<![CDATA[Solar radiation measurements in climatology station barongan done by using campbell stokes and record card. Solar radiation is the accumulation of the whole length of the object radiation recorded on the record card. Solar radiation data reading performed by observers by estimating the long of object irradiation compared with the scale of hours listed on the record card. The difficulties encountered by observers in conducting solar radiation data readout is the shape of the object radiation recorded on the record card are not always in the form of elongated areas, some areas disjointed, even can only form small holes along the track on the card record. The purpose of this study was to design and build a system that can be used to calculate solar radiation recorded on the card record, thus increasing the accuracy of measurement data readout. Cropping process is carried out in order to obtain the right area for analysis. The approach method in object segmentation is done by implementing a solar radiation threshold otsu method. The test results showed that the determination o f the radius o f the opening and removing noise value appropriately irradiation can obtain the number o f objects on test images with RMSEof1.4429 compared with the amount o f exposure o f the image o f the original object. Results o f calculation solar radiation by the system showed system RMSE o f 0,51 to observer calculation.]]>

<![CDATA[A comic has its own characteristics compared the other types of books. The difference between comic and other books can be seen from the category o f period, material and physical. Comicand other booksneeded an application o f classification system. Looking for the problem, classification system was made using Chi Square Feature Selection and Naive Bayes algorithm to determine the comic based on the period, material and physical. Delphi programming language and Oracle Database are used to build the Classification System. Chi Square Feature Selection acquired trait a comic is in 0.10347 and which not comic is in 1.9531. Furthermore, data is classified by the Naive Bayes algorithm. From 120 titles o f comic that consists 60 titles o f comic and non comicused to build classesfor trainand 60 titles o f comic and non comic used to test. The results o f Naive Bayesalgorithm for comic is 96,67%with 3.33% error rate, and non comic is 90% with 10% error rate. The classification to determine comic is good.]]>

<![CDATA[Today development of computer technology is growing rapidly, especialy in term of the game are certainly not stranger for the fans, from children to adults. The game has a positive impact that could indirectly hone the ability o f the brain and improve memory and patience. Catur Inggris is a strategy game like chess origin from Pekanbaru city, Riau province is generally played by two people, but more simple. Catur Inggris is based on Android with the programming C # language. Catur Inggris using Minimax algorithm with three difficulty levels that is, easy, medium, and hard. Minimax algorithm is an algorithm that using Depth-First Search method to find solutions step with limited depth. The results obtained from the test results using the algorithm method Minimax with Depth-First Search managed to generate possible winning position. Results obtained from tests using Minimax algorithm is 80% with five depth o f Depth-First Search tree four wins for the computer and a victory for the player, therefore Minimax algorithm can work well Catur Inggris game, and results test for user with 30 respondents get results 84%, therefore Catur Inggris game had a very good response from the users]]>

<![CDATA[Currently, not much o f public didn’t know about the information of data aircraft, the manufacture and type is sample. The aircraft also has registration number which not same between one aircraft with another aircraft. Information retrival of data aircraft can used registrationnumber with developed in an applicationwith take advantage of database and JSON (JavaScript Object Notation). JSON is a data exchange system that ’s easily translated in to the language o f computer or human. Data exchange these give mean make the distribution application base o f webservices. Web services is a system that provide service the another system to share resource. Procces o f made an application with base of web services must suitable with SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), where SOA is a model representation to up model shape which hasdistribution. For Implementation SOA, it can use the language of programming PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor). Tested on six aircraft, indicated o f airport and airline data can to point out that use of database and JSON can be run well. Decided o f internet network is an obtacle to present data.]]>

<![CDATA[Modified Distribution (MODI) method of the operation research’s in Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Adisutjipto Informatic Engineering is one of method which optimal solution low cost in the transportation model. MODI is using Northwest Corner method to determine the initial allocation, which will be processed to obtain a more optimal solution. MODI method is aplied to a desktop-based application that aims to help lecturer on presentation material. The results of 2 test on 1 primary user respondent 85,81% for 30 questions, test of 30 secondary user respondent with, Display/Graphical User Interface (GUI) (74,67%), Speed/Conveniences Of Access to information (80,92%), Accuracy Of Information (82,89%), and User Satisfaction (81,90%). Low cost application of Transportation Model with MODI method is very good.]]>

<![CDATA[E-commerce or electronic commerce is an activity related to the purchase, sale, marketing of goods or services by using electronic systems such as the Internet or a computer network as a medium. In its development, e-commerce website has a lot of models and concepts, one of which is a replica website. Replica website is a reflection of the website host website itself. Website replica would be obtained if it had been making purchases on the website o f the parent (stta.name:8000) or web replica owned by a member (stta.name:8000/ sponsor=namaanggota). If you already have a replica website then the owner can sell online using the web replica, and can change the prices ofgoods as well as web background replicas. <![CDATA[Ngekost is an android-based boarding search application that utilizes the Internet as a medium of exchange data. The use of mobile android application as a tool to access something that is connected to the Internet to help users find a variety of information. Ngekost applications builtby using cloud computing as a technology that makes the Internet as a central storage server to manage data and information. One media system making cloud computing is to use a Virtual Private Server (VPS) as a virtual server. Applications Ngekost offers boarding house in the city of Yogyakarta, Malang, and Makassar with centralized image data on the storage servers each - each city boarding information and data stored on the database webserver. Services provided on the application can be accessed via the website owners to register them boarding, boarding entering data and images, while searches for boarding accessed via mobile android. The results of testing this application indicates that the application Ngekost by leveraging cloud computing can be usedas an information service for owners and seekers boarding based regional city o f Yogyakarta, Malang, and Makassar.]]>

<![CDATA[The importance of communication increases development of information and communication technology in world so rapidly, especially in telecommunications equipment. Mobile phone or smartphone is one type of communication tools that provide communication services to a wide range of features offered but the services offered are not free. AviTalk is applications and services to communicate for free with the use of smartphones based on Android and has a wifi enable this feature. This communication utilizing wifi network at a frequency of 2.4 GHz as to communication network. Test the application is done by trying on some of the features on a smartphone application with different specifications. From the test produced a smartphone that can run the application properly in some smartphones with Android operating system version 4.2 and above, and the smartphone is connected to a wifi network.]]>

<![CDATA[Monitoring the activity on social network is a web-based application used to monitor the activity o f students or children in socially mediated by parents or teachers. Social media educational been created to support student learning in school. The application o f monitoring usedSelection Sort Algorithm. Selection sort algorithm used to sort the data based on the results o f monitoring input the desired date. From the test results can be concluded that this application can be used to monitor the activity o f children in social media education based on status, comments,and messages. The results o f this study indicate that parents o f Mutiah (user) monitoring the activities o f their children based on the status o f the results o f an update 8 (eight) status starting from the date o f July 26, 2016 until August 2, 2016 with the sequences data from the newest date and time until the oldest data or sorting from the greatest data and average results obtained from testing using a questionnaire with 30 respondents and the amount calculated by the Likert method is 80.97% with the criteria o f "Very Good".]]>
