Abstract

The problems at National Elementary School Tugurejo 01 regarding the lack of utilization of technology learning media and learning outcomes that could be more optimal in learning Indonesian. The problem formulation in research examines how to develop, test the feasibility, and test the effectiveness of interactive learning media articulate storyline. The research procedure uses the Borg and Gall model. Development is carried out using the Adobe Illustrator application, which is then converted into an Articulate Storyline. This development research aims to develop learning media and determine the feasibility and effectiveness of interactive learning media based on articulate storylines. The results of the study show that interactive learning is very feasible, with a percentage of eligibility for presentation by media experts of 89% and eligibility for content by material experts of 92%. This media is effective with normality test results. Based on calculations, a sig value of 0.192 was obtained, assuming that the data is usually distributed if the sig value is > 0.05. Based on the results of the n-gain test, the cognitive n-gain score was 0.712, with an average difference of 39.07. So that the n-gain value on cognitive pretest and posttest learning outcomes in large group use trials has a high category, with an effectiveness level of 71,237 Very Effective. The increase in average indicates that interactive learning articulate storylines effectively used as teaching materials and learning media. Suggestions for further research are to apply the media into a more straightforward device so the media can be used in various classroom situations and support character development according to the new curriculum.

Abstract

Reviewing student understanding can be done through the diagnostic assessment process. However, many teachers have difficulty in conducting assessments. Based on the results of the theoretical study, Rasch Model Analysis can make it easier for teachers to conduct diagnostic assessments. Rasch model analysis can be used to measure the effectiveness of items on test instruments, the level of ability of respondents, and detecting differences in ability and item bias. For those reason, researchers conducted a diagnostic assessment to 330 students in 10th grade from three different High Schools in Gorontalo City. The test results processed and analyzed using Rasch modeling. The results was described in this study with a Quantitative Descriptive approach. The purpose of this study is to measure the effectiveness of the test instrument in the diagnostic assessment process, the level of student understanding, and to determine whether there are differences in ability based on gender and school category. This research found that: 1) the test instrument has good validity and reliability; 2) Students' concept understanding ability was divided into: 6% very high, 25% high, 29% medium, 25% low and 15% very low. 3) There was a significant difference between students' understanding based on school origin criteria. The findings of this research are expected to serve as recommendations for future teachers and educational practitioners to integrate diagnostic measurement with the Rasch model in evaluating student understanding.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the empowerment of gamification-based mobile learning media to improve mathematics learning outcomes in cubes and blocks in fifth grade elementary school students with dyscalculia. The formulation of the problem in this research is how effective the media used in developing gamification-based mobile learning media is to improve mathematics learning outcomes in cube and block geometric materials for students with dyscalculia. The research method used in the research is development research. The research and development design uses the Sukmadinata research and development model which consists of three steps, preliminary study, development and testing. The results of this research show that the learning outcomes of the experimental class are better than the control class. Even though the results of the effectiveness test have proven that the learning outcomes of the experimental class are better than the control class, the researchers conducted an effect test to determine the magnitude of the influence of mobile learning media on the mathematics learning outcomes of cubes and blocks in fifth grade elementary school students with dyscalculia. The effect size value (d) reached 1.83, which according to Cohen's effect size is in the high category. Thus, the use of gamification-based mobile learning media has a high influence in improving mathematics learning outcomes for cubes and blocks in fifth grade elementary school students with dyscalculia. Abstract

Social literacy is a competency that every person needs to master. Social literacy can be developed in social studies subjects in junior high schools so that it can equip students with knowledge, attitudes, and skills to interact with and contribute to their environment. This research aims to describe the level of social literacy achievement of students in social studies. The data collection method was carried out using a questionnaire instrument on Google Forms related to social literacy, totaling 21 items. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis. This research involved the research subjects of junior high school students in the city of Lahat. The number of samples taken was 206. The results of the research show that the social literacy level of junior high school students in Lahat City obtained different percentages: the intellectual skills indicator was 28.94, social skills was 16.33, cooperation skills were obtained on average 11.97, and attitudes and social values were obtained on average. became the indicator that obtained the highest percentage of 30.86. The conclusions of this research show that the social literacy abilities of junior high school students in Lahat City are the lowest on the cooperation skills indicator. The implication of the results of this research is that teachers can find out the social literacy level of their students, so they can design appropriate learning models and increase students' curiosity, so that students' social literacy levels become better.

Abstract

Islamic religious education (PAI) is very important for students and lecturers because it can form people who are devout and obedient to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala, in carrying out their worship by emphasizing the development of the Muslim personality, namely the development of akhlaqul karimah. This research was conducted with the aim of evaluating the content of Islamic religious education (PAI) material at state universities in North Sumatra. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method, with data collection techniques involving observation, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out through reduction stages, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show several main findings: First, validity analysis shows that PAI material at state universities in North Sumatra can be considered good for PAI learning. Second, from the practicality analysis based on student responses, it was found that PAI material had a good level of practicality. Overall, this research highlights the potential to improve the quality of PAI learning materials at state universities in North Sumatra. Recommendations for improvement include updating the curriculum, adjusting the amount of material, and increasing the attractiveness and relevance of the material to students' daily lives.
