Abstract

The use of innovation from a technical standpoint is a step toward starting a business. The task management process, including task recording, assignment, and reporting, has not been integrated at CV. Balinet Intermedia, making it difficult to monitor the performance of the many company divisions. The goal of this research is to develop a task management system design document for CV. Balinet Intermedia using Model-View-Controller (MVC) approach to define the three key components of a system that alter data, show information to users, and operate the system. Data gathering methodologies include observation, interviews, and literature reviews. The system design makes use of Use Case Diagrams, Context Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), while the model make use of Class Diagram Models and controller designs make use of Data Flow Diagrams. Additionally, this task management system has tools for managing user information, clients, teams, tasks, notes, login logs, task submission, task verification, and task report printing. The average score obtained from the design suitability evaluation questionnaire with the user was 89 points. The study's conclusions serve as a documentation that is in line with user needs in order to act as a guide for system implementation in the future. Keywords: CV. Abstract

This Ilham Green Shop has just started an online business by selling types of plants which are a growing business area now, but this Ilham Green Shop only has a few buyers, this is because the Ilham Green Shop has not been seen or heard among the public, so it is necessary a sales information system with a recommendation feature built using the PHP and MySQL programming languages and tested by the blackbox - testing method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and literature study. For processing sales transaction data using the Apriori Algorithm to get more accuracy in the process of processing data on the plant sales information system to find data on the best-selling plant products and see the buying pattern of a buyer by calculating the minimum support value and minimum confidence value to determine the association rules for a combination of itemset. . The results of the Apriori Algorithm calculation in this sales information system with sales transaction data from 03 December 2021 – 30 May 2022 obtained from Ilham Green Shop obtained the lift test value of 1.55 using the minimum support value = 10%, the minimum confidence value = 40% who form association rules with a confidence value of 93.55%. From these results it can be concluded, by processing plant product data with the Apriori Algorithm, it is able to provide good plant recommendations, so Ilham Green Shop can determine a strategy by multiplying the best-selling plant nurseries to get a lot of profit and recommending them to attract buyers' interest.

Abstract

In the face of market competition, in order to increase sales of products sold, related parties must think about strategies for product marketing to increase sales productivity. One of them is by predicting and analyzing sales transaction data on the Point of sales system used. The unavailability of calculation analysis of the formation of a pattern of product associations that are most often purchased by consumers in product sales transaction data. By applying data mining techniques to the association rule method using the a priori algorithm, it can be used as a method to predict and analyze data from sales transactions, this method aims to display information about the data results in the form of a product association pattern that is most often purchased by consumers. With the resulting product association pattern, it will be used to support decision making in making business solutions.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to find out how the efforts to use social media as one of the strategies and means of promoting music schools were carried out by Dotodo Music Edutainment. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a case study type. The choice of this type of case study is because the researcher will understand in depth the context, process, and complexity of the phenomenon being studied. The location of this research is at the Dotodo Music Edutainment music school, which is in the city of Bandung. In the process of collecting data, researchers used interview and observation techniques. Interviews were conducted with the two founders, who are also the owners and teaching staff at the music school. The results of the research conducted show that Dotodo Music Edutainment utilizes several types of social media such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok to reach a wider audience and school promotions. By presenting interesting and relevant content, and involving students in the marketing process, Dotodo Music Edutainment builds a strong brand image and raises public awareness about a quality music school. Dotodo Music Edutainment also uses other supporting strategies such as distributing brochures. This gives the impression of a strong traditional approach and is basically still effective. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the public relations strategy in dealing with negative coverage in the mass media on the operation of Indonesian pioneer technology. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. The type of research used is a case study, with data collection methods of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the research conducted found that in dealing with negative issues, PT Halmahera Persada Lygend implemented several PR strategies that included transparency, open communication, and building good relations with the media and stakeholders. In addition, they are always willing to convey clear and accurate information, supported by a PR team trained in strategic use of social media and dealing with crisis communications effectively. By implementing these steps, companies have managed to maintain their image, ward off negative issues, and build a strong reputation. Keyword: Public Relations, Negative News, Mass Media

Abstract

Ekonomi digital mendatangkan peluang dan potensi yang sangat besar untuk dimanfaatkan, salah satunya yaitu potensi pertumbuhan pekerjaan yang layak. Pembatasan mobilisasi massa ketika terjadi pandemi telah menghambat sejumlah kegiatan ekonomi potensial seperti UMKM, namun pertumbuhan ekonomi masih dapat ditopang oleh ekonomi digital, salah satunya melalui e-commerce. Untuk menghadapi tantangan sekaligus peluang yang datang bersamaan dengan hadirnya ekonomi digital dan situasi pandemi, sangat penting bagi UMKM untuk memahami kondisi lingkungan dan ekosistem yang ada, dimana suatu konsep ekosistem kewirausahaan digital telah menjadi keniscayaan bagi keberadaan UMKM sekarang ini. Dalam penelitian ini telah dikembangkan suatu model dalam penggunaan dan pemanfaatan e-commerce oleh UMKM untuk meningkatkan daya saing usahanya dalam ekosistem kewirausahaan digital di Sulawesi Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pelaku UMKM di Sulawesi Utara yang menjadi responden penelitian menyatakan bahwa model yang dikembangkan tersebut mudah digunakan dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelaku UMKM yang ada di Sulawesi Utara. Selanjutnya dilakukan kajian mengenai keberadaan platform e-commerce tersebut dalam ekosistem kewirausahaan digital yang dapat dibagi menjadi beberapa aspek yaitu: infrastruktur teknologi digital, kewarganegaraan pengguna digital, platform multi-sisi digital, dan kewirausahaan teknologi digital.

