Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the opportunities and threats faced by the BSK Division of BNI Sharia, also possessed strengths and weaknesses BSK Division of BNI Sharia in developing the only Sharia-based credit card in Indonesia. Based on the result of the external environment analysis, it can be identified there are 11 opportunities factors and 6 threats factors for the BSK Division which can becompiled into EFE matrix, besides these factors affect the industry and the company's current strategies response to these factors. From the analysis of the internal environment above, it can be identified there are 6 strengths factors and 8 weaknesses factors of the BSK Division that can becompiled into IFE matrix, besides these factors affect the industry and the company's current strategies response to these factors. The analysis results of internal and external environment combined using matrix SFAS (Strategic factor analysis summary) to select the dominant factors that influence BSK Division significantly. Then analysis is needed to determine BSK Division market position by using BCG matrix, BSK Division's competitive position against the credit card industry with Grand Strategy, and positioning the BSK Divisions portfolio business with IE matrix. Determining the strategy that will be implemented by using matrix QSPM is the further step. The strategies which has determined previously, will be formulated by comparing the external factors with internal factors using the SWOT matrix. In order to run this strategy, its necessary to shape it down into the functional level strategies by translating the chosen strategy to four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business process and learning growth using a balanced scorecard analysis tool, with results summarized in the map strategy. Acquiredbusiness strategies based on the analysis of external and internal to the BSK Division BNI Sharia arethe development strategy andmarket penetrationstrategy.Keywords: SWOT and Balanced Scorecard.

Abstract

ABSTRACTFamily business is the main driving of Indonesian economy. This sector contribute about 82,44% of total Indonesian GDP. The number of family business is about 99% of total Small Medium Enterprise (SME) in Indonesia. However, only a little family business can survive and scalling up. PT. Roda Bahari that become object of this research is one of the family business. The aim of this research is to analyze change management process and company cycle. This research is important to formulate and prepare for every stage of the transformation process required by PT. Roda Bahari in order to create a professional business entity. The study was conducted in Bogor. The method analysis used is descriptive and the type of data is qualitative. Qualitative data collection was done by interviews and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). The number of responden are 10 person including stakeholder, top management, and staff. To identify the changes that has occured was used Lewins Three Step Model and to identify the changes that will be done was used Kotter Eight Stage Change Process. The result shows that this family business currently in managing phase indicated by company's growth and involvement of the extended family. In order to move to the next phase (transformation phase), PT. Roda Bahari should apply change management. This change management process, require internal agent of change, who has competency, involve in day to day business, and also has strategic access to owner. Based on the identification using Kotter theory, it is known that PT. Roda Bahari should make change in organizational structure, corporate culture, and company policies toward transformation phase.Key Words: Family Business, Change Management, Company Cycle

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe development of information technology (IT) is now very rapidly and their impact on student learning can be both positive and negative. From the data graduation in 2009/2010 known to students with graduation "Faster" and "On Time" as much as 32.79%, 21.12% in 2010/2011 and 2011/2012 as much as 25.54% of them with graduation " Too late "and" It's Too late "means the Faculty of Economics Unpak mostly less working hard to speed up graduation. Based on the answers of 100 respondents, namely the Faculty of Economics students in 2009/2010 and 2010/2011 Unpak known as much as 74% stated "quite agree" that they have made use of IT results in the learning process to obtain answers to the exam or the plagiarism and those included in the forecast graduation category of "late" (27%) and "very late" (7%). Those who expressed "quite agree" to abuse the results of IT and categorized behave "moderate" (81%) so that it can be concluded that the abuse of IT results and student behavior are correlated to the level of graduation. Based on the results obtained correlation rs = .242 and P_ value of 0:15 or less than 0.05 and based on regression test result R = 37.9% (R square = 14.4%) so it can be concluded that the rate of Conduct and Level IT misuse has relatively strong correlation to the level of graduation.Keywords: Estimated Graduate Student, Behavior, Information Technology Misuse results

Abstract

ABSTRACTMicro entrepreur that commons calls as small medium entreprise have unique characteristics. This is difference to type of corporations with all instrument embeded that can be evaluated. Accuracy of their instruments and documented information, enable to analyze more valid. This is differ whith micro business. Unpredictable their condition will impact to poor result analysis done by financial institutions. Non performing loan or NPL is main indicator that show credit or loan problems. Banckruptcy is the worst conditions when micro credit on NPL categories. In this research, we try to identify some factor above for improvement design or process of analysis micro credit. Micro business banckruptcy conditions not only unproper approach for financial institution but also unappropriate empowerment for micro business.Key words: Small business scale, credit analysis, over financing, interest rate, trial business, unsucced expansion, management, leadership, banckruptcy, repayment capacity, phase out strategy.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction with a commitment to the organization (Study Tous Les Jours Employees In Bakery). The population in this study was overall Tous Les Jours Bakery employees as much as 364 people, while that will serve as the study sample were employees of the Kitchen staff totaling 200 people. Slovin formula samples using as many as 133 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The collected data was then processed using correlation analysis techniques with the help of software SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The results showed that: First of organizational culture on organizational commitment has a significant relationship and has a contribution of 11.3%. Both job satisfaction and commitment to the organization has a very significant relationship and has a contribution of 21.7%. The third organizational culture and job satisfaction together have a very significant relationship and have contributed 25.7%, the remaining 74.3% is determined by other variables not examined.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction and Commitment to the Organization.
