Abstract

The writing of this scientific work is the result of collaborative research on Curriculum Management and Learning in the Covid-19 Period at Ma'arif 9 Vocational School, Kebumen. This study aims to determine curriculum and learning management during the Covid-19 period. The formulation of the problem in this article is (1) How is the management of curriculum and learning during the Covid-19 period at Ma'arif 9 Kebumen Vocational School? (2) What are the results of the SWOT analysis on curriculum management and learning management at SMK Ma'arif 9 Kebumen? This study used a qualitative research method with interview, observation, and documentation techniques as well as a SWOT analysis which was carried out on July 20-24 2020 at Ma'arif 9 Vocational School, Kebumen. Informants from this study included school principals, deputy heads of curriculum, and heads of departments. The results of this study are that Ma'arif 9 Kebumen Vocational School continues to use the same curriculum as before the pandemic occurred, namely the 2013 curriculum. Although there have been some changes in the learning process, where the learning process which used to use the face-to-face method was changed with several methods to adjust health protocols including online methods, and so on.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: 1) To find out how the evaluation stages of the virtual UAS program at IAINU Kebumen College are with the CIPP model. 2) To find out the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing virtual UAS at IAINU Kebumen. This research is an evaluation research (evaluation research) with the research object of implementing the Virtual Semester Final Examination (UAS) program at IAINU Kebumen Higher Education, which is carried out by all faculties at IAINU Kebumen. The data sources in this study were the Deputy Chancellor 1 for Academic and Student Affairs, the Coordinator for the implementation of the Virtual UAS and students who participated in the first Virtual UAS in 2019 at IAINU Kebumen Higher Education. Students who were sampled using the Cluster Random Sampling technique, the evaluation model used was the CIPP evaluation model with the quantitative evaluation method. Data collection was taken through questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics and is presented in the form of tables and histograms. The results of this research are the stages of program evaluation carried out by researchers according to program evaluation procedures, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, the monitoring stage, the interpretation data analysis stage and the recommendation preparation stage. After the data analysis process was completed, the research results showed that the evaluation of the virtual UAS program at IAINU Kebumen for the 2019/2020 Academic Year was as follows: the percentage of evaluation of context showed good results with a percentage of 75.20%, the percentage of evaluation of input showed results which is classified as good, namely 68.37%, the percentage of evaluation of the process shows results that are classified as good, namely 71.50%, the percentage of evaluation of the product shows results that are classified as good, namely 73.28%. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the implementation of the virtual UAS in terms of all aspects, namely context, input, process, product is classified as good with a percentage yield of 72.09%. Based on this percentage, the implementation of virtual UAS can be said to be effective and efficient. So, the recommendations that the authors can give to decision makers are (1) improving the virtual UAS supporting facilities and infrastructure; (2) minimize the occurrence of disturbances in the system used as a virtual UAS media; (3) improve the security of answers so that plagiarism does not occur.

