Jurnal Nasional Komputasi dan Teknologi Informasi adalah jurnal nasional yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Teknik Informatika Universitas Serambi Mekkah tahun 2018. Abstract

Leucorrhoea is a discharge other than blood from the vaginal canal, if abnormal vaginal discharge is left untreated, as a result the infection can spread, enter the uterus, fallopian tubes, and can infect the ovaries. The application of an expert system in the health sector will greatly assist in survival someone. Expert systems can help diagnose a type of disease based on their own symptoms quickly and precisely. An expert system that is designed as a tool to diagnose the type of leucorrhoea, especially in women who experience vaginal discharge, but often they feel able to recognize themselves that they are suffering from vaginal discharge without feeling the need to go to a doctor for a more detailed examination, and only treat themselves with medication. This expert system will display a selection of symptoms that can be selected by the user, then get the final result with the Bayes theorem method by providing a diagnosis result in the form of a probability value for the emergence of each type of disease and solution. Expert system applications are built on a web basis using HTML, PHP, CSS using the mysql database.

Abstract

Abstract— Mauritaniyyah Islamic Primary School in the midst of the Muslims answered about the importance of Islamic education. Strengthen and thicken faith, provide a good and correct understanding of Islamic teachings in accordance with the understanding of Ahlul Sunnah Wal Jama'ah. The purpose of this research is to create an administrative system that simplifies and speeds up the performance of admin staff. The method used in designing the posyandu administrative data processing system is the method of analysis and design of an object-oriented system (Object Oriented Modeling) using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) system development tools. The tests carried out are validation testing, questionnaire testing and application testing. The results of research on school administration information systems can help admins process data processing and reports at SDIT Mauritaniyyah to be fast, and accurate. After the authors design and analyze the administrative system, the authors can draw the conclusion that administration does not always develop with this program. Building this administrative application really takes time so that the results can be satisfactory.

Abstract

Abstrak— Proses rekrutmen masih memanfatakan prinsip konvensional dalam pengolahan data sehingga memungkinkan terjadinya perubahan angka-angka ataupun nilai masing-masing calon dan tentunya ada pihak yang dirugikan, dalam proses pengolahan data membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Temuan yang lainnya adalah terjadinya penumpukan berkas karena syarat adminsitrasi membutuhkan berkas-berkas dari para calon yang mendaftar. Data diperoleh dari BKD (Badan Kepegawaian Daerah) Kabupaten Karo. Kriteria Berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Karo yaitu Tes Kompetensi, Uji Gagasan Tertulis, Uji Gagasan Lisan, Rekam Jejak. Dengan bantuan perangkat lunak brainware dapat membangun sistem melalui Bahasa pemrograman. Pada Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini Perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk membangun sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan Menggunakan Metode SAW (Simple Addictive Weighting). Aplikasi yang dikembangkan berbasis web dengan menggunakan PHP dan Mysql. Nilai terbesar ada pada V1 dan V3 sehingga alternatif V1 dan V3 adalah alternatif yang direkomendasikan oleh Sistem dengan nilai yang sama yaitu 1.Kata kunci: rekrutmen, kriteria, perangkingan, SPK, SAW Abstract— The recruitment process still utilizes conventional principles in data processing so as to allow changes in the numbers or values of each candidate and of course there are parties who are disadvantaged, in the data processing process it takes a long time. Another finding is the accumulation of files because the administrative requirements require documents from the registering candidates. Data obtained from BKD (Regional Civil Service Agency) Karo Regency. The criteria based on the Karo Regency Regional Regulation are Competency Test, Written Idea Test, Oral Idea Test, Track Record. Decision Support Using the SAW (Simple Addictive Weighting) Method. The application is developed based on web using PHP and Mysql. Abstract

The need for chicken cannot be denied in Indonesian society, especially in the consumption of eggs and chicken meat so that it will affect economic growth. To produce healthy meat and eggs free of disease, breeders must pay attention to the health of their pet chickens. Starting from providing rations, vaccination and cage maintenance. Chicken disease is very susceptible to cage cleanliness and consumption of the food given. As for the scope of the problem in this study, namely disease in broiler chickens. The system used is a web-based expert system with the Bayes Theorem method. By applying the Bayes theorem method to expert systems in diagnosing broiler disease and designing an expert system application in determining broiler disease. Aims to assist breeders in dealing with diseases specifically broiler chickens and add to the list of references in applying the Bayes Theorem method to expert systems. Using testing with the PHP MYSQI application with the supporting tools.

