Abstract

Solar radiation measurements in climatology station barongan done by using campbell stokes and record card. Solar radiation is the accumulation of the whole length of the object radiation recorded on the record card. Solar radiation data reading performed by observers by estimating the long of object irradiation compared with the scale of hours listed on the record card. The difficulties encountered by observers in conducting solar radiation data readout is the shape of the object radiation recorded on the record card are not always in the form of elongated areas, some areas disjointed, even can only form small holes along the track on the card record. The purpose of this study was to design and build a system that can be used to calculate solar radiation recorded on the card record, thus increasing the accuracy of measurement data readout. Cropping process is carried out in order to obtain the right area for analysis. The approach method in object segmentation is done by implementing a solar radiation threshold otsu method. The test results showed that the determination o f the radius o f the opening and removing noise value appropriately irradiation can obtain the number o f objects on test images with RMSEof1.4429 compared with the amount o f exposure o f the image o f the original object. Results o f calculation solar radiation by the system showed system RMSE o f 0,51 to observer calculation.

Abstract

The more commercial flights now, will be result more the number of aircraft operated and the competition to become the airline can keep operating even more difficult. Some airline companies can not compete with other companies, has gone out of business. This is one of them caused by the inaccuracy of an airline's decision in the selection of aircraft types. Type of aircraft used for flight routes should be tailored to the needs so that it can provide benefits to the company. The selection of planes is determined based on market analysis with indicators of the number of passengers, aircraft, engineering aspects of the commercial aspects or the operational costs of aircraft and competitor analysis. Aircraft direct operating costs are costs directly related to the operator of the aircraft in flight routes. Direct operating cost is very influential in the selection of aircraft types that will be used. On certain conditions the determination of the decision must be taken quickly, in which one of the conditions is the availability of relevant information. Information is the output system that can be utilized by the parties in need. Decision support system to determine the type of aircraft is a computer application that provides output in the form of aircraft operating cost information that can support managers in making decisions determining the effective fleet at the new flight routes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the usability or usefulness of e-commerce website sambal nyoss by using Likert scale. Likert scale serves to determine the scale category from 1 to 5. The methodology in this research is using the waterfall software design methodology. The results of e-commerce web testing on usability testing using the Likert scale method can be concluded that the average Likert Score of the usability test is 4. The value of 4 in the likert scale is the category agreed, so the usability level can be accepted by the user. The test results also mean that web e-commerce samboss nyoss has met usability aspect values such as ease of system, easy to remember system, efficiency, no errors or errors and have a level of user satisfaction

Abstract

PT Madu Baru Yogyakarta s a company that produces sugar. Many factors must be considered in determining the mount o f production generated annually. For that, in determining the  mount of production per year required and analysis of decision support systems analysis will be done applying Method of Fuzzy Inference System Tsukamoto end Method Inference System Mamdani using the min as function o f its implications, the from each rule give nextplicitly (scrip) by the smallest degree of membership (Defuzzifikasi), the final result by applying a weighted average for Fuzzy Inference System defuzzyfikasi begins the composition rules between Max and the Method apllied taking the center point (z*) fuzzy area. With the comparison method of Fuzzy Inference System and Method of Fuzzy Inference System Mamdani, obtained the most appropriate methods and approaches in determining the estimated amount o f sugar production, in order to obtain an output that is the amount o f sugar per year.With statistical tests, it can be concluded that the method is relatively close to the calculation method of the factory is Tsukamoto, because the method o f Tsukamoto had a lower mean than the mean on the 7,960.42 Mamdani methods is 21710.14.

Abstract

The earthquake that occurred around the world, generally always cause building damage and casualties. The number of fatalities occurred due to the lack of early notification and earthquakes happen very quickly. The software developed in this study can detect the strength of the earthquake. Magnitude detection software is designed to be equipped smartphone device accelerometer sensors and GPS. Smartphone users who apply this device will allow earthquake information (magnitude) faster than BMKG. The experimental results with comparison earthquakes that have occurred naturally suggest the software can be applied to well. Users of smartphones equipped with an accelerometer and GPS that applying this software can improve alertness when it will take place.

