Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the behavior patterns of socio-economic sub-urban to manage home industry in increasing family income. The data collection technique used in the research are: (1) observations of doing a shoot (camera/visual), (2) a structured interview, (3) depth interview, and (3) create a life history. The results showed that agricultural sector move to other sectors for various reasons. This condition opens non-agricultural activities for the sub-urban community. One of the non-farm activities is the developing of home industry of Tempe chips. This business is a kind of home industry with a low profit. It requires relatively little capital, comes from savings, family loans or borrow from gathering. The family management system is used in this home industry. This is as the effect of uncertain condition of capital and marketing patterns. This home industry can not achieve an affordable paying system.

Abstract

This research serves a consideration for the Municipality Office of Religion Department and the managerial staff of schools under this area in effort of developing the teachers’ professionalism. Even when the competency-based curriculum does not suggest the central role of teachers, they still have important roles in developing and producing science. They are in charge of managing the process of the science development, which in turn needs professionalism. The development of teachers’ professionalism is inevitably important focus of the stakeholders.             The research is conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiah around Madiun Regency under: 1) observation, and 2) interview techniques. The analysis is carried out by quantitative and qualitative approaches.             The analysis results in conclusions as follows: 1) the development of teachers’ professionalism has become the rational conduct at the Madrasah by underpinning strategies, such as: sending teachers to higher scolarships and training programs. The regulation of national education system requires the teachers’ professionalism, like the regulation No 2, 1989, No 20, 2003, and the regulation for teachers and lecturers. 2) Although they realize that the higher shcolarship is not risk-free, teachers are eager to join them for the professionalism development and their better life to live.

Abstract

The objectives  of this research is to serve for description  about the significance of  managerial    skill  of  the  head-masters    and  the school's   culture towards the teachers' performance at the state and private   MTs  in  Madiun   District.   The  population   of  this  research includes  651  teachers,  and the  sample  drawn  out of the population covers 90 teachers. The  techniques   of  accumulating the data are questionnaire and documentation. The data  analysis techniques applied are descriptive  statistics  and inferential  statistics  under multiple regression  statistic technique.  The analysis on the data results in conclusion   that there is a significance   influence  of the managerial skill of the head-masters  and the schools'  culture towards the teachers' performance     at the  state  and private  MTs  in Madiun  District   (the working F= 32.331 > table F = 2.000). The significance of the managerial skill  of the head-masters   towards  the teachers'  'performance is also put  in research.  The  research   also  put in description  about  the managerial   skill  of the  head-masters,    the schools' culture and  the teachers'   performance   at state and private  MTs in Madiun District.

Abstract

The average of the student' achievement in Politic of Economy subject at the Economy Study program, IKIP PGRI MADIUN, which can only reach 60 (C). The main obstacle encountered by the students is that they cannot comprehensively think over proposed cases by making use of rich perspectives of some disciplines.The subject of the research are the students of semester VI, Economy Education Study Program. The research is designed under class action research with three cycles to observe the learning events and achievements by using Problem-based Learning to encourage students to think comprehensively.The result of the research show that problem-based learning technique is capable of encouraging the students to think comprehensively, as shown on students' achievement, where in cycle 1, 13 students (43%) get B, in cycle 2, 16 students (53%), and in cycle 3, 23 students (77%).The non-test achivement during the implementation of problem-based learning show a result that in cycle 1 where: 9 students (30%) give their opinions, 10 students (33.33%) ask questions, 9 students (30%) answer questions, and 9 students cooperate to solve problems. The result of cycle 2 shows that: 20 students (66.60%) give their opinions, 21 students (70%) ask questions, 20 students (66.66%) answer questions, and 19 students cooperate to solve problems. The result of cycle 3 shows that: 25 students (83.33%) give their opinions, 28 students (93.30%) ask questions, 23 students (80%) answer questions, and 24 students cooperate to solve problems.

