Abstract

Surveys indicate  managerial  people  in organizations  spend up to 80 percent  of their workday in toceto   face  conversations,  in meetings,  on the phone,  or writing,  other research has suggested that approximately  60  percent   of  the workday to spent  listening, yet   the   estimates   are   that   less  than  50  percent    of  the   area messaged used in a day are fully understood. A  recent   survey  of  Australia   business executives   showed that  the ability to listen was ranks as the most important communications  skill necessary  for persona/- success in  the organizations. Similar  results   were    obtained   in   a    1982.   Study     after communication  skills Australian  accounting raduates. The purpose  of this writing  is  to increase awareness  of how much  of our day  was  spent listening,  to identify  some  of the major barriers   of   effective   listening,   and    finally    to   learn    how    to concentration,    objectivity,    questioning   and     feedback    can improve  listening behavior. Listening   is    the   communication   channel    we    use  most frequently.  Yet  surveys  show   that   listening   skills are   the   least developed !.

Abstract

As we are seen, personal progression involves the development  of knowledge, skills and  attitudes  in all areas and  the  development of  whole   person  as  an  individual and  as a  member   of  society. How ever learning  as a tool by itself can  tie limited  ettectiveness. What  is  learning?   Learning  is  defined   as a  reJatively  permanent change   in  behavior  that  occurs.  For most student   an  effective approach  is  to scan _the  study guide,  the chapter   focus and  study outline sections. Read  the text carefully and making  notes. Designing  or enriching activities  intended  to help  the students  to gain more  knowledge and skills.A team  researchers  developed  a program to help  students  how to read  with a purpose.  How to get  them more actively  involved  in the material  they read. How    to    read    effectively   and    productively.    Reading    and remembering   technique,   a    more    recent     variation     of    this technique  is  called   the  PQ4R technique  introduced  by  Thomas and  Robinson ( 1972).

Abstract

Unusualy, the   elements  of  communication  activities  there   are com-municator,  message, and communicant. But, why is  commu- nication   religion  as prayer  believed to  the God?  God  is  not  material like the  man,  not  can  see by our eyes. If every  one  praying to the God,  where  is God,  God not clear  in front our faces.  Prayer activities belong  communication models  or not?Nearly intelectualities of communication  make  the  definition, pra-ying   activitities, althought  not clear  who  was the  communicant,but  is  communication. The mane  of  communications activities ia trancendental  communication. The hung of transcendental com- munication to tell to you with the story illustrationat unders.
