Abstract

Many lecture activities on campus, such as class schedules, still use the manual method to trigger them for students. This causes that the information provided is often not delivered as a result of time constraints, so manual notification is not very helpful. The media used in the informatics engineering study program to convey current information are bulletin boards and the campus' official portal website. Therefore we need a system that can convey lecture information directly to students. This study aims to build a Mobile Broadcast Application for Disseminating Lecture Information for students. The research methodology used in this research is using the waterfall model. The waterfall model provides a sequential software life-flow approach starting from analysis, design, coding, and testing. Analysis is a stage that is used to analyze the specifications or requirements for the application to be built. This research produced a Mobile Broadcast Application for Information Dissemination of Android-Based Lectures for the Informatics Engineering Study Program which makes it easier for students to obtain lecture information.

Abstract

Utilization of information systems is needed to support the development and increase in interest in learning, one of which is interest in learning to memorize the Al-Qur'an. It is no longer difficult for us to learn the Koran because now to get information about the Koran itself, it is widely available in cyberspace. itself is widely available in cyberspace. The problem faced in memorizing the Qur'an is that it is rare to repeat the memorization of the Qur'an and often forget to remember the location of the memorized verses. The research objective is to make it easier to memorize the Al-Qur'an Juz 30 and this application is intended for every Muslim who has the will to memorize the Al-Qur'an. This research produces an application that can help memorize the Al-Qura'an juz 30 anywhere and anytime, by compiling verses of the Al-Qura'an, especially juz 30.

Abstract

The Baubau City regional office is one of the regional apparatuses as an assistant element to the mayor and the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) in the administration of government affairs which are the regional authority of Baubau City. The Baubau City government office has 23 service offices spread throughout the Baubau City area with their respective roles and duties. The spread of office locations can make it difficult for the people of Baubau City and immigrant communities to find the location of the official office and information on the official office. Therefore, a geographic information system for mapping the Baubau City government office is needed. This study aims to design an android-based geographic information system application for mapping the Baubau City government office. The data used in this study is collected data on maps of the Baubau City area using Mapbox and leaflets js, interviews at each office address, collecting data on coordinate points, and some other supporting data. This research produces an application that can make it easier for users to find the location of official offices and display office information in the form of office names, addresses, coordinate points, telephone numbers, emails, websites, office pictures, and routes to the Baubau City government offices.

Abstract

Wameo Market is one of the traditional markets in Baubau City which plays an important role in promoting economic growth in the Buton Islands region. The existence of the Wameo market is very helpful, not only for the local government but also for the people who depend on trading activities. The management of the tax levy for the use of stalls is often delayed in reporting to the Trade and Industry Office of Baubau City due to the unavailability of a system that manages users of the Wameo market stalls. Therefore we need a system that can overcome these problems. This study aims to create a payment management system for market stall retribution payments electronically. The system development method used in this study is the Waterfall method. This research resulted in a user management application for the Wameo market shanties and the payment of lapak fees. Merchants can make payments with the application provided, so that field officers can easily make reports.

Abstract

Dayanu Ikhsanuddin University or better known as Unidayan is the first private university on Buton Island, located in Baubau City. The Unidayan campus consists of faculties located in different buildings. It takes time for different building layouts to determine the location of the faculty or study program as well as the intended lecture hall, therefore an application is needed that can make it easier for students to find out the location of the rooms in the faculty building. This study aims to design an application for the recognition of the Unidayan campus building using Android-based AR technology. The research resulted in an android application with Augmented Reality technology as an introduction media for Unidayan campus buildings with QR Code objects to display building plans.

Abstract

Community satisfaction is the opinion of the community in obtaining services from public administration apparatus by comparing expectations and needs. To find out whether the development plan and direction of government decisions are running as they should, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of an agency. The purpose of this research is to build an application that can inform development planning and determine the results of community satisfaction through the e-voting system and to implement the online questionnaire feature into the e-voting system intended for the community. This application is created using web programming (HTML, PHP, Javascript) then converted into an Android application using the Apk Builder. Determination of voting on development planning uses questionnaire data, where the results of filling out the questionnaire are processed using a Likert scale. Likert scale 1-5 choices, with gradations from Strongly Agree (SS) to Strongly Agree (SS) A with a weight value of 88.31 - 100.00, Agree (S) with a weight value of 76.61 - 88.30, Doubt - Doubtful (RG) with a weight value of 65.00 - 76.60, Disagree (TS) with a weight value of 15.00 - 64.99. The results of this research are in the form of an e-voting information system application for community satisfaction with development plans and the direction of government decisions which can make it easier for the community to find out about development plans that have been decided by the local government and there are e-voting facilities to regulate the level of community satisfaction with government development plans. Abstract