Abstract

Penelitan ini bertujuan menjelaskan dan menganalisis pola perilaku sosialekonomimasyarakat sub-urban dengan mengelola home industry untuk meningkatkanpendapatan keluarga Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan (1) pengamatan denganmelakukan pemotretan (camera/visual), (2) wawancara terstruktur, (3) wawancara secaramendalam, dan (3) membuat life history. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mulaitergesernya usaha sektor pertanian dengan berbagai sebab, menyebabkan masyarakat suburban melakukan kegiatan non pertanian. Salah satu kegiatan non pertanian tersebut adalahdengan mengembangkan usaha industri rumah tangga pembuatan keripik tempe. Usahapembuatan keripik tempe tersebut merupakan usaha keluarga, dengan omzet yang tidakbesar hanya memerlukan modal relative kecil, berasal dari tabungan, pinjaman keluarga ataupinjam dari arisan. Pengelolaan usaha rumah tangga keripik tempe menggunakan sistemmanajemen keluarga. Hal ini disebabkan adanya keterbatasan modal dan pola pemasaranyang tidak pasti (musiman), apabila mempekerjakan karyawan dengan memberikan gajiyang rutin mereka tidak mampu untuk menggaji.

Abstract

Based on initial observations  and interviews  with high school Economics teacher  PGRI  1 Maospati  Magetan  note that the average  value of the cognitive  aspects of students  in the class XA is 62. These results  indicate  that the numbers  are still low com- pared  to other  classes.  The learning  process  is commonly  carried  out using  a model  of discourse  as a whole,  namely  the delivery  of content  to students  and interspersed   ques- tions and answers.  This leads to learning  as students  tend to be passive  and less meaning- fullearning   for students.  Students  gain experience  less direct,  and less teacher  provides opportunities   as well as self- confidence  in the students  to be active  in learning.  It  also adversely  affects  the affective  aspects  of students.   Based on these problems  researchers to  make  improvements   by  implementing   cooperative   learning  model  of two  stay  two stray  ( TSTS  ). The  learning  model  involves  students  actively  in learning  activities. Pakok mind model of cooperative  learning  are two stay two stray provide  an opportunity for groups  to share  results  and information  to other  groups.  The approach  used  in this study  is a qualitative  approach  to classroom  action  research  that  consists  of 2 cycles. Research  subject  is class XA SMA PGRI  1 Maospati  Magetan  , the number  of 32 stu- dents.  Data  collection  methods  used  in this  study  is a test  of the cognitive  aspects  of economic  subjects  in the form of daily tests at the end of the cycle, and affective  aspects of the observation  sheets during the learning  process.  The results  of observations  of stu- dents'  learning  in classroom  situations  XA SMA PGRI  1 Maospati  Magetan  increased, namely:   ( 1 ) The interest  and attention  of students  in the learning process  from 67.25% to 84.60%  increased   17.35%  ( 2 ) The active  participation   of students  in asking  from 54.10%  to  68.25%  an increase  of  14.15%  ( 3 ) the active  participation   of students  in answering  / expression  from 52.22%  to 69.45%  increased   17.23% ( 4 ) the level of stu- dent  discipline  in the process  of learning  from  60.500/0 to 78.13%  17.63%  an increase. The results  of observations  III group  activities  has increased,   namely:   ( 1 ) The active participation   of students  in an opinion  from  51.58%  to 68.75%  increased   17.17%  (2) The active participation   of students  in asking from 50.60% to 66.68%  increased  16.08% (3)the active participation   of students  in answering  questions  from 53.12%  to 71.88% increased18.76% (4)   Respect  tile opinion  of friends from 55.50%  to 74.850/0 increased 19,35%  (5)   Cooperation  in completing  a task group from 60.35% to 78.25%  17.90% an increase. Another thing shown by the increased learning outcomes from 65.63 % to 84.38%. Thus there is an increase  of 18.75% .While the average  value of learning  outcomes  in the first cycle is 71 increased  to 82 in the second cycle. Learning  model  two stay two stray ( TSTS ) can improve  cognitive  and affective  aspects  of students  by providing  a learning environment  that is fun discussions,  opportunities  for students to learn actively  exchange information  with peers and materials,   conveying  the idea to friends,  submit answers and questions  discussion  of the problem,  and it requires  cooperation  within  the group.

