Abstract

The development of hospitals in Indonesia is very fast. Hospital growth is caused by the high level of competition. This research especially in the service of internal illness (poly), which caused in increase loyalty the poly patient at the XYZ Hospitals. This research used sample of 250 respondents, which has used services the poly department in XYZ hospital. This research used non probability sampling and Structural Equation Model as the technique of analysis . The results of this research indicated that brand trust  effected to customer satisfaction, but for service quality and price did not effect to customer satisfaction. Beside that the  brand trust towards loyalty also did not have influence to customer satisfaction variables. The service quality and price had influence on loyalty with customer satisfaction as mediation variabel.Keywords : Trust, Service Quality, Price, Costumer Satisfaction, and Brand Loyalty.

Abstract

Smartphones are growing rapidly and are used as a tool to meet the needs of the world community, including Indonesia. The number of smartphone users, especially those who use Android Operating System as much as 78% in 2013. Many enthusiasts and smartphone users, encourage manufacturers to provide better quality products at affordable prices and accentuate their brand image. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of product quality, price and brand image on intention to buy. The data used are primary data and the population in this study are students and workers. Distribution of questionnaires with convenience sampling method to 100 respondents. The results showed that there was an effect of product quality on intention to buy, there were effects of prices on intention to buy, there was an influence of brand image on intention to buy, and there was an influence of product quality, price and brand image on smartphone intention to buy. Keywords: product quality, price, brand image, intention to buy

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of self expressive, hedonic product, brand trust and brand engagement toward brand love on Samsung Smartphone product. This research used 120  respondents in Jakarta. Nonprobability samping with purposive sampling technique used in this research to recruit the sample. The data is analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics 22 program for windows. The results of this research indicated that hedonic product, brand trust and brand engagement have positive effect toward brand love, whereas self expressive has no significant effect toward brand love. Keywords : Self Expressive, Hedonic Product, Brand Trust, Brand Engagement, Brand Love.

Abstract

Telecommunication has an important role in people's lives because now most of all activities of people's lives, especially in running businesses depend on good communication and networking. Therefore, it is very important to pay attention to the sustainability of the telecommunication companies, especially for the stock investors who invest their funds in the telecommunication industry sector. A sustainable company will certainly survive in the ups and downs of business. One measurement to measure the sustainability of a company is using the ESG Score. The ESG score is generally divided into environment, social and governance and specifically divided into: resources, emission, environmental, workforce, human rights, community, product responsibility, management, shareholders, CSR. In this study, the relationship between telecommunication company stock returns and the ESG score variables specifically using Pearson correlation was sought. The results of this study are for XL Axiata, Tbk company stock returns do not have a relationship to the temporary ESG variables for Indosat, Tbk community variables have a significant negative correlation and for Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk the emission variable has a positive correlation with stock returns. Abstract

The study attempted to examine the effect of divident  as a moderator of the firm value - profitability relationship. Researchers see moderating effects of divident on the relationship between  profitability and firm value. This paper uses data for fifty seven manufacturing industries in 2015-2017 in Indonesia, moderated regression analysis was conducted to see the role of moderation in the influence of profitability on firm value. We report two primary findings. First, The profitability contribute to the firm value, Second, there was no moderating effect of divident on the relationship between profitability and firm value..Keyword: Dividen Policy, Profitability, Corporate Value

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to examine the effect of protean career attitude (PCA) and proactive work behaviors (PWB) by making passion for work (PFW) as a mediator of the two previous variables. Population is  millennials who are working in DKI Jakarta Sample with purposive sampling and we found 77 respondents In measuring the hypothesis of direct influence from PCA and PWB, simple regression is used while in measuring the influence of mediation on PCA and PWB multiple regression analysis is used. The findings obtained from this study are the protean career attitude (PCA) influencing proactive work behavior (PWB) directly and passion for work (PWF) influencing proactive work behavior (PWB). But the protean career attitude (PCA) has no effect on passion for work (PFW). Companies that have employees who are millennials must be able to establish a human resource management program that can improve the proactive work behavior of their employees. Keywords: Proactive work behavior, Passion for work, Proactive work behavior

Abstract

Technology advancement and development nowadays are increasing the demand of smart phone from year to year; this situation increases the competition in the smart phone industry. Because of that, smart phone companies are being pushed to make and to develop a product that’s easy to remember, easy to recognize and has the quality that meets consumer’s expectations. One of many smart phone companies in the world right now is Apple with their Apple iPhone product.This research uses 200 samples of Apple iPhone users that were visiting eStore at Pondok Indah Mall, samples were taken by using simple random sampling method and the data was collected by spreading questionnaires to the respondents. The collected data is processed and analyzed by using IBM SPSS STATISTICS 23 and LISREL 8.80.The result of this research showed that reliability and durability have direct effects on perceived quality and indirect effects on brand loyalty through perceived quality. Keywords: smart phone, reliability, durability, perceived quality, brand loyalty.

Abstract

Stock split is a corporate action carried out by companies that have gone public to rearrange stock prices so that transactions increase and companies become liquid.This study aims to determine the effect of stock split on stock liquidity as measured by the bid-ask spread variable and trading activity volume in companies listed on the Stock Exchange between 2015-2017. The sample used in this study amounted to 53 companies. The method used in this study is paired t-test for the variable bid-ask spread and Wilcoxon Sign Ranked Test for trading volume activity variables.The conclusion obtained from this study is that there is no significant difference in the bid-ask spread for 5 working days, whereas on 15 working days and 30 working days there is a significant difference. In addition, the trading volume activity variable for 5 working days, 15 working days and 30 working days is a difference between before and after stock split Keywords: stock split, bid-ask spread, trading volume activity, stock liquidity

Abstract

This research focuses on the pecking order theory by taking a sample of 100 consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the observation year 2013 to 2017. The purpose of this study is to see if there is consistency of research, as well as the previous studies to answer the research gap of extended pecking order theory model to see the effects of internal funding deficit and the debt ratio to the addition of forming internal funding deficit (dividends payment, additional working capital, investment and net cash flow) for additional debt ratio that can be used as a factor affecting changes in capital structure. The final results in this study support the hypothesis that the entire internal funding deficit has a positive effect on additional debt ratio. Dividend payments, additional working capital and investment have a positive effect while the net cash flow has a negative effect on the addition of the debt ratio. Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) mediated by the Affective Commitment (AC). This research was conducted at the Social Employment Insurance Administration Organization Headquarters by involving certain divisions or deputies in the company. A total of 125 questionnaires were distributed and 60 questionnaires were returned and could be processed, so the sample of this study was 60 respondents and processed using SPSS v22 software and Hayes PROCESS v3 macro.The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect between POS on OCB, POS also shows a positive and significant effect on AC. AC has a positive and significant effect on OCB and OCB mediates the effect of POS on OCB on employees of the Social Employment Insurance Administration Organization Headquarters.Keywords: Perceived Organizational Support (POS), Affective Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
