Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the opportunities and threats faced by the BSK Division of BNI Sharia, also possessed strengths and weaknesses BSK Division of BNI Sharia in developing the only Sharia-based credit card in Indonesia. Based on the result of the external environment analysis, it can be identified there are 11 opportunities factors and 6 threats factors for the BSK Division which can becompiled into EFE matrix, besides these factors affect the industry and the companys current strategies response to these factors. From the analysis of the internal environment above, it can be identified there are 6 strengths factors and 8 weaknesses factors of the BSK Division that can becompiled into IFE matrix, besides these factors affect the industry and the companys current strategies response to these factors. The analysis results of internal and external environment combined using matrix SFAS (Strategic factor analysis summary) to select the dominant factors that influence BSK Division significantly. Then analysis is needed to determine BSK Division market position by using BCG matrix, BSK Divisions competitive position against the credit card industry with Grand Strategy, and positioning the BSK Division’s portfolio business with IE matrix. Determining the strategy that will be implemented by using matrix QSPM is the further step. The strategies which has determined previously, will be formulated by comparing the external factors with internal factors using the SWOT matrix. In order to run this strategy, it’s necessary to shape it down into the functional level strategies by translating the chosen strategy to four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business process and learning growth using a balanced scorecard analysis tool, with results summarized in the map strategy.  Acquiredbusiness strategies based on the analysis of external and internal to the BSK Division BNI Sharia arethe development strategy andmarket penetrationstrategy.Keywords: SWOT and Balanced Scorecard.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendorong peningkatan produksi jahe merah warga Kampung Sampora Kelurahan Cibinong. Adapun metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pada program ini  adalah pelatihan budidaya jahe merah, pengolahan jahe merah menjadi produk olahan serta penyuluhan untuk strategi pemasaran produk jahe merah. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan ini  peserta program memiliki keterampilan dalam melakukan budidaya jahe merah serta bisa membuat produk olahan jahe  merah. Keterampilan tersebut dapat digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pribadi dan dikembangkan menjadi industri rumahan sehingga akan meningkatkan ekonomi warga kampung Sampora.   ABSTRACT This Community Service activity aims to encourage increased production of red ginger for residents of Sampora Village, Cibinong Village. The methods of implementing activities in this program are training on red ginger cultivation, processing red ginger into processed products and counseling for marketing strategies for red ginger products. The results of the implementation of this activity program participants have skills in cultivating red ginger and can make processed red ginger products. These skills can be used to meet personal needs and developed into a cottage industry so that it will improve the economy of the Sampora village residents

Abstract

 The purpose of this paper is to provide insight and understanding to the residents of Tegal Village, Kemang District, Bogor Regency, Indonesia, a good marketing pattern in marketing the products of the new normal Bogor batik village which is being developed. Furthermore, to optimize the implementation of marketing and digital marketing strategies by using the mineral style with the latest platforms. So that the ability of the marketing strategy of the new normal batik village business group can be boosted massively. The method used in this activity is classroom training to provide an initial understanding of theories and concepts, then practiced using participant gadgets in creating promotional digital accounts for each participant group representative. This program has clearly demonstrated an increase in the ability of the trainees to understand and apply their skills using current millennial-style marketing patterns. The target of the marketing strategy later, in addition to starting to try the application of digital marketing strategies, the participant group is taught to also continue to expand the market by using conventional strategies by involving related parties. In this case, the local government can be used as a target market for selling new normal batik products produced by the residents of Tegal Village in the future. The use of modern and millennial marketing styles, plus conventional market penetration, is expected to increase the ability of training participants, so that in due course of the new normal batik production process, these modern marketing patterns can boost sales and open wider market potential.

Abstract

This study aims to review and analyze the impact of banking digitalization to front office functions in the banking business in the city of Bogor. Data collection was carried out by gathering information from stakeholders and branch managers of the two state-owned banks in Bogor City through questionnaires and interviews with informants. The data processed in a descriptive statistics methods. The results of data collection from 2016-2018 at ABC Bank showed fairly consistent growth for transactions with m-banking and internet banking. While for XYZ Bank, transaction with m-banking increased significantly, while transactions through internet banking declined slightly, but in total both transactions increase significantly. This shows the preferences of XYZ bank customers who tend to use smartphones in banking transactions. The majority of respondents agreed that m-banking and internet banking with all the conveniences and features that are constantly being updated will be able to take over the role and duties of the front office in the future. Teller and customer service must adapt with technology and continue to develop their skill so they can compete and keep contributing in banking business.

Abstract

Delivering a supply chain good practices might ensure goods and services reach consumers using the means and methods readily available in the workplace environment. To achieve a good supply chain management, it is a need to come across an excerpt of delivering the right product, in the right quantity, to the right people, at the right place and time, at the lowest possible cost. Good supply chain management is indeed required by any services industry such as commercial drinks services outlet. Susu Mbok Darmi provides commercial various milk drinks outlet, located at modern location, like mall and individual outlet location. A community service to enhance the knowledge toward good supply chain management was conducted to Susu Mbok Darmi team in particular its supply chain, purchasing and operation department. The activity was done in the form of workshop based on the preliminary observation and in-depth interview to identify the problem of current supply chain management. The result of this community service was an additional knowledge of best practice toward good supply chain management. Participants were successfully learned about the role of Procurement versus Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management and Materials Inventory Management
