Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation toward marketing performance partially or simultaneously. The population in this study are traders batik SMEs in Jombang district and samples taken 94 respondents obtained by the calculation formula Slovin. The sampling technique used was purposive random sampling. Methods of analysis, linear regression analysis using SPSS 22.0. The results of this study with regression analysis of Y = 0.131 + 0,510X2 0,436X1 + + e. Partial test results show the market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation have a significant effect on the performance marketing. The test results simultaneously obtained Fhitung =55.478 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) of0.54, in that it can be interpreted that unplanned purchases described by the retail service and the atmosphere in the store by 54%, while the remaining 46% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. Conclusions from this research is the higher market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation, the higher the level of performance marketing. Suggestions for merchants batik SMEs in Jombang district for more attention to what is in demand by consumers. As well as more courageous in taking risks to bring new fashions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the implementation of authentic assessment is based on the curriculum in 2013 at SMA Islam Al-Hidayah Jember; and (2) the obstacles in the implementation of authentic assessment in SMA Islam Al-Hidayah Jember. This study is an evaluation research with quantitative descriptive approach. This was an evaluation study employing   the   quantitative   descriptive design. The research subjects were economics teachers. The data were collected through observations, documentation, and interviews. They were analyzed by means of the descriptive method. The  results  of  the  study  are  as follows. (1) Authentic assessment in economics learning at SMA Islam Al-Hidayah Jember, is fairly well implemented; 77% has been implemented in accordance with the indicators and23% has not been implemented in accordance with the indicators. The indicators that have not been implemented in the planning aspect is the assessment design in the syllabus; in the implementation aspect it includes information of the assessment system; and in the processing aspect it includes the follow-up of the results of the analysis of the learning achievement assessment.; (2) The constraints in the authentic assessment implementation include: (a) complex planning, (b) the number of components that the teachers have to take into account at the same time in the assessment implementation, and (c) the attitude assessment that has to pay attention to a large number of students in detail.

Abstract

Experience the ability of students using their knowledge have that has to review contruktivist the new knowledge is very media-influenced learning used one solution offered to review follow-up to these problems is a concept learning courses through construktivist business accounting teaching. singer study aims to determine the effectiveness of the learning review accounting subjects based business micruled assisted e-learning yang to review valid student learning. population research hearts hearts singer is whole semester students III study program computerized accounting STEKOM semarang. singer is an experimental research operates quasi experimental research (samsudi, 2006: 75) the review aims to improve student academic achievement on subjects accounting subjects who meet criteria for an effective business. tin research findings: (1) there is a positive effect of process skills against students' learning achievement is shown the effect of 55.6% contribution. (2) the learning achievement of the experimental classes more than learning achievement high grade control is shown with average - ratanya that is the average - average class experiment at 78 and the average - average grade control 65.7. so based on the findings of the research and discussion research above and learning business accounting subjects with construktivist aided teaching e-learning on business accounting subjects is effective.

Abstract

This study describes the influence of SBI interest rate on the rupiah at Bank Indonesia studies. The method in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. Determination of the sample is based on time series data 2009-2015 period by using saturation sampling methods as many as 84 samples. This research was conducted at Bank Indonesia has the sole purpose of achieving and maintaining stability in the rupiah. This study uses simple linear regression analysis which includes the classical assumption and hypothesis testing in the form of the coefficient of determination (r2) and the partial test (t test). The results showed that the interest rate significantly influence the exchange rate. This is shown by the results of the t test T_hitung amounted to 9.745, while T_ (table) amounted to1,989. This means T_ (count) > T_tabel (9.745 > 1.989) it can be concluded that the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

The design of this research was descriptive quantitative research that was a research about the data which was collected and expressed in terms of numbers. This research analyzed the data using numbers as a testing ground on the contribution of the relation between school organization, teacher motivation and the performance of elementary school teachers SMP Negeri 04 Bangsalsari. This research also used supporting qualitative data such as words or phrases that were arranged in the questionnaire, the results of consultation or interviews between researcher and informant. The research subjects in this research were SMP Negeri 04 Bangsalsari teachers. The objects of this research were the relations between three variables namely, School Organization (X1), Teacher Motivation (X2), and the Teachers' Performance (Y). Dependent variable in this research was the Teacher Performance while independent variables were the Motivation of Teachers and School Organization. The variables were then defined operationally in order to provide clues to how the variable measured. Based on the calculation of correlation analysis, both individually and collectively were significant. Then it was interpreted so it provided objective information and determined the contribution between variables.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of the inflation rate of the Rupiah. Population and samples used in this study are all monthly time series data rate of inflation and the Rupiah during the period January 2011-December 2015 as many as 60. The data used are secondary data obtained from the official website of Bank Indonesia (www.bi.co.id). The analytical method used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis. The result of the coefficient of determination (r2) which shows that the percentage of the effect of the inflation rate to changes in the rupiah exchange rate of 7,9%. From the calculations, the equation Y = 3.941 + 0,073X , it can be concluded that the level of inflation is positive and significant effect on the rupiah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of market segmentation of customer satisfaction (Customer) in bank BPR Jatim Branch of Ponorogo. Market Segmentation effect on customer satisfaction as evidenced from t value on the market cementation variable (X) is from a significant level of 0.000 t less than 0.05 then the research hypothesis H0 and menerimaHa resisting. And it can be seen the value rhitung is 0.748 while rtabel 0,138. This constant value of 10.264 means if the variable value market segmentation fixed or constant, the amount of customer satisfaction (customers) amounted to 10.264. This means that in the absence of market segmentation variables pegaruh then customer satisfaction still has a value of 10.264.

Abstract

This study describes the effect of tax penalties to compliance of individual taxpayers in the Tax Office Primary Madiun. The method in this research is descriptive quantitative method while sampling technique in this research is incidental sampling technique that taxpayers in STO Madiun totaling 385 people. Collecting data using the method of observation, questionnaire, and documentation. In analyzing the data using simple linear regression analysis which includes validity, reliability, normality test, and to test the hypothesis proposed in this study using linear regression and t test. The results showed that the effect on the Taxation Penalties Taxpayer Compliance. It is obtained from the value t arithmetic amounted to 26.664 with a significance level of 0.000. Because 26.664> 1.966 and 0.000 <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy to customer satisfaction in the town of Madiun, to determine customer satisfaction in the book rental services Kotaro Madiun, to determine customer satisfaction in the book rental services Kotarodi Madiun. The samples in this study using a random sampling of 100 consumers renting libraries Slovin Kotaro formula obtained 46 samples. Collecting data using the method of documentation and questionnaires. To test the validity of data to test the validity and reliability. The questionnaire that has been deployed processed using IJI correlations and Cronbach alpha, while the hypothesis using simple linear regression and processed using SPSS 1.6. for windows. The results showed that marketing strategies have relationships and a positive effect on customer satisfaction in the book rental services Kotaro Madiun. T test obtained t value of 6.853 with sig 0,000 while ttab at the level of 0.05 at 1.684. It can be said thit > ttab (6.853 > 1.684) or Sighit < Sigprob (0.000 < 0.05) this situation is no different do can influence marketing strategies to customer satisfaction in the book rental services Kotaro Madiun.