Abstract

Perencanaan keuangan merupakan langkah awal untuk mencapai kebebasan keuangan guna mencakup tujuan keuangan yang perlu dicapai. Skor indeks kesehatan keuangan pada masyarakat Indonesia masih relatif rendah, hanya sebesar 37,72 dari skor maksimal 100, hal ini semakin menegaskan bahwa literasi keuangan sangat penting bagi masyarakat yang ingin mencapai kebebasan keuangan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, literasi keuangan, dan demografi terhadap perencanaan keuangan keluarga    dan kebebasaan keuangan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah investor PT. XYZ Sekuritas Surabaya. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel  sebanyak  180.  Teknik analisis  menggunakan partial least square. Hasil penelitiaan ini memperlihatkan motivasi, literasi keuangan, dan demografi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perencanaan keuangan dengan p value 0,000. Motivasi,dan literasi keuangan, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebebasan keuangan melalui mediasi perencanaan keuangan dengan p value 0,000 dan 0,046. Saran penelitian selanjutnya dapat menambahkan variabel lain yang diduga dapat mengidentifikasi Self Control, serta faktor dari demografi seperti pendapatan dan juga jumlah anggota keluarga.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, work environment, work discipline, and organizational justice on employee performance at Laksana Baru Swalayan Majenang. The research method used is a survey using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The data obtained were analyzed using PLS. The results showed that work motivation, work environment, work discipline, and organizational justice had a significant positive effect on employee performance. Work motivation and work environment have a strong positive influence on employee performance, while work discipline and organizational justice have a moderate positive influence on employee performance. So, Laksana Baru Swalayan Majenang needs to focus on increasing employee motivation and work environment, as well as improving work discipline and organizational justice to improve employee performance. This research is expected to contribute to the development of human resource management in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kemampuan level Management Site terhadap penguasaan Mining Management, mengidentifikasi hal apa saja yang berkontribusi terhadap ketercapaian target produksi, menentukan besaran nilai yang mempengaruhi penilaian GMP. Elemen penilaian GMP diantaranya kompetensi Penanggung Jawab Operasional/Project Manager, kesiapan dokumen kontrak kerja, system pelaporan proyek, penggunaan tenaga lokal, penggunaan subkontraktor lokal, kompetensi tenaga kerja, pengutamaan produk dalam negeri dan inovasi. Pada penilaian tersebut PPA akan melakukan peningkatan dalam kesiapan kompetensi Penanggung Jawab Operasional/Project Manager, sistem pelaporan dari aktivitas pertambangan, penggunaan dan pengelolaan alat berat operasional. Metodologi dilakukan dengan 4 (empat) tahapan yaitu identifikasi kemampuan level Management Site terhadap penguasaan Mining Management melalui metode kuesioner diambil dari level Project Manager, Section Head, Group Leader. Pengumpulan data alat berat Heavy Dump Truck berupa payload, load time, speed, empty stop time, fuel dilanjutkan pengolahan Regresi, Multivariate dan Cluster untuk mengidentifikasi data yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kontribusi produksi. Identifikasi aktivitas dan pemberian bobot penilaian berupa katagori interval persentase pada area Front Loading, Road Maintenance dan Disposal. Penelitian ini menghasilkan penguasaan Mining Management yang baik, perbaikan pada elemen HDT, penyusunan aktivitas dan penilaian area kerja, perumusan strategi perusahaan dalam peningkatan penilaian GMP.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi telah memberikan banyak manfaat bagi masyarakat dalam mengakses layanan publik, termasuk penyetaraan ijazah dan konversi nilai indeks prestasi kumulatif (IPK) bagi lulusan perguruan tinggi luar negeri. Namun demikian, terdapat tantangan operasional dalam menghasilkan laporan yang dibutuhkan, karena masalah database. Hal ini menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam perbaikan dan pemenuhan Service Level Agreement (SLA). Untuk mengatasi hal ini, diusulkan sebuah Sistem Informasi baru dengan menggunakan metode Reuse Based Software Development. Tujuannya adalah untuk menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini dapat mempercepat pengembangan platform penyetaraan ijazah dan konversi nilai IPK dengan memastikan layanan yang sudah ada tidak terganggu  dan dapat memenuhi SLA dengan meningkatkan efisiensi serta efektifitas proses bisnis yang ada. Platform baru ini tidak hanya akan menyederhanakan proses tetapi juga memperkenalkan elemen-elemen inovatif seperti Application Programming Interface (API), yang dapat digunakan oleh para pembuat kebijakan lainnya, bahasa pemrograman yang terstandar sehingga mudah ketika ada pergantian tim pengembang.
