Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bantuan keilmuan kepada guru SMP Negeri 25 Bandar Lampung dalam menyusun skenario pembelajaran yang memuat pendidikan karakter selain muatan inti lainnya yaitu pengetahuan dan ketrampilan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan selama empat kali pertemuan dengan peserta sebanyak 25 orang guru. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi, dan demonstrasi. Praktik lapangan implementasi skenario pembelajaran yang menerapkan pendidikan karakter oleh guru peserta pengabdian, menggunakan pendekatan saintifik. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan diperoleh temuan sebagai berikut: 1) Guru SMP Negeri 25 Bandar Lampung sebagai peserta pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan antusiasme yang sangat tinggi; 2) Para peserta dapat mengimplementasikan penguatan pendidikan karakter kedalam skenario pembelajaran yang disusunnya; 3) Para peserta dapat mengimplementasikan skenario pembelajaran yang disusun dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar; 4) Perubahan karakter peserta didik yang mencerminkan budaya bangsa Indonesia merupakan dampak posistif, dari skenario pembelajaran yang diimplementasikan.

Abstract

Kurikulum 2013 dirancang dengan tujuan untuk mempersiapkan insan Indonesia agar memiliki kemampuan hidup sebagai pribadi dan warganegara yang beriman, produktif, kreatif, inovatif, dan afektif serta mampu berkontribusi pada kehidupan bermasyarakat dan bernegara. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ditawarkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi guru-guru SD  di Kecamatan Negerikaton dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum 2013. Metode dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan guna menyelesaikan permasalahan yang melibatkan guru guru SD berupa workshop pelatihan, pendampingan dan implementasi kurikulum 2013. Pelatihan yang diberikan kepada guru-guru untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang kurikulum 2013. Selanjutnya guru-guru mendapatkan pendampingan langsung oleh tim dalam pembuatan RPP, pengelolaan penilaian dan pembuatan soal High Order Thinking Skill (HOTS). Hasil dari pendampingan kegiatan tersebut yang berupa RPP, pembuatan soal HOTS, dan pengelolaan penilaian Kurikulum 2013 diimplementasikan pada pembelajaran di kelas dengan didampingi oleh tim sebagai observer terkait implementasi kurikulum 2013.  Kata Kunci: kurikulum, rpp, penilaian, High Order Thinking Skill (HOTS)

Abstract

Membangun dari daerah merupakan program utama dari pemerintahan Presiden Joko Widodo, maka program Ipteks Bagi Masyarakat (IbM) ini bertujuan untuk mendukung program pemerintah dengan meningkatkan produktivitas dan perekonomian nelayan tangkap di Dusun Duroa, Kota Tual, Provinsi Maluku dengan mengonversi status mereka dari nelayan tangkap buruh menjadi nelayan pemilik dan memberikan modal, pelatihan, penyuluhan serta pendampingan. Program ini penting sebagai inisiasi untuk meningkatkan perekonomian nelayan tangkap Dusun Duroa yang sebagian besar nelayan tangkap yang berada di wilayah ini merupakan nelayan buruh. Hasil dari program ini sudah terlihat dampaknya dimana keuntungan nelayan tangkap meningkat sangat signifikan karena hasil yang didapatkan seluruhnya masuk ke nelayan tangkap dan produktivitasnya juga meningkat dengan teknik tangkap yang sesuai dengan perairan di sekitar wilayah desa Durua.

Abstract

This activity was  a community work in education.  The purpose of this activity was to improve elementary school teachers’ ability in SD Gugus V of Kediri district of Tabanan regency in developing teaching materials based on the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 22 of Year  2010. This community work  was done in seven months starting from 2nd April, 2017 by giving knowledge about materials development in the form of  training and tutoring using lecturing, question and answer, discussion and assignment methods. To know the teachers’ ability in writing lesson plans, observation and  task assessment methods were used. The results of obserrvation showed that all of the  25 participating teachers were enthusiastic  from the beginning to the end of the activity. While from the assessment of the tasks in the form of materials development it was shown that 96% or 24 teachers  understood and were able to write lesson plans well and 4% or 1 person had a good ability. From the results obtained it can be stated that the implementation of P2M in Gugus V, Kediri district, Tabanan regency was done  smoothly and successful.

Abstract

This service on Science and Technology for Community (IbM) was done for the teachers who teach Geography and Outer Space  (IPBA) at SMP and SMA Lab Undiksha Singaraja. The activity was done in the form  of  training and tutoring in making  teaching aids for IPBA, the training and tuturing in materials development used inquiry approach, and the tutoring was implemented in IPBA teaching using materials that had been developed. This activity was aimed at  improving  knowledge and skill in practicum for the group of teachers of IPBA at SMP and SMA Lab. Undiksha Singaraja to solve the constraints in the teaching of IPBA. The core implementation in the form of in service and on service was started on 16th June, 2017 until 30th October, 2017. The evaluation of the activity jwas done to the process and the output of the activity. The results of the evaluation showed that the IbM activity for the teachers of IPBA at SMP and SMA Lab. Undiksha ran well according to the plan. The teachers at the partner school were enthusiastic and engaged in the activity. Almost all of them were able to improve their skill in developing teaching materials for IPBA using inquiry approach, they could make teaching aids according to Student’s Worksheets developed, and were able to implement  the materials and teaching aids produced in teaching in the classroom.

Abstract

In general, community service program aims to provide training and assistance for the preparation of Cost Of Goods Sold (Cost of Production) to Determine the Price of Selling Products on Traditional Weavers Business in Sidemen District, Karangasem Regency. The method used in this activity is the direct practice method. The material provided during the training and assistance includes: (1) the importance of bookkeeping and the benefits of its use in running the business; (2) how to calculate the cost of production for the product; (3) cost information required in controlling production costs. The result of the activity shows that: after the training activity is done, the craftsman community's skill starts to increase by 80%. Most have been able to calculate the cost of production and determine the selling price correctly.