Abstract

Presence is the most important activity, because it is related to productivity of employees and one part of human resources control indicator which aim to improve the potential of human resources itself. The function of presence programme is for knowing presence of employees by used android smartphone. The employees can entry their presence data by use the presence programme, they just need to touch the attendance button, check out from office button and also take a leave button, the result of entry data will be entered into database system in the form of an admin web. The function of the web is to determine the employees data entry and add employees data. The employees should used android smartphone with same wifi local area of the company that used also by the admin web because it became the benefits of local wifi. In this case we need three days for trial, with a wide range of trials from 10 users testing, 10 smartphones testing, access point testing, blackbox testing and also white box testing. The aim of user testing is done by employees with android smartphone is to know does the time result of entry data equal with the time result of admin in web. Smartphone trial by the employees is done by view notification alerts presence was accepted by the admin, the result show if the average is less than 20 seconds. Access point trial done by the admin, is to show the speed of access point received by androind smartphone is less than 10 seconds. Black box trial and white box trial done by admin, the flow of the web, and also the flow of android smartphone program get the 100%. The result of three days trial finds that everything in presence program is going well.

Abstract

One way to take advantage of current technological developments is to utilize the smartphone as a means of accessing the Internet network. Open Journal System Application (OJS) Application Design Concept (OJS) In Mobile / Android Covered For Readers and Author (OJS based on android) is where the application system will access the existing OJS database on the server then the data will be transferred into the application , So that OJS data on the server can be retrieved and can be entered into OJS Based Application android. Thus users / readers no longer need to access the browser, because in the Android-based OJS application will display the pdf-shaped article files.From the analysis of comparative function and viewing of OJS application that opened with browser, with OJS android based application, in essence has the same function that is displaying the work of ilmia from an institution from a researcher, but there are some deficiencies in OJS Application Based Android , Such as in the application can not display data that resides in OJS database as a whole.

Abstract

The increasing number o f passengers Trans Jogja bus stops can result in the existing capacity can not accommodate the number of passengers comfortably. Problems that often arise include delays resulting bus passenger waiting time is longer and there is a buildup of the number of passengers at stops. As a result of these problems, the capacity o f passenger stops can be full so that prospective passengers waiting outside the bus stop. Forecasting is one very important element in the decision. In this study using stationary and trend forecasting the data because the data are not significant changes between time and swell in certain periods and a normal in periods others. Time series methods for forecasting the number o f passengers on the Trans Jogja stop using exponential smoothing calculation and least square. From these calculations the value sought MAD (Mean Absolute Deviation) or least square error is exponential smoothing and forecasting results with small error. Forecasting will be better if it contains fewer possible errors.

Abstract

Chatting application is an application which used for communication through local network or internet. It can use to make communication to be effective and easy to use but there are several shortage in delivery information process is data security when communication is going on. Using chrypthography with modification Rivest Shamir adleman (RSA) algorithm in encryption process and decryption on packet data which transmited is one of security system which can used in this application then the security of data packet secured. Result from implementation of chatting application which apply chrypthography with modification Rivest Shamir adleman (RSA) algorithm have done in local network and internet able to run smoothly and have done by several testing cases based on certain scenario.  Whereas process testing encryption  and decryption using tools wireshark.

Abstract

Parallel processing system is a collection of computers connected and work together as an integrated computer resources to complete certain jobs which are connected by the network, so it can be seen as one - unity. Parallel processing can be applied to such work compress and decompression the data. Compression process is a way to compress the data so that it requires less storage space, while the decompression process is the process of restoring data to its original shape. The utilization of parallel processing to speed up or get more speed on the efficiency of the data compression so the job. The work came to be divided to parallel computers that are not doing the work.
