Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the ways the spiritual songwriter creating their songs, weave patterns or how they are to be used as a model of hymns writng that can be implemented by others. Design used is research and development. Research conducted on some of the literature related to the birth stories of spiritual songs. Development is done on the model creation hymns, as the combination of the results of the research literature and research experience in creating spiritual songs. Data collection methods that researchers use is the study of literature. interviews and try quisener the subject. Data were analyzed by descriptive qualitative. Through this study has developed a model of the creation of spiritual songs that can be implemented by others. The model developed includes the steps of: a simple poem procurement, laying of lines bars, beats determination, giving tone and perform melodic refinement by utilizing certain ethnic scales.

Abstract

This study aims to examine: the profile of Balinese women in practical political constellation, the draft model of gender-based political education, models for women in politics, scientific articles published in accredited journals. The research was analyzed by using descriptive qualitative analysis technique, and statistic analysis. The conclusions of this research, namely: 1) the role of political participation of women tends to be low. (2) Th e position and participation of women in political activity is highly marginalized. (3) The climate and communication patterns of family life, culture, official villages, and schools do not support the process of political education for indigenous women to  achieve improvement. (4) Indigenous village as the highest symbolism in the level of indigenous peoples structurally has not done any real activity in relation to political education on women. (5) The process of forming Indonesian civil society, in relation to the objectives and characteristics of indigenous peoples of indigenous Balinese villages, is quite relevant in creating a gender equality climate.

Abstract

This study aims at determining the contribution of school principal leadership, work motivation and school climate to the  performance of elementary school teachers at Cluster IV District of Baturiti Tabanan Bali. This research was an ex-post facto research. The population which as also treated as the sample in this study were 61 teachers. Data in this study were collected by using questionnaires. Data analysis was performed by using simple regression, multiple regression, and partial correlation. The results showed that: (1) there was a significant contribution of headmaster leadership to the performance of elementary school teachers, (2) ) there is a significant contribution of teacher's work motivation to the performance of elementary school teacher; (3) there is significant contribution of work climate on the performance of elementary school teachers, and (4) together, there  is a significant contribution of principal leadership, motivation work and work climate on the performance of elementary school teachers.

Abstract

This research aims at investigating: (1) the direct  effect of career expectation as teacher (X3) on teaching professionalism attitude (X4), (2) the direct effect of academic self-concept (X1) on teaching professionalism attitude (X4), (3) the direct effect of teaching interest (X2) on teaching professionalism attitude (X4), (4) the direct effect of academic self-concept (X1) on career expectation as teacher (X3), (5) the direct effect of teaching interest (X2) on career expectation as teacher (X3), (6) the indirect effect of academic self -concept (X1) on teaching professionalism attitude (X4), (7) the indirect effect of teaching interest (X2) on teaching professionalism attitude (X4). The population of the research was 251 students of PGSD Undiksha. It was an ex-post factor research. The result of the research shows that: (1) there is a direct effect of 0.2971 from X3 on X4, (2) there is a direct effect of 0.2724 from X1 on X4, (3) there is a direct effect of 0.1706 from X2 on X4, (4) there is a direct effect of 0.3709 from X1 on X3, (5) there is a direct effect of 0.2084 from X2 on X3, (6) there is an indirect effect of 0.2496 from X1 on X4, (7) there is an indirect effect of 0.2914 from X2 on X4.

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate: 1) the relationship between situational leadership and teachers’ performance, 2) the relationship between working motivation and teachers’ performance, 3) the relationship between working climate and teachers’ performance, 4) The relationship among situational leadership, working motivation, and working climate on the performance of teachers of public junior high school. The population is 98. This research used census study with the design of expost-facto. The data were collected using the questionnaire. The data were analyzed using multiple regressions. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant relationship between: 1) situational leadership and teachers’ performance with the contribution of 39,5%, 2) working motivation and teachers’ performance with the contribution of 69.1%, 3) working climate and teachers’ performance with the contribution of 55.0%, 4) situational leadership, working motivation, and working climate on the performance of teachers of public junior high school in Negara Subdistric with the coantribution of 77.1%.
