Abstract

This research will analyze dynamics integration counseling health reproduction as aplikation science and religion in level epistemological, acsiological, and ontologic. Therefore, teori pros cons science and religion, historis of islamic about science, islamic education about science and religion, monotheism and science, modern science and rule dialectics of Hegel and reactualization tradition of ilmiah islamic will be explained for support concept counseling health of reproduction and propaganda through production organic in media practis. Through production organic approach that processed with step pra production, production and have production and distribution to marketing for “capture” audiens until be customers found comprehension that juvenile can be consument fixed industri media practis that can bring positve effect as well as negatif effect to lifestyle one of them keep health of reproduction. Therefore, preachers intelligent will read in deep and detail to needs object preaching, It is good while be in structural position or cultural. Through metodologi kualitatif, this write will try describe about language of propaganda structural-cultural preachers in perspective Dramaturgi. Through study character preachers da’i -Habib Hadi Zainal Abidin al Habsyi in Probolinggo City east Java, this research conclude that language propaganda Habib Hadi bin Muhammad al Habsyi in the field political organic and society organic be delivered in verbal and non verbal. The message of verbal with language-language propaganda form word that good (qoulun ma’rufun) and form word that correct (qoulon sadidun). While the message non verbal be delivered in nonverbal visual form the message proksemic and the message kinesic. While propaganda that do through field art, social culture through language verbal with word that cool and soft (Qoulun Layyinun) and word that correct (Qoulun Sadidun) and word that good (Qoulun Ma’rufun).

Abstract

Najm al-Din al-Thufi al-Hanbali is a smart, intelligent, productive and brave Islamic Scholars. He was considered as controversial person among his colleagues, because of his views on mashlahah are different from the other scholars of Usul -Fiqh in general. He said that the most important sources of Islamic law are the texts (Al-Quran and Al-Sunnah ). It is no problem if both are relevant with mashlahah. However, if they contradict the mashlahah, the solutions that can be taken is prioritizing mashlahah of texts by specification(takhsis), not eliminating texts . At this point Thufi’s thought is considered as controversy. This article will attempt to examine this controversy using argumentative and philosophical approach to be able to point it objectively not tendentiously.

The media is actor of important politic that capable shape how the public think and feel about various of event and experience. This is where the ideology and power entry into it. The ideology and power can’t released from power of business and economic. Travel minority the muslim of Melayu in this Southern Thailand is travel of long search for identity. The complexity the history of violence in this Southern Thailand that reported by “The Nation” reflect a relation of ideology, power and media. The issues of justice society of economic very strong be expressed in every event of upheaval. However from analysis that depth, we encountered factors that more complex from just issue of social ekonomic. However we found also in there a factors for example psychology, social, local police, and culture islamic, a aspiration that play role in every event violence in this regional.
