Abstract

This article delves more deeply into the prophet Ibrāhīm's art of debating: an analysis of ma'nā maghzā's approach to Q. 2: 258. The difference of views is a fact that cannot be denied. The debates that occur often lead to the presence of further conflicts, both at the regional, national, and international levels. Two points are outlined, first, how to use Q. 2: 258 in its language and socio-historical manner; Second, what is the significance of Q. 2: 258. This article is a type of qualitative research in the form of library research. The primary data source in this study is Q. 2: 258. While secondary data sources include literature that is directly or indirectly related, both in physical and online libraries. To see it, this article uses the ma'nā cum maghzā approach offered by Sahiron Shamsuddin. As a result, in language, Q. 2: 258 is a verse that specifically speaks to a debate that took place between the Prophet Ibrāhīm and King Namruż. Q. 2: 258 hints at a system of "debate" in the context of "inclusive dialogue". The argument used by the Prophet Ibrāhīm is a type of argument a fortiori, which is an argument that has an analogical affirmation value between two different things but is closely related in a logical corridor.

So that when it is presented as a class XII subject matter, there are various possibilities of having an exclusive view of the caliphate, so that when it becomes a subject of discussion among students it will mean that the Indonesian state is not a form of the caliphate and may carry out jihad, make changes or carry out resistance as in the next chapter in this book. talk about jihad. Abstract

Hajj is held in the Zulhijjah where there are Tarwiyah days, Arafat days and Nahar days. These three days in a row fall on the eighth, ninth and tenth of Zulhijjah. These days are very important days for Muslims in performing hajj and the celebration of Eid al-Adha. Therefore, it takes the determination of the beginning of Zulhijjah to determine the fall of the three days, namely Tarwiyah day, Arafat day and Nahar day. But if it turns out that there are problems that underlie the implementation then when is the day of Tarwiyah and Arafat. With a lot of literature, this paper is made to explore, collect, and analyze the existing literature and then draw a conclusion regarding the factors that influence the differences between the fall of Tarwiyah and Arafah days and bring up the solutions given to solve the problem. this. With the debate about when the day of Tarwiyah and Arafah fall, then comes the problem of Tarwiyah and Arafat day where they do not fall together around the world due to differences in the time zones of each region on the earth's surface, differences in the method of determining the beginning of the month, differences in the time of conjunction, the boundary line of the Hijri calendar (month) which is not straight and fluctuates and there are matlak differences. Then this difference can be overcome by creating a unification calendar, following Saudi Arabia, or following the Regional Government.

This analysis will bring up the report based on a copy of the Financial Services Authority of the Republic of Indonesia's Circular Letter No. 10 / SEOJK.03/2020 on Transparency and Report Publication for Islamic Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units. In the GCG and sustainable report, the variables of banking size, ratio, and Sharia Supervisory Board size. Secondary data from 12 Islamic banks from 2019 and 2020 is being used in study, that either takes a descriptive quantitative approach. Furthermore, the determined indicators will be sorted using factor analysis with SPSS 12. The GCG/annual report shows better performance than the sustainability report, as evidenced by significant values in the whole test and factor analysis stages. 11 Islamic commercial banks, on the other contrary, do not have a test stage but do have a detailed study. Meanwhile, the sustainability report is not greater to the GCG/annual report because, while the sustainability report is on average significant, it lack variable testing stages that are comparable with the positive influence on the produced factors. The OJK would update POJK 51 / POJK.03/2017 well about Implementation of Sustainable Finance for Financial Services Institutions, Issuers, and Public Companies for sharia report indicator points, along with other observations and recommendations. Second, Islamic banks must comply to protracted sharia reporting standards. Keywords: Sharia Report, GCG/Annual Report, and Sustainability Report.
