Abstract

The main problem in this study is the low learning outcomes of social studies for III grade students of SDN 50 Bulu’ Datu Palopo . There is also the problem formulation, that is : can the purpose of this study is that student learning outcomes can be improved by using picture media in class III SDN 50 Bulu’ DATU Palopo on subject IPS. held three times, with the planning stage act of observation and reflection. The subject of this research is class students III SDN 50 Bulu’ Datu Palopoin odd semester of school year 2018/2019 with a total of 23 students . The results of the show that : with the use of media images off class III  SDN 50 Bulu’ Datu Palopo students’ learning outcomes conducted in two cycles shows that student learning outcomes have increased,from the cycle I average value 72 with percentage of completeness 65%, while cycle II average value 92 with percentage of complete 100% and has fulfilled the value KKM that is 70.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the provision of strengthening local wisdom and knowing the motivation to learn Social Sciences (IPS) students in the subject matter of the natural environment and the artificial environment through the provision of local wisdom strengthening in class III SD Islam Datok Sulaiman Palopo. This study uses a type of experimental research with a design or design Quasi Experimental Design using the research technique Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Data in the study were collected using observation, testing, and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the provision of local wisdom reinforcement is effective for increasing students' learning motivation in Social Sciences. It is evident from the results of descriptive statistical analysis that the average score of Social Sciences learning outcomes of experimental class students is 81.03 while the average score of the learning outcomes of the control class is 66.81. The results of inferential statistical analysis obtained zhit = 3.92 with a significant level of 5% obtained ztab = 1.64 means zhit > ztab which causes H0 to be rejected and H1 accepted. This shows that the learning motivation of Social Sciences students whose learning applies local wisdom reinforcement is better than the learning motivation of Social Sciences students who study without applying the provision of local wisdom. Thus, the provision of strengthening local wisdom is one of the effective ways to increase students' learning motivation in Social Sciences.

Abstract

The focus of the problem in this research is the application of the method of word guessing and improvement of science learning outcomes in the human digestive organ material in grade V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah 43 Batulotong. Furthermore, this study aims to improve students' understanding in teaching subjects IPA Madrasah Ibtidaiyah 43 Batulotong so that the quality of learning can be achieved optimally. This research uses qualitative approach and quantitative approach with Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is designed through three cycles. The research data obtained were analyzed by using descriptive statistic formula (percentage) to express descriptively the research result. Furthermore, to discuss and explain the results of research that is qualitative descriptive techniques used data reduction analysis, data presentation, and conclusion. From the research results showed that in the pre cycle stage, the average value of student learning outcomes is 50.70. With a classical thoroughness of 7.69%. After implemented by applying the method of guessing words, in the first cycle, the average score of student learning outcomes is 63.92 with 39% complete classical learning. Furthermore, in cycle II with the average value of student learning outcomes is 88.62 with 79.16% classical learning completeness. Then, continued in cycle III with the average value of student learning outcomes is 90.42 with classical learning completeness 88.46%. Thus, students' learning outcomes on science lessons in grade V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah by applying the word guess method can increase in each cycle. Therefore, the method of word guessing should be used as a reference by teachers in science learning activities in SD / MI, especially in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah 43 Batulotong.

Abstract

This research discusses the improvement of students' understanding of mathematics, especially flat-up material. To find out whether the application of origami paper media in class VI MI Datok Sulaiman can improve students' understanding. This research is classroom action research (CAR) which consists of two cycles, each cycle carried out as much as 2 meetings, with stages of Planning, Implementation, Observation, and Reflection. The results showed that: by applying origami paper media can improve the material understanding of students 'flat wake, Based on the test of student learning outcomes in the sixth grade of MI Datok Sulaiman Putra Palopo which was conducted in two cycles showed that students' learning outcomes increased, from the first cycle the average score the mean is 76 with a percentage of completeness of 71% while the second cycle has an average value of 87 with a percentage of 96% and has met the KKM value of 70.

Abstract

The main problem in this research is that students find it difficult to find ideas about the material they want to write and students also do not participate in learning activities. The things to be achieved in this study are to find out whether there is an increase in students' creative writing skills and to find out whether students can be more active in the learning process activities. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) which consists of two cycles, each cycle carried out in 3 meetings, with stages of Planning, Implementation, Observation, and Reflection. The subjects of this study were fifth-grade students of MI Datok Sulaiman Palopo, which numbered 35 students. The results showed that: with the implementation of the Group Investigation model can improve learning outcomes and activate students in the learning process, each cycle experienced an increase. Based on the test of learning outcomes of students in the fifth grade of MI Datok Sulaiman Palopo, two cycles showed that student learning outcomes from the first cycle were 53.71 while the second cycle was 81.57 and had fulfilled the KKM value of 70