Anita Farma 2 Pharmacy is one of the private pharmacies in the city of Baubau which still implements a manual system for drug sales management and has not implemented a method to predict future drug sales. So that there are various kinds of drugs that experience excess stock and some drugs experience stock shortages. The purpose of this study is to make it easier to predict future drug stock requirements at Anita Farma 2 Pharmacy using the application of data mining with the web-based Single Moving Average method. The method used in this study is the Single Moving Average (SMA) method which is a technique for calculating the average of a number from the latest actual value, updated as new values become available, carried out to forecast the following periods using the method Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) to calculate the accuracy of predictions on the Single Moving Average method. The results of the research system used the Single Moving Average method, namely period 2 (M2) of 23.25%, period 3 (M3) of 26.23% and period 4 (M4) of 28.22% using 5 drug samples with sales for 5 years from January 2017 to December 2021 Among the 3 periods of drug sales forecasting tested using manual calculations with MAPE it can be concluded that period (M2) is better than periods M3 and M4 with a percentage of MAPE "Good Forecasting" of 16.67% and the smallest error rate of 23.25 %.

Abstract

The application of the Internet of Things (IoT) to electronic equipment is becoming more important to facilitate activities. The convenience of carrying out daily activities at home is more helpful if it can be done remotely. With the existence of IoT technology, the problem of turning off the house lights will be helped by a system that is controlled remotely using the internet network. This study aims to make a prototype of a remote light control device using the NodeMCU ESP8266 and utilize the blink application with IoT technology. This research produced a remote light controller prototype that can be controlled using an internet network, so that it can control lights easily and can avoid wasting electricity due to lights that have been forgotten to turn off.

Abstract

The current industrial development has entered the industrial era 4.0  marked by progress from various aspects, for example the development of microcontroller-based controller technology to be applied to smarthomes. One of them is controlling and monitoring dangerous air pollution and if it is inhaled directly by humans in large enough quantities it will cause health problems in respiratory function. There are various kinds of air pollution, such as CO and CO2 which are found in burning cigarettes or other burning which is carried out every day in households. In addition to hazardous substances, to support a complete smarthome-based research, it is also necessary to add a sensor to detect fires and gas leaks in households. This study aims to design and manufacture a room pollution detector using the MQ-2, MQ-6 and Flame Sensor sensors to detect air pollution caused by CO and CO2 and detect LPG gas leaks and detect fires with notifications via led matrix and based alarms. arduino . The results of this study indicate that to design and manufacture pollution detectors using a smoke sensor that uses Arduino Uno as a microcontroller that controls the work of the system connected to the MQ-2 sensor used to detect smoke, the MQ-6 sensor to detect LPG gas, and to detect fire use Flame. Sensor (Fire Sensor) DFR0076. From the results obtained by the MQ2 smoke sensor, the resistance value of the sensor will decrease when smoke is given, otherwise the sensor resistance value will increase when smoke is not given. The sensor resistance ranges from 150 Ω – 300 Ω when smoked and 1.5 KΩ to 1.7 KΩ when not smoked. gas sensor resistance increases when given gas and decreases when it does not detect gas. The sensor resistance when reading the presence of gas in the air is between 100 Ω - 400 Ω, and when it does not detect gas, it is 0 Ω - 12 Ω. On the Flame sensor, the sensor voltage value changes when it detects fire. The voltage value increases if it detects fire and vice versa the sensor voltage decreases when it does not detect fire. The sensor voltage value when detecting fire is between 1.2 Volts – 5 Volts, while when it does not detect fire, it is between 0 Volts – 0.9 Volts.

Abstract

Quality of service or quality of performance on the internet network of Dayanu Ikhsnaudiin University (Unidayan) needs to be maintained in good performance as one of the requirements for the formation of an integrated digital system. The purpose of this research is to measure the quality and service of the internet network at Unidayan so that it can determine the level of satisfaction of users using the network. The test method used in this study uses a quantitative analysis method by monitoring the internet network to measure throughput, delay, jitter and packet lost parameters at the access point which is determined as a sample in each building using the wireshark software. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the quality of service of the internet network at Dayanu Ikhsanuddin University is included in the Moderate category according to TIPHON with a percentage of 50% -74.75%.