Abstract

: Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Untuk mengetahui manajemen sumber daya manusia pada Kantor PLN Dolopo Kab. Madiun. (2) Untuk mengetahui keselamatan kerja pada Kantor PLN Dolopo Kab. Madiun. (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen sumber daya manusia terhadap keselamatan kerja karyawan pada Kantor PLN Dolopo Kab. Madiun. Penelitian ini mengambil obyek pada Kantor PLN Dolopo Madiun dengan populasi sebanyak 40 orang karyawan. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah manajemen sumber daya manusia dan variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah keselamatan kerja karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi untuk mengambi data manajemen sumber daya manusia sebagai variabel bebas, kuesioner untuk mengambi data keseamatan kerja karyawan, serta menggunakan metode wawancara. Dalam menganalisis data digunakan metode statistik dengan rumus korelasi produk moment dan uji beda pengaruh. Atas dasar perhitungan tersebut dapat dibuat garis regresi sebagai berikut Y= 17,091 + 0,573X, artinya apabila manajemen sumber daya manusia ditingkatkan satu kali akan terjadi kenaikan keselamatan  kerja karyawan sebanyak 0,573% apabila faktor lainya tetap. Berdasarkan data diketahui bahwa besarnya nilai rhitung adalah 0,659 dan rtabel 0,312 dilain pihak besarnya Sighitung  0,000 dan Sigpro 0,05. Hal ini berarti dapat disimpulhan Ho ditolak, artinya ada hubungan antara Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dan Keselamatan Kerja Karyawan pada Kantor PLN Dolopo Kab. Madiun. Hasil menunjukkan, bahwa hasil perhitungan tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa besarnya nilai thitung adalah 7,189 dan ttabel 1,685 dilainartinya ada beda pengaruh antara Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia terhadap Keselamatan Kerja Karyawan pada Kantor PLN Dolopo Kab. Madiun.

Abstract

The study describes the quality of service, namely Tangible Responsiveness, Reliability (Reliability) and Assurance (Assurance) against Customer Satisfaction CV. AHASS Kabul Lembeyan Magetan Subdistrict motors. The method in this research is descriptive quantitative method while sampling technique in this research is quota sampling technique that customer in Kabul AHASS Lembeyan Magetan Subdistrict motorcycle that comes to CV. AHASS when distributing questionnaires were 30 respondents. Collecting data using questionnaires, documentation. Analysis of data using linear regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of service on the CV. AHASS Kabul Motor Magetan Subdistrict Lembeyan well. It can be seen from the results of the analysis with the amount of data as much as 30 customers results above the average value (62) as many as 17 customers or 57% below average, while as many as 13 or 43%. Customers CV. AHASS Kabul Motor Lembeyan Magetan satisfied with the services that have been received. It can be seen from the results of the analysis with the amount of data as much as 30 customers angketnya value customers results above average above average (42.90) as many as 18 or 60% of customers while below average as many as 12 customers or 40%.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the challenges before us as a nation is the ability to put the strength of character as a nation.Therefore,the implementation of policy and character-based education in schools is very important and strategic in order to build this nation. Local knowledge can serveas a source of values for then oble purpose.In other words, local knowledge can be a well that never dry as the source of values for the realization of policy goals  nation.In addition to functioning as a filter for the values that come from outside, local wisdom can also be used to increase motivation, perseverance, tolerance, and reduce flare-ups that are internal.Build the character of students to do during the learning process takes place. In each of the learning process we can always  tuck load the values of honesty, courage, perseverance and tenacity, confident attitude, diligent study and work, respect for   teachers, respect and care for the others, life is tough does not know the word surrender and positive attitude other. Some wise  words that are part of the local wisdom can be used as the basis to develop character values in the learning process. Wise sentence can be used to motivate the students to build a positive attitude.