Abstract

This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is the main problem of the low level of mathematics learning outcomes of class III students of MI Datok Sulaiman Palopo City. The research subjects were MI Datok Sulaiman third grade students in the odd semester of 2018/2019 school year with 28 students. This study was carried out in two cycles with number line material. Data collection techniques used consist of tests, observations, and documentation. Data processing and analysis techniques used are quantitative data analysis and qualitative analysis. The results showed that the learning outcomes with the number line material obtained by the average learning outcomes of students in cycle I was 64.85 including the category of not achieving the KKM score (Minimum Completeness Criteria) with the number of students completing learning were 11 people with a percentage of 39%, and learning outcomes in the second cycle on average obtained 82.89 including very good category with the number of students completing 26 with a percentage of 93%. This research was declared successful with the use of concrete media to improve mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

Peneliti ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan belajar membaca siswa melalui metode kata lembaga dengan kelas I SDN 09 Mattekko kota Palopo. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kata lembaga yang terdiri atas II siklus yang masing-masing memiliki empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Penelitian yang digunakan iyalah lembar observasi siswa dan guru, dan dokumentasi. Dengan adanya proses pembelajaran yang berlangsung  siswa lebih mudah belajar membaca  dengan  penerapan metode kata lembaga sehingga proses pembelajaran berjalan dengan baik. Penerapan metode ini mampu mengarahkan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran  membaca permulaan dimana metode kata lembaga ini mencakup beberapa kegiatan seperti merangkai huruf, merangkai kata menjadi kata, dan kata dirangka menjadi kalimat. Adanya penerapan metode kata lembaga ini, hasil belajar siswa meningkat karena metode kata lembaga ini merupakan metode yang cocok diterapkan di kelas rendah karena metode ini merangkai kata menjadi huruf dan kata dirangkai menjadi sebuah kalimat yang dapat membantu siswa dalam belajar membaca.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial teman sebaya terhadap kecemasan belajar mahasiswa dan pengaruh kepercayaan diri terhadap kecemasan belajar mahasiswa pendas di pokjar Jeneponto & Takalar tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenisnya adalah penelitian korelasional dengan rancangan ex-post facto. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumentasi Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Terbuka  di pokjar Jeneponto & Takalar yang terdaftar pada tahun ajaran 2018 yang berjumlah  299 orang dengan sampel 150. Analisis data yang digunakan adala statistik desktiptif dan statistik inferensial. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah  hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa signifikansi yang diperoleh adalah 0,200  karena nilai signifikasi  > 0,05 . Maka data tersebut berdistribusi  normal. Sedangkan hasil uji hipotesis 1 menggambarkan bahwa pengaruh dukungan sosial teman sebaya terhadap kecemasan belajar mahasiswa pendas pada pokjar Jenneponto dan Takalar 2018.  Diketahui nilai t hitung adalah 1,897 dengan tingkat sifnifikasi atau probabilitas 0,05. Jika nilai signifikasinsi atau probabilitas yang diperoleh lebih kecil dari 0,05 jika t hitung > dari t tabel maka hipotesis diterima.Sedangkan uji hipotesis 2 menggambarkan Nilai t hitung variabel dukungan sosial teman sebaya adalah 1,897 dan t tabel N= 150 sehingga df-1 = 149, dengan taraf signifikasi 5% sebesar 1,655. Maka t hitung > t tabel (1,897 > 1,655 berarti Ho ditolak  sehingga pengambilan keputusan menyatakan bahwa  terdapat hubungan positif antara dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan kecemasan belajar mahasiswa

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk penerapan penggunaan media gambar sketsa terhadap keterampilan menulis karangan deskripsi dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media gambar sketsa terhadap keterampilan menulis  karangan deskripsi pada siswa kelas III di SDN 50 Bulu Datu Kota Palopo. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian desain atau rancangan Quasi Experimental Design dengan teknik penelitian Nonequivalent  Control Group Design dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran tanpa media gambar memberikan pengaruh terhadap pemberian media gambar sketsa terhadap keterampilan menulis karangan deskripsi siswa kelas III SDN 50 Bulu’ Datu Kota Palopo dengan uji kesamaan dua rata-rata kondisi akhir antara kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen, diperoleh deviasi standar gabungan (dsg) = 8,1430dan Zhitung= 10,5367 dan Ztabel = 1,96. Dimana taraf signifikan α = 0,05. Karena Zhitung> Ztabel maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Artinya, rata-rata nilai pemahaman konsep kelas eksperimen tergolong baik dari kelas kontrol. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian media gambar sketsa dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis karangan deskripsi siswa kelas III SDN 50 Bulu’ Datu Kota Palopo. Hasil analisis data yang dilakukan setelah diterapkan media gambar yang berbeda pada kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen, terlihat bahwa nilai keterampilan menulis karangan deskripsi kedua kelas tersebut berbeda secara nyata. Artinya kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol memiliki perbedaan yang cukup signifikan.
