at banks in Indonesia, it turned out that there was an increase during covid. Still, based on different test results, there was no difference for the CAR ratio before and during the pandemic. Credit restructuring and a reduction in the reserve requirement ratio for banks are expected to stabilize banking conditions in Indonesia in the future
