Jurnal Nasional Komputasi dan Teknologi Informasi adalah jurnal nasional yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Teknik Komputer Universitas Serambi Mekkah tahun 2018 dan telah Terakreditasi SINTA 5. Jurnal ini terbit sebanyak enam edisi dalam satu tahun yaitu setiap bulan Februari, April, Juni, Agustus, Oktober dan Desember baik cetak (P-ISSN : 2620-8342) dan online (E-ISSN: 2621-3052). Jurnal ini mempublikasikan artikel-artikel ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan bidang Komputer dan Teknologi Informasi dengan scope Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak, Sistem Informasi, Jaringan Komputer, Elektronika dan Sistem Kontrol, Multimedia dan Pengolahan Citrat Digital serta bidang Komputer dan Informatika lainnya yang relevan. Artikel yang dikirimkan ke JNKTI dapat ditulis dalam Bahasa Indonesia atau Bahasa Inggris. Setiap artikel yang dipublikasi dalam jurnal ini akan direview terlebih dahulu dengan metode Peer-Review dan hanya artikel yang memenuhi syarat yang akan dipublikasikan. Artikel-artikel yang telah dipublikasikan oleh JNKTI juga sudah diindeks oleh beberapa lembaga indeksasi seperti Google Scholar, Garuda, CrossRef, BASE, Moraref dan SINTA. Abstract

Distribution is an important thing in business activities, especially for distribution companies or distributors. Delays in distribution will reduce customer service levels. The method used is WP (Weighted Product), because Weighted product is one of the right choice of method to solve complex problems and Weighted Product can produce structured calculations on problems that have sub-sub-criteria for the decision to be built. from this research is to determine the best egg distribution location in the pumpkin beach district using the Weighted Product (WP) method. The Weighted Product (WP) method is a multi-criteria analysis decision and is a multi-criteria decision-making method. WP is a set of alternative decisions described in terms of several criteria. In the WP method there is no need for matrix manipulation because this method multiplies the assessment results of each attribute. The results of the research are based on the results of the ranking using the Weighted Product (WP) method to determine the best distribution location in the pumpkin beach district, so the greatest value is Grosir 2 with a value of 0.2309 which can be chosen to be the best distribution location. weights so that they can be used with that method.

Abstract

The development of very advanced technology can help all aspects of life, one of which is in the world of education. The world of education certainly really needs the role of technology in managing activities by utilizing information technology. The problem that arises is the system for processing piles of data in order to know whether or not the student is able to follow the subjects at SDN 105351 Bakaran Batu. The process of implementing this data mining application only discusses predicting children's ability levels in following subjects. The data used were data from grade 5 elementary school students from the last 2 years (2018-2019) at SDN 105351 Bakaran Batu. One of the classification models is making a decision tree. By knowing the level of ability of children in following student subjects is expected to provide solutions for the future in processing student data with a computerized system, especially data regarding the level of children's ability in following subjects. The way the system works is built using the C4.5 method and data mining applications that will be designed with VB Net and Microsoft Access databases.

Abstract

At this time many people have started selling online. Even though only with makeshift items to make online sales, not a few people have succeeded in making these online sales. The TOPSIS method is one of the multicriteria decision-making methods, this method is one that is widely used to complete practical decision making. The more factors that must be considered in the decision making process, the more difficult it will be to make a decision on an issue. identification of research problems is the application of the DSS in determining the level of risk of online sales. Abstract

The Department of Informatics at STMIK Pelita Nusantara is one of the departments at private universities that focuses on the science of information technology. Thesis problems in this department must also be resolved immediately, one of which is a system that utilizes information technology. It is difficult for students to determine the choice of thesis topic to be prepared as a graduation requirement. There are 7 criteria used, namely: Academic Value, Historical Project, Research Activeness, Training, Interests, Value of Practice and Research Place. Research data obtained from STMIK Pelita Nusantara applied the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method using Visual Basic Net 2010 with Mysql Database. From the ranking it shows that the highest result is alternative A1 where in this example the thesis topic chosen is Expert System.

