Puasa Ramadhan dalam Perspektif Kesehatan: Literatur Review Subrata, Sumarno Adi; Dewi, Merses Varia

ABSTRACT:Ramadan fasting is one of five Islamic pillars which had historically been obligated by Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala during the month of Sha’ban in the second year of Hijra. Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala firmly instructed to conduct Ramadan fasting in order to attain taqwa as clearly stated in Surah Al-Baqara 2:183. Furthermore, Ramadan fasting has many beneficial effects for health. This literature review will scientifically explain of these benefits, which consists of benefits for optic nerves, pregnancy, diabetic patients, renal failure patients, cholesterol impairement and obesity, level of cortisol hormone, immune system, peptic ulcer patients and cancer patients. A titanic amount of published studies (1988 - 2017) from trustworthy electronic databases such as Elsevier, PubMed, Google Scholar and SAGE has been well considered in this review. Keywords: Ramadan fasting, health, literature review ABSTRAK:Puasa ramadhan adalah salah satu bagian dari rukun islam dimana syariat ini diwajibkan pada pada bulan Sya’ban tahun kedua Hijriyah. Allah subhaanahu wa ta’ala memerintahkan puasa ramadhan dengan tujuan untuk menggapai predikat insan yang bertaqwa sebagaimana yang telah tertulis di dalam Al Qur’an surat Al Baqarah ayat 183. Selain itu, puasa ramadhan juga memiliki banyak manfaat dari sisi kesehatan. Literature review ini akan menjelaskan secara detail pengaruh puasa ramadhan bagi kesehatan yang terdiri dari kesehatan saraf mata, ibu hamil, pasien dengan diabetes, pasien dengan gangguan fungsi ginjal, gangguan kolesterol dan obesitas, kadar hormon kortisol, sistem kekebalan subuh, pasien dengan ulkus peptikum dan pasien dengan kanker. Sejumlah artikel yang dipublikasikan mulai dari tahun 1988 - 2017 oleh database Elsevier, PubMed, Google scholar dan SAGE telah dijadikan bahan kajian dalam review ini. REKONSTRUKSI ISLAM JAWA SARIDIN DALAM FILM SARIDIN; STUDI SERIAL FILM SARIDIN PRODUKSI CMC (CREATIVE MEDIA COMMUNITY) PATI, JAWA TENGAH Salamah, Lanal Mauludah Zuhrotus

This article describes a typical Javanese Islamic image that is featured in the movie series "Saridin" featuring Saridin as the main play. In his time, Saridin was one of the most important figures in the propagation of Islamic preaching in Pati, his birthplace, with a distinctive religiosity which in some ways was still influenced by Hindu-Buddhist traditions, such as; semedi, selametan, nyadran, and tirakatan. It is an example of a form of Islam-acculturation, which in the macro context is familiarly called "Islam Nusantara". Islam Nusantara is often accused of being a destroyer of the basics of true Islam, which for the pro-Islamic group of acculturation means otherwise. Initially, the film was released by the director, Alman Eko Darmo, along with his friends of the Pati humanist as an expression of their anxiety about the static ketoprak art in Pati, as well as the rebirth of Saridin's classic spectacles which are regularly featured in Ketoprak and last in the Mp3 version. On June 30, 2016, CMC successfully conducted the inaugural launch of the Saridin movie series; Saridin Andum Waris, Saridin Ngerombang, and followed by Saridin Geger Palembang and Saridin Ondo Rante in September 2016. The films have received various responses from various parties, including the observers of da'wah of Islamic –acculturation. For them the presence of Saridin the movie series contains educational message that is appropriate for their da'wah media.

Diversity is a fact that is often denied by some who do not want to be responsible, so often assume others who disagree and not the same as himself as the culprit of mistakes, and he is the most correct among others. They forget the history of the plurality of the country. This has actually hurt the already grounded culture in the archipelago that this nation was born into a culture of diversity. Unfortunately, the person who is reluctant to take responsibility often makes the verses of the Quran justify his behavior. Consequently, the moral spiritual of Qur'an is often politicized for the benefit of the individual, or even his group by putting aside the cultural heritage mentioned above. Yet the essence of holy revelation [al-Quran] always tells us to uphold the truth in diversity culture. The culture of multiculturalism is indeed embodied and legalized in the spiritual of Qur'an. This is in accordance with the mission of the Koran itself as a revelation that saalih likulli time wa al-meal that has long confirmed the legality of difference and diversity.

This paper aims to explore the idea of the importance science ethics in the Islamic spirituality perspectives. This study used library research to determine the ethical dimension of Islamic science which is more concerned with the benefit of the people rather than the negative impact of the development of science and technology. By using the view of Islamic spirituality, the development of modern science should be guided by ethics and morals that represent esoteric wisdom as the heart of religion.This study shows that the ethics of science in the view of Islamic spirituality always emphasizes the dimensions of wisdom as reflected in the use of science without neglecting the most basic human values. The ethics of science contained in Islamic spirituality is a reflection of the esoteric dimension that encourages its people to be more sensitive to the future of nature which becomes the most beautiful representation of God's face. The ethical-esoteric dimension inherent in Islamic science is expected to be implemented by religious people to better appreciate the universe as God's creation.

Pengajaran kitab turats sebagai salah satu komponen pesantren menjadi karakteristik utama Pondok Pesantren Ibnul Amin Puteri (PPIAP) Dzuriat K.H. Mahfuz Amin Pamangkih. Penguasaan kitab turats merupakan sarana untuk tafaqquh fî ad-dîn. Ilmu alat dan mufradât bagi pesantren ini dianggap sebagai alat utama untuk menguasai kitab turats. Penggunaan bahasa Melayu dalam pengajaran kitab turats dapat memudahkan santriwati memahami dan menguasai alat utama tersebut. Meskipun bahasa Melayu tampak unik dan janggal jika dipadankan dengan bahasa Indonesia sekarang, penggunaan bahasa Melayu ternyata berkontribusi besar bagi pemahaman santriwati terhadap gramatika dan kosakata bahasa Arab. Tulisan ini ditujukan untuk menguak keberterimaan bahasa Melayu dalam pengajaran kitab turast di PPIAP Dzuriat K.H. Mahfuz Amin Pamangkih.

Artikel ini mencoba membahas, secara konseptual, bahwa dalam pendidikan sufistik, dapat mengambil perannya untuk menjawab tantangan-tantangan toleransi mutakhir akibat pengaruh globalisasi saat ini. Melalui tarekat menjadi medium atau cara yang harus ditempuh seorang salik (orang yang meniti kehidupan sufistik), dalam rangka membersihkan jiwanya sehingga dapat mendekatkan diri kepada Allah. Tarekat Qadiriyah wa Naqsabandiyah (TQN) telah memainkan peranan yang amat penting dalam sejarah Islam. Bahkan hingga kini sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberagaman muslimin di Indonesia. Seperti terlihat dari namanya, tarekat tersebut gabungan dari dua ajaran tarekat yang telah lama berkembang di Nusantara, yakni Qadiriyah dan Naqsabandiyah. Penggabungan dari keduanya dilakukan oleh seorang sufi asal Sambas yakni Ahmad Khatib Sambas.