Abstract

This study presents the implementation of bureaucratic transformation through e-government and the factors that influence the process of bureaucratic transformation. The methodology used in this study uses a library research approach, and data collection is carried out by examining and exploring journals, books and other supporting documents that are relevant to the study being conducted. The findings from this study are that e-government must be implemented seriously and consistently will greatly support the transparency of public services. Bureaucratic transformation through e-government must be carried out with the support of several factors, namely a) regulatory support, b) organizational structure, c) organizational culture, d) system renewal. In addition, if e-government is implemented seriously and consistently, it will greatly support the transparency of public services. What bureaucrats must also understand is that the use of e-government still requires a consistent monitoring system. In addition to extensive knowledge of information technology, e-government must also be supported by good integrity among policy makers and implementers. Because information technology makes things easier and more efficient.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of a phenomenon where there are schools with adequate facilities and infrastructure, have a third floor building that is used specifically to accommodate students but in fact the expectations are that the third floor building can accommodate 500 students but is only used by less than 20 students, and this phenomenon occurred at SMK Ma'arif 2 Gombong. Meanwhile, SMK Ma'arif 5 Gombong has limited facilities and infrastructure and can only accommodate a limited number of students, where the distance between the two schools is close but has 100 students at SMK Ma'arif 5 Gombong. This research uses a type of qualitative research with a phenomenological approach to the delivery of education at SMK Ma'arif 5 Gombong. The researcher as the main instrument, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. All data was analyzed using an interactive model with the flow: data recording, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study can be concluded that: First, in strategic planning the principal of SMK Ma'arif 5 Gombong is more dominant due to situational reasons at the time he first served as principal and the personal experience of the principal of SMK Ma'arif 5 Gombong. Second, in implementing the strategy, SMK Ma'arif 5 Gombong can implement the strategy well where it is reflected in the atmosphere of the school environment, the character of teachers and students as well as the climate and culture that is built at SMK Ma'arif 5 Gombong. Third, strategy evaluation is carried out periodically either once a month or once a year, besides that evaluation is carried out directly by the school principal or indirectly with the assistance of the school development team. The results of the evaluation will be taken into consideration in making improvements to the strategy or stating if the strategy applied is appropriate.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of strategic management at the Darunnajah Taklim Assembly at Bejiruyung Village, Sempor District, Kebumen Regency. it is intended to answer the following problems: (1) What about the Darunnajah Taklim Assembly Educational Institution in Bejiruyung Village, Sempor District, Kebumen Regency? (2) How is the implementation of the strategy at the Darunnajah Taklim Assembly Educational Institution in Bejiruyung Village, Sempor District, Kebumen Regency? (3) What is the strategic evaluation of the Darunnajah Taklim Assembly Educational Institution in Bejiruyung Village, Sempor District, Kebumen Regency? These problems are discussed through field studies. This type of research is qualitative research. The data was obtained by means of observation, interviews and documentation. All data obtained is then analyzed by data reduction, data display and verification or drawing conclusions. The results of the study found that: (1) The strategic planning of the Darunnajah Kebumen Taklim Assembly includes several activities carried out, namely developing vision, mission and objectives, identifying internal and external factors through SWOT analysis techniques, short, medium and long term planning, and determining strategies excellence in improving the quality of education. The strategic planning of the Darunnajah Taklim Council at Bejiruyung Sempor Village is carried out collectively by the chairman, administrators, religious and community leaders and village officials; (2) The implementation of the strategic management of the Darunnajah Taklim Assembly includes the activities carried out, namely determining organizational policies, motivating administrators and congregations, allocating human resources, and developing organizational culture. The results of the implementation of strategic management produced at the Darunnajah Taklim Assembly in Bejiruyung Sempor Village, namely increased human resource performance, an effective program implementation process, and high community attractiveness; (3) Evaluation of the management of the Darunnajah Taklim Assembly in Bejiruyung Village, Sempor District, Kebumen Regency, namely monitoring all the results of activities from the planning and implementation of strategic management, and taking corrective steps.

Abstract

Garbage is one of the problems that is quite difficult to handle in Indonesia. The existence of household waste (garbage) generated as a result of human activities has many impacts on humans and the surrounding environment. There is still a lot of organic and inorganic waste produced by community activities in the environment around the settlements of Kebadongan Village residents originating from household activities. Implementation of counseling and provision of training waste management and utilization using the 3R concept (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) or reducing, reusing and recycling waste is an effective way to be able to create an area with an independent level of waste management that will help the government to create healthy, clean and comfortable environment. This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) providing knowledge to the community about the importance of sorting organic and inorganic waste as the initial key to implementing the 3R concept and (2) providing knowledge to the community in processing organic waste into compost and processing inorganic waste into various types of crafts. hand. This research activity was carried out in Kebadongan Village on Sunday 20 January 2019 at 11.00 in the village hall using lecture, demonstration and discussion methods. Implementation of research activities can be described through 3 (three) stages of activity, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. The real results obtained from the education and waste management training activities using the 3R concept are increasing public knowledge about waste. The community is also aware of and starting to get used to sorting organic and inorganic waste as the initial key to implementing the 3R concept. The use of the 3R concept (reuse, reduce, recycle) can inspire residents to create an area with an independent level of waste management that will help the government to create a healthy, clean and comfortable environment. In addition, public knowledge about organic and inorganic waste management is also increasing.

