Abstract

This study aims to determine influence price, product quality and trust in online purchasing decisions on STIE Muhammadiyah Cilacap students. The method used in this study uses quantitative methods and the sample used in this study amounted to 54 student respondents in STIE Muhamadiyah Cilacap using purposive random sampling method. Methods of collecting data with a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results showed that in the regression F test conducted it was found that all variables including price, product quality and trust simultaneously influence online purchasing decisions, this is indicated by the F test value which results in a calculated Fvalue of 9,150 greater than Ftabel 2,78. Based on the results of the T test which is carried out partially the variables that influence the product quality are online purchasing decisions. This is indicated by the value of T count 3,188 while the variable price of 1,427 and trust of 0,329 partially does not affect online purchasing decisions with a T table of 1,673. Abstract

This study aims to determine effect Profitability, Liquidity and Firm Size of Capital Structure of the Manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for 4 years from 2014-2017. The population of this research is manufacturing companies which are still listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2017. Sampling technique using purpose sampling, and obtained by 45 Manufacturing Company. The results of this study show that: Profitability significant effect on Capital Strructure, Liquidity significant effect on Capital Strructure, Firm Size significant effect on Capital Strructure. Simultaneously Profitability, Liquidity and Firm Size of Capital Structure of the Manufacturing Companies significant effect to Capital Strructure. Abstract

Fakhrudin, Accounting Study Program Bachelor Program, STIE Muhammadiyah Cilacap Effect of Debt Policy, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin on Company Value in Manufacturing Companies Listed in BEI 2015 - 2017. This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of Debt Policy, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin on Company Value. The data used in this study is the data of Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The period used in this study is 3 years, starting from 2015 to 2017 in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample selection technique uses a purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data and the total sample used in this study is 64 companies that have been selected based on predetermined criteria. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1. Debt policy has no effect on Company Value 2. Return On Equity affects Company Value 3. Net Profit Margin has no effect on Company Value. Future studies are suggested to be able to expand the research sample and add variables.