Abstract

An animal can also be called a pest if it causes damage to natural ecosystems or acts as an agent for spreading disease in human habitats. The pest in question is a mouse-like animal that aims to make a trap using a load cell weight sensor with an Arduino microcontroller module. The scope of the problem in this research is the cultivation of maize and paddy fields in Mardingding District, Karo Regency. For testing purposes, 3 trials are used, respectively, corn and rice fields. The variable is limited to animals the size of a mouse. The purpose of this research is to build a plant pest trapping device using the Arduino uno micro controller module which can make it easier to catch pests efficiently. Farmers no longer need to control within a certain period of time. so it can save time and energy to do other jobs. The application is built using the programming language used is the C language and the Arduino IDE with notification to farmers only via short messages via cellphones.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology not only has a positive impact, but can also have a negative impact on the users of this technology. One of them is the development of cyber crime which causes messages to be unsafe to protect. Message security can be protected by using steganography to convert messages into secret passwords. To make the secret password more secure, steganography techniques are used. Steganography is a technique for hiding messages by inserting messages into other containers. In this study, a combination of two algorithms is used, namely the RC4 and Base Cryptography algorithm, which is better known as the Super Encryption algorithm and the steganography technique using the Least Significant Bit (LSB) method with random pixel insertion using a pseudorandom number generator (PRNG). Algorithm use. the scope of the problem is the information insertion media used, the process of making data into information and sending to message recipients, the method used in writing the thesis using LSB (Least Significant Bit) and the programming language used in building this system is PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) with MySQL database (My Structured Query Language) on PhpMyAdmin.

Abstract

In the sale of goods (products), companies often experience problems because of the irregular level of consumer spending. Determination of product layout is done to make it easier for consumers to find honey products so as not to disappoint consumers in finding the location of which products are suitable to be combined with other products that are often in demand by consumers, so that consumers can save time. Based on the problems faced by the company, data mining analysis tools are needed. Currently, the utilization of data that is owned is not fully maximized, it is limited to making reports. The problem of research is the accumulation of unused transaction data, the difficulty of placing products according to consumer needs. The absence of an effective product sales strategy. The application is built using the PHP programming language with the MySQL database. The data used for shopping cart analysis on the sales transaction of Joyo Flower Honey is 1 month transaction data. The combination of items with the highest support x confidence value will be used as a combination to determine the placement of the suitable item to be connected between the two products that consumers are most interested in. In addition, the combination of these items can be used by management to position the product on the shelf which will make it easier for consumers to find the product they need.

Abstract

Poverty is a problem that is still faced by several countries in the world, especially in Indonesia. Poverty is a condition / condition of the inability of individuals / groups of people to meet the necessities of life, both physical and economic conditions. The system of providing assistance carried out by the Social Service of North Sumatra Province uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. The method used in this aid system is the Analytical Hierarchy Process method in the Social Service of North Sumatra Province. The results of the weighted assumptions for each criterion are relative in nature. The criteria used in determining the receipt of assistance are job criteria, income criteria, nutritional consumption criteria (chicken, meat, milk), criteria for sources of information, criteria for medical ability, criteria for the last education of the head of the family. The method used in this research is the AHP method. AHP method is one of the methods used in the Decision Support System to determine the provision of this assistance is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). After getting the consistency index value, then look for the consistency ratio value (CR) by dividing the consistency index by the consistency random index (RI), namely CR = C1 / R1 CR = 0.09975 / 1.24 = 0.0891, the requirement for consistency CR 0.1 then the CR value that is obtained from the comparison above it is consistent.

Abstract

CV Biring Ndu Cahaya Panglong is a company that sells various types of building materials and equipment, located in Tanah Merah village, Dusun II Pendukuan, Galang District. Currently CV. Biring Ndu Cahaya Panglong does not have an information system that is able to assist in managing employee data. The employee data includes all data related to employee control activities. The AHP method is one of the methods in decision support systems that is unique compared to the others. There are 10 alternative names and 5 criteria in determining layoffs, namely negligence in work (C1), absenteeism (C2), theft of goods (C3), not neat (C4), spreading company disgrace (C5). The results obtained from this study with the highest score is Arya Sinaga with a value of 0.272 which indicates that the alternative with the highest ranking will be dismissed from work.

Abstract

Abstrak-Proses pemeliharaan sel tumbuhan saat ini sudah sering dilakukan, salah satunya adalah proses induksi sel daun tembakau (Nicotiana tabacum). Dari induksi sel daun tembakau dapat dihasilkan berbagai produk, diantaranya adalah quinone. Proses ini banyak dilakukan karena disamping produk yang dihasilkan lebih murni, keutuhan sifat quinone juga dapat terjaga. Selain itu bahan baku yang digunakan tersedia dengan cukup. Suplai oksigen yang rendah sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan produksi quinone. Untuk mengurangi suplai oksigen yang masuk dapat digunakan asam askorbat sebagai anti oksidan karena senyawa ini mudah bereaksi dengan oksigen. Callus dipindahkan ke medium cair yang telah ditambahkan dengan asam askorbat. Pertumbuhan sel dalam medium cair diamati melalui berat sel segar yang diperoleh, dimana berat sel segar naik dengan naiknya konsentrasi asam askorbat dan mencapai optimum pada konsentrasi asam 0,50 mg/l. Kandungan quinone ditentukan dengan menggunakan alat HPCL, dimana kandungan quinone yang paling banyak diperoleh pada konsentrasi asam askorbat 0,50 mg/l yaitu sebesar 0,4030 ppm.Kata kunci: Induksi Sel, Daun Tembakau dan Quinone
