This study aims to: 1) determine whether there is a significant influence on the effectiveness of the compensation of employees in the batik industry Goddess Brotojoyo2015; 2) determine whether there is a significant influence on the effectiveness of work motivation of employees at Industry batik Dewi Brotojoyo 2015; 3) determine whether there is a significant effect compensation and work motivation on the effectiveness of employees in the batik industry Goddess Brotojoyo 2015. The population was are all employees of Industry Batik Dewi Brotojoyo in Masaran, some 225 employee. Method sampling technique used is produce random sampling proportional sample of 45 responden. Method analysis used in this study is the linear regression analysis ganda. Result tests performed showed that percentage physical work environment at PT. Batik Dewi Brotojoyo Masaran2015 amounted to 76.8%, the compensation amounting to 76.98%, and the effectiveness of employees amounted to 78.43%. From the calculation, the regression equation 9.766 + 0.228X1 + 0.345 X2. This means that the average effectiveness of employees (Y) is expected to increase or decrease by 0.228 for every one unit increase or decrease in the work environment and would have increased or decreased by 0.345 for every one unit increase or decrease the compensation.

This study aims to: 1) the effect of teachers’ perceptions of transformational leadership principals to the transparency of financial management of the school; 2) knowing effect perseptions teacher of transformational leadership principals to the accountability of financial management school. Population this research is all public school teachers SMA/SMK/MA in Madiun city. Method sampling technique used is sampling produce purpusive sample of 120 responden. Method analysis used in this study is the linear regression analysis simple. Result tests performed showed that perseption head teacher of transformational leadership school dan positive effect on the transparency of financial management of the school; 2) teachers’ perceptions of transformational leadership principals positive effect on financial management accountability school.

This study aims to determine the quality of the product in Counter Andris Reload Cellular Madiun, to determine the level of customer loyalty in Counter Andris Reload Cellular Madiun, and to know is there any effect of product quality on customer loyalty in Counter Andris Reload Cellular Madiun, The samples in this study using saturated sample as many 45 people without regard to existing strata in the population. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The research design used in this study was a descriptive correlational design. In the statistical methods used to analyze the data with the regression formula and product moment correlation. The results showed that the quality of products have influence at the same time a positive relationship to customer loyalty in Counter Andris Reload Cellular Madiun. It is derived from the value of 0.724 while the value rcount and rtable 0.294 (0.724 > 0.294). By this means Ha acceptable product quality has a relationship with customer loyalty in Counter Andris Reload Cellular Madiun, It also obtained the value of the F test, Fcount at 47,372 while Ftable of 4.06 (47,372 > 4.06). This means that there is rejection of HO which indicates that there are significant between product quality on customer loyalty in Counter Andris Reload Cellular Madiun. By this Ineans Ha received no difference between the effect of product quality on customer loyalty in Counter Andris Reload Cellular Madiun.

This study aims (1) to determine the quality of human resources at KPRI “Pertaguma” Madiun City, (2) To determine the development of business in KPRI “Pertaguma”, and (3) To determine the effect of the quality of human resources to the business development on KPRI “Pertaguma” Madiun City. The independent variable in this study is the quality of human resources while the dependent variable is business development. Sampling technique using a purposive sampling. The researcher uses purposive sampling technique as sampling technique. Results showed that there is difference between the effect of the quality of human resources to the business development on KPRI Pertaguma Madiun. Free variable at this research is the quality of human resource while variable tied is business development. It can be seen from the calculation of simple linear regression of Y = 61.738 + 0.210 X. Where the variable quality of human resources totaled0.210 shows the influence of the quality of human resources to the business development are positively correlated, meaning that any increase in the quality of human resources 1% resulted in higher business development at 0.210 units. Based on the results of the analysis can be said to be a significant relationship between quality of human resources and the business development, meaning that there is difference business development of the quality of human resources to the business development on KPRI Pertaguma Madiun.

This study aims to determine tbe Employee Skills in the Konveksi Istana Mode Madiun, to determine Employee Productivity in the Konveksi Istana Mode Madiun, as well as to determine the presence or absence of Vocational Effect on Productivity Among Employees at the Konveksi Istana Mode Madiun. The samples in this study is purposive sampling technique that all employees at the Konveksi Istana Mode Madiun part of convection, amounting to 30 people. Data collection using questionnaires, documentation and interviews.In analyzing the data using statistical methods Product Moment, To test this hypothesis using the r test, F test and t test. The results of the regression analysis ofY = a +bX, the result Y = 11,737 + 0,757X, to test that rcount > r liable (0.784 > 0.361), or may be rejected HO means that there is a skills significant relationship with work productivity of employee at the Konveksi Istana Mode Madiun. Furthermore, also obtained results which indicate that the F test ofF count >F table (44,5752::4.196) or ::;;Sighit Sigprob (0,000 ::;;0.05). Thus HO is rejected, it means there is an overall effect of skills on labor productivity at the Konveksi Istana Mode Madiun. In addition, the t-test results obtained thit> ttab (6.676 > 2.048) or Sig hit < Sig prob (0.000 < 0.025) this situation can be said to be no different from the effect of employee skills on work productivity of employee at the Konveksi Istana Mode Madiun.