Abstract

Abstrak— Teknologi informasi hampir tidak dapat dilepaskan dari berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, dikarenakan kemudahan untuk mengakses informasi adalah salah satu pemanfaatannya. Minimnya pakar tumbuhan dan pengetahuan petani dalam menangani penyakit pada tanaman mentimun menyebabkan kerugian bagi petani khususnya petani mentimun. Selain daripada itu hal ini juga menjadi hambatan bagi para petani mentimun untuk mendiagnosa dan melakukan penanganan yang tepat terhadap penyakit mentimun yang menyerang tanaman yang mereka tanam. Petani kurang paham terhadap jenis penyakit pada tanaman mentimun, sehingga lambatnya proses penanganan pada tanaman mentimun. Dempster-Shafer dikenal adanya Frame of Discrement yang dinotasikan dengan dengan θ. Frame ini merupakan semesta pembicaraan dari sekumpulan hipotesis.Sistem pakar umumnya didefinisikan sebagai sebuah sistem yang dirancang untuk memodelkan kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah seperti layaknya seorang pakar (human expert). Identifikasi masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu kerusakan pada tanaman mentimun akibat sulitnya mengidentifikasi penyakit pada tanaman mentimun. ruang lingkup/batasan masalah dalam penelitian ini Data penyakit yang akan diteliti sebanyak 6 penyakit, data gejala yang akan diteliti sebanyak 12 gejala. Metode yang digunakan dalam mendiagnose penyakit pada tanaman mentimun ialah metode Dempster Shafer. Aplikasi yang digunakan adalah aplikasi Adobe Animate CC. Database yang digunakan adalah SQLite.Kata kunci: Penyakit Timun, Android, Sistem Pakar, Dempster Shafer Abstract— Information technology can hardly be separated from various aspects of human life, because the ease of accessing information is one of its uses. Farmers do not understand the types of diseases in cucumber plants, so the process of handling cucumber plants is slow. Dempster-Shafer is known for its Frame of Discrement which is denoted by θ. This frame is a universe of discussion from a set of hypotheses. An expert system is generally defined as a system designed to model problem-solving abilities like a human expert. Identification of the problem in this study is damage to cucumber plants due to the difficulty of identifying diseases in cucumber plants. the scope / limitation of the problem in this study. The disease data to be studied were 6 diseases, the symptom data to be studied were 12 symptoms. The method used in diagnosing diseases in cucumber plants is the Dempster Shafer method. Abstract

Many people who want to own a motorbike, but do not have sufficient funds to buy a motorbike in cash, require a way to own a motorbike using a credit payment system. The formulation of the problem to be resolved in this study is how to design the SPK in determining motorcycle loans for new customers at PT Adira Finance using the SAW method. The limitation of the problem in this research is that the application does not handle the investment of funds from customers in the form of savings, time deposits and others, the application only supports the decision to grant credit to customers with predetermined criteria and the application does not handle the addition of customer criteria. The research objective is PT. Adira Finance can determine creditworthy debtors and prepare SPK to determine creditworthiness at PT. Adira Finance. From the results of the calculation of the V value above, a ranking is made: V1 = Customer 1 (0.91) V4 = Customer 4 (0.91) V2 = Customer 2 (0.63) V3 = Customer 3 (0.51) V5 = Customer 5 (0.31).

Abstract

Abstrak— Adanya permasalahan yang dihadapai masyarakat adalah masyarakat tidak bisa memberikan penilaian kepuasan terhadap pengurusan izin uasaha mikro dan kecil, hal ini membuat pegawai tidak bias mengukur kepuasan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di kantor camat. Dalam mengambil keputusan diperlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat menentukan tingkat kepuasan masyarakat berdasarkan kriteria yang ditentukan oleh pengguna. Penerapan Metode Servqual Dalam Menentukan Tingkat Kepuasan Masyarakat Terhadap Pelayanan Pengurusan Surat Izin Usaha Mikro Dan Kecil Pada Kantor Camat Dolat Rayat Kabupaten Karo. Metode Servqual adalah suatu kuesioner yang dapat mengukur kualitas jasa. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas layanan dari atribut masing-masing dimensi, sehingga akan diperoleh nilai gap (kesenjangan) yang merupakan selisih antara persepsi konsumen terhadap layanan yang diterima. Metode Servqual memiliki dua perspektif internal dan perspektif eksternal. Perspektif internal didefenisikan dengan bebas kesalahan (zero defect) sedangkan perspektif eksternal digunakan untuk memahami apa yang diharapkan konsumen, dirasakan konsumen dan kepuasan konsumen.Kata kunci: Pelayanan, Kepuasan Masyarakat, Penilaian, Metode Servqual Abstract— There is a problem faced by the community is that the community cannot provide an assessment of satisfaction with the management of micro and small business permits, this makes employees not biased to measure community satisfaction to improve service quality in the camat office. In making decisions, we need a system that can determine the level of community satisfaction based on criteria determined by the user. Application of the Servqual Method in Determining the Level of Community Satisfaction with Services for Managing Micro and Small Business Licenses at the Sub-District Office of Dolat Rayat, Karo Regency. The Servqual method is a questionnaire that can measure service quality. This method is used to measure the service quality of the attributes of each dimension, so that a gap value is obtained which is the difference between consumer perceptions of the services received. The Servqual method has two internal perspectives and an external perspective. The internal perspective is defined as being free of errors (zero defect), while the external perspective is used to understand what consumers expect, feel and customer satisfaction.Keywords: Service, Community Satisfaction, Assessment, Servqual Method

Abstract

Coral reefs and all the life in them are one of the natural resources owned by the Indonesian people that are invaluable. Bontang city, located in East Kalimantan, is dominated by the ocean. Observation of the condition of coral reefs has been carried out by diving (diving) or snorkeling. For certain conditions, such as difficult locations, it does not allow humans to dive and observe directly the condition of coral reefs. This study proposes an alternative observation of coral reefs in Bontang waters using ROV. ROV is an underwater explorer robot controlled by an operator with a control device. The ROV in this study uses the arduino mega2560 as a controller, the BTS7960 module as a motor driver, MS5540CM sensor, motor as a driver. The ROV is equipped with a camera to take pictures and display them on a monitor. The results show that the ROV can work in the water, the ROV movement can be controlled and can maneuver well. ROV can automatically maintain depth when not operated with a range of ± 5 cm. The camera video system works well. The image captured by the camera can be displayed on the monitor in realtime. From the test results, it was found that the delay was less than 1 second between the image captured by the camera and the image displayed.
