Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence price, and promotion on the decision of students to choose to study at Kampus Bisnis Umar Usman, this research method is a quantitative research method, the population in this study is Umar Usman Business campus students in 2021/2022, The sample used in this study is 48 students with an accidental sampling approach (accidental sampling). The results of the preliminary analysis carried out show that the indicators used are valid for measuring existing variables. The results of the next analysis found that of the three variables used in this study, from the results of testing the hypothesis between Prices (X1) affecting the decision (Y) of students to restore college. The results obtained were 8.5% followed by the promotion variable with a regression coefficient of 15.6%, concluding, that price and promotion had a positive and significant effect on the decision of students to choose to study at the Umar Usman Business campus was 16.8% Keywords: Promotion, price, decision to choose

Abstract

This study aims to analyze knowledge, risk and motivation to influence interest in investing in the UHAMKA Investment Gallery with the subject of the management study program FEB UHAMKA. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption testing. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with data collection techniques carried out by giving a questionnaire using an online google application form. The data used is primary data or directly to respondents who are determined by a sample taken as many as 137 students. The results of the study that partially knowledge and investment motivation have a positive and significant effect on investment interest in investment and have a significant effect on investment interest in the UHAMKA Investment Gallery. simultaneously all variables affect the interest in investing in the UHAMKA Investment Gallery

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and motivation on the performance of FEB lecturers at Muhammadiyah Lamongan University. Associative research is the type used in this study. The population and sample of this study were all FEB lecturers at Muhammadiyah Lamongan University, the data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that work discipline had no effect on lecturer performance and motivation had an effect on the performance of FEB lecturers at Muhammadiyah Lamongan University.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to: (1) Determine the effect of Employee Intrapreneurship on Emphaty, (2) Determine the effect of Employee Intrapreneurship on Reliability, and (3) Determine the effect of Employee Intrapreneurship on Responsiveness. (4) Determine the effect of Employee Intrapreneurship on Tangible and (5) Determine the effect of Employee Intrapreneurship on Assurance. The number of sample used that were used is 130 responses, using the formula Hair et al. To Determine the effect of Employee Intrapreneurship on service performance Institut Bisnis and Informatika Kesatuan Bogor, the data analysis method used is SEMPLS. Data collection was carried out using SmartPLS 4.0. According to the study's results, the following information was obtained: (1) There is positive evidence that Intrapreneurship Karyawan is related to Emphaty. (2) There is a significant positive effect of Employee Intrapreneurship on Reliability, (3) there is a significant positive effect of Employee Intrapreneurship on Responsiveness, (4) there is a significant positive effect of Employee Intrapreneurship on Tangible, (5) there is a significant positive effect of Employee Intrapreneurship on Assurance. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi pentingnya mutu atau kualitas perguruan tinggi dalam proses pelaksanaan pendidikan tinggi sebagai upaya untuk membawa perbaikan di pendidikan tinggi sistem pendidikan. Untuk mengungkapkan bahwa setiap program yang dilaksanakan oleh perguruan tinggi sesuai dengan standar kualitas dan keunggulan, istilah tersebut dikenal dengan akreditasi. Selain itu, perlu melakukan benchmarking agar tercapai peningkatan kualitas berkelanjutan yang diadopsi organisasi untuk menilai kekuatan dan kelemahan internal mereka. Salah satu yang dapat diterapkan ialah benchmarking internal karena peningkatan tampak lebih realistis ketika tujuan tersebut telah dicapai di tempat lain dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diambil dari berbagai sumber seperti: internet, Kemdikbud, peraturan dan perundangan yang relevan, dipadukan dengan penelitian kualitatif pada studi kasus Perguruan Tinggi “Institut Bisnis dan Informatika”. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik analisis dokumen. Dalam hal menjaga dan mengembangkan mutu, IBI Kesatuan terus berupaya meningkatkan kinerjanya. IBI Kesatuan berupaya membangun keunggulan dengan meningkatkan berbagai aspek, beberapa hal yang dilakukan guna mencapai nilai akreditasi secara maksimal: Seminar pendidikan Internasional, beberapa mahasiswa dinyatakan lulus sidang skripsi dengan penguji internasional, kerjasama internasional dalam pelaksanaan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyakarat, KKN internasional di Thailand, pagelaran produk UMKM Batik di thailand.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is analyzing the honest attitude of the students in and out of the campus. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. A sample of 16 students. Data analysis technique using percentage descriptive analysis. The results and conclusions of this research study were: (1) in living life on the campus, students were generally honest in terms of taking exams in the sense of not cheating and in completing assignments related to accessing data as they were, (2) in the behavior of returning the found items to campus, students are generally not honest, (3) in terms of plagiarism, students were generally honest, and (4) in everyday life students were generally honest in terms of admitting mistakes and expressing their feelings.

Abstract

This community service is focused on compiling and simplifying higher education materials to help increase competitiveness in this 4.0 industrial era. This research is motivated by the large number of high school graduates who cannot continue their studies at university with financial limitations. The objectives to be achieved in this Community Service (PKM) activity include: A). Create an online learning system or E-learning from the Pupilfirst.com Open Source Learning Management System (LMS) platform. B). Compile and simplify college materials. Because in this study, the process of making or designing the system was not made from scratch, the researchers only described the system design using a Mind Map and Use Case. The Matkul E-learning system was created with the Pupilfirst.com Learning Management System (LMS) platform, which is an Open Source LMS platform that focuses on online learning for students, and the researchers conducted testing using the testing method, namely Browser Compatibility.