The purpose of the research is (1) to know marketing strategy in PT. BPR Aswaja Ponorogo, (2) to know the improvement of the amount of client in PT. BPR Aswaja Ponorogo, (3) to know there is or do not it him influence of marketing strategy to make-up of the amount of client in PT. BPR Aswaja Ponorogo. The samples in this study using a sample of intended. The sample in this study is over 10 years old. Data collection using documentation and interviews to collect data marketing strategy and the number of customers in the PT. BPR Aswaja. Observation method is used to retrieve data marketing strategy. The data analysis technique used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis and the influence of different test. Result of research indicate that marketing strategy have influence at the same time relation which are positive to improvement of client amount in PT. BPR Aswaja Ponorogo. Matter this means value of thitung > ttabel ( 3,524 > 1,859) hence refusing Ho with the meaning that there is influence between marketing strategy to make-up of the amount of client in PT. BPR Aswaja Ponorogo. Pursuant to research above, seen there is influence of marketing strategy to improvement of the amount of client in PT. BPR Aswaja Ponorogo.

The study describes the quality of service, namely Tangible Responsiveness, Reliability (Reliability) and Assurance (Assurance) against Customer Satisfaction CV. AHASS Kabul Lembeyan Magetan Subdistrict motors. The method in this research is descriptive quantitative method while sampling technique in this research is quota sampling technique that customer in Kabul AHASS Lembeyan Magetan Subdistrict motorcycle that comes to CV. AHASS when distributing questionnaires were 30 respondents. Collecting data using questionnaires, documentation. Analysis of data using linear regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of service on the CV. AHASS Kabul Motor Magetan Subdistrict Lembeyan well. It can be seen from the results of the analysis with the amount of data as much as 30 customers results above the average value (62) as many as 17 customers or 57% below average, while as many as 13 or 43%. Customers CV. AHASS Kabul Motor Lembeyan Magetan satisfied with the services that have been received. It can be seen from the results of the analysis with the amount of data as much as 30 customers angketnya value customers results above average above average (42.90) as many as 18 or 60% of customers while below average as many as 12 customers or 40%.

This study aims to determine the skin workforce training entrepreneurs in Environment Industri Kecil (LIK) Magetan, to determine the amount of production in the skin entrepreneurs Environment Industri Kecil (LIK) Magetan, and to find out how the influence of the number of workforce training leather production in the Environment Industri Kecil (LIK) Magetan. The samples in this study used a sample of employers in the region aimed at the Lingkungan Industri Kecil (LIK) who attended training in UPT Industri Kulit dan Produk Kulit Magetan who are 32 employers. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation. In analyzing the data in the study using the product moment correlation test, F test and t test. In analysis regression results in correlation values obtained for rcount0.668 > rtable of 0,349 or Sighit 0,000 < Sigprob 0.05 means training workers had skin relation to total production in the Lingkungan Industri Kecil (LIK) Magetan. While the Fisher test values obtained Fcount 24.135 > Ftable 4.17 or Sighit 0,000 < Sigprob 0.05 means workforce training have an influence on the amount of skin on the production of Environment Industri Kecil (LIK) Magetan.

This study aims to determine controlling effect intern (control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring) on accountability financial management school. This study also uses control variable which is a measure of school and school status. This study uses census. Tests conducted on 98 bendahara primary and secondary schools are elementary, junior high, high school, and p private SMK Madiun city. Data collection using questionnaire and test analysis using multiple linear regression and statistical analysis diskriptif. Result research shows that the internal control element of evaluation risk, control activities, monitoring, school size and school status have an influence on financial manajement school accountability. Instead the control environment and information and communication has no effect. However jointly affect the internal control of financial management accountability for 85.8% of the school.

The purpose of this study are to determine member participation at Bintang Sejahtera cooperation, to know Growth of Capital at Bintang Sejahtera cooperation and to know different influences member participation for Growth of Capital. Sampling technique that is used is satified sampling. The samples are all member in Bintang Sejahtera cooperation that to number 56 member. Observation used to know of background Bintang Sejahtera cooperaation, Interview used to know of member participation, and documentation used to know of Growth of Capital. In analyzing data the researcher use the methods of statistical analysis t test ( t test ) to test the manual calculation. The results so that before to be member participation average cost is 1292.71, while after to be member participation average cost is 1905.96. For the t test values obtained that there are different influences on the member participation of Growth of Capital. This means that for analysis t test, there are value obtained thit is -143,232 while ttab is 1,673. This Ho is rejected, meaning that there are different influences on the member participationn of Growth of Capital at the Bintang Sejahtera cooperation.