Abstract

The Qur'an is the core texts in the history of Arab civilization. Because the Qur’an uses Arabic, one of the medieval thinkers of the Qur’an, Al-Raghib al-Asfahani, focused his research on the essence of the Qur’an and its character as a language text. This study focuses on al-Asfahani's views on the Qur'an, Tafsir and Ta'wil. Through the description of the analysis of this research shows that Al-Asfahani tried to understand the Qur'an through deepening the Arabic language through his work mu'jam al-Mufradat li Alfaz al-Qur'an. For al-Asfahani, the most important means of understanding the Qur'an is through mastery of language. Because the Qur'an as a great book in Arabic, with its wonderful literary influence. More specifically, He describes the verses of the Qur'an through the mufradat (vocabulary) of the words and the meanings it shows according to the placement of the words in the sentence sequence. So do not depart from a verse and then peeled through the study of language, but the method used is to determine the vocabulary or key words in the Qur'an and then connected with the pieces of verses that contain the same word.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana proses perencanaan partisipatif pembangunan desa pejengkolan tahun 2019 –2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif –deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proses perencanaan pembangunan desa dilakukan secara partisipatif melalui musyawarah dusun (musdus), musyawarah desa (musdes), Loka Karya Desa (Lokdes) dan musyawarah perencanaan pembangunan desa (musrenbangdes). Pada proses tersebut menunjukan bahwa setiap tahapan yang dilakukan mulai dari tahapan penyelidikan, perumusan masalah, tahapan identifikasi sumber daya (daya dukung), tahapan perumusan tujuan, tahapan rencana tindakan, dan tahapan penyusunan anggaran telah dilakukansecarabersama –sama pemerintah desa dengan masyarakat. Dalam setiap tahapan, yang menunjukan perencanaan partisipatif atau perencanaan yang melibatkan masyarakat adalah tahapan pengkajian keadaan desa atau tahapan penggalian. Sebab pada tahapan ini masyarakat diberikan kewenangan seluas –luasnya untuk mengusulkan proyek/program sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dengan melihat potensi, peluang, dan masalah yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat. Sedangkan pada tahap paska pengkajian keadaan desa, tahapan –tahapan berikutnya hanya diikuti oleh perwakilan atau delegasi dari tiap –tiap dusun untuk mengawal usulan menjadi prioritas pembangunan desa selama 6 tahun. Kemudian untuk menentukan prioritas pembangunan dilakukan dengan cara perangkingan yang di nilai oleh masyarakat secara bersama –sama dengan melihat dampak, pemenuhan hak dasar, dan pengaruh dari program yang diusulkan oleh masyarakat desa.

Abstract

This research is based on the leadership of the principal who is quite good. In this regard, this study aims to determine the leadership of the principal in increasing teacher professionalism at SMP Negeri 40 Purworejo. This study uses qualitative research that focuses on natural phenomena and is analyzed using logical scientific thinking. As for the technique of data collection in this research, it was obtained through observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and data verification then formulating conclusions on the results of the research conducted. There are three things put forward in this study, namely: (1) the managerial ability of the principal in relation to the chief officer in increasing the professionalism of teachers at SMP Negeri 40 Purworejo has been proven to produce vision and mission products for schools that have been implemented properly although not all of them, and to achieve it needed good cooperation with all elements of the school; the role of the school principal to create a harmonious atmosphere in the school environment, by giving teachers assignments according to their main duties and teachers can carry out their duties and responsibilities professionally; provide opportunities for educators to improve their profession; (2) the ability of the school principal's sense of business to improve teacher professionalism, as evidenced by the ability of the school principal to manage education funds, especially in finding sources of education funds to meet the needs of education; (3) the ability of the school principal's sense of education in increasing teacher professionalism, which is proven by the ability of the school principal to carry out mental development, moral development, physical development and artistic development which is carried out in a programmed manner.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the importance of the managerial abilities of PAI teachers in fostering and empowering Spiritual Islamic organizations (Rohis) to shape the character of students at SMA Negeri 7 Purworejo. Islamic Religious Education teachers as Spiritual Leaders should have management skills that are needed for the advancement of Rohis organizations. This study aims to reveal and analyze the managerial skills of Islamic Religious Education teachers in empowering Spiritual Islamic organizations (Rohis) in SMA Negeri 7 Purworejo. The theory used in this study is the theory of management skills put forward by Robert L. Katz regarding conceptual skills, human skills and technical skills. In conducting this research, researchers used a qualitative approach by using interview techniques with coaches, administrators and spiritual members, namely PAI teachers and students. Researchers also made direct observations in the environment of SMA Negeri 7 Purworejo. Based on the results of the research and discussion, a number of things were found: First, the conceptual skills of PAI Teachers in empowering Spiritual organizations are carried out through their skills in determining strategies, making policies, preparing program plans and their skills in decision making. Second, the human skills of PAI teachers in empowering Rohis organizations are carried out through their skills in building communication, increasing work morale, creating an organizational climate, assessing organizational performance, and their skills in building the character of Rohis members. Third, the technical skills of PAI teachers are carried out through their skills in creating learning students, organizing and managing learning resources, increasing alumni and community participation, increasing collaboration with similar institutions, and skills in managing organizational administration. Of the overall managerial skills possessed by the PAI teacher, it can be stated that the PAI teacher as an education manager has been able to properly manage and empower the Rohis organization at SMA Negeri 7 Purworejo because he has applied the skills needed to advance an organization.
