Abstract

Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility merupakan wacana yang makin umum dalam dunia bisnis di Indonesia, dimana fenomena ini dipicu oleh semakin mengglobalnya tren mengenai praktik CSR dalam bisnis. Penelitian mengenai Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility menghasilkan temuan yang berbeda-beda. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh mekanisme corporate governance dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2010-2013 yang laporan tahunannya berisi tentang aktivitas tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dan dapat diakses melalui website BEI, yaitu sejumlah 30 perusahaan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan institusional terbukti secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility, sementara ukuran perusahaan juga terbukti secara signifikan berpengaruh positif. Penelitian ini menyarankan: (1) untuk para peneliti agar meneliti efektivitas pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility, menemukan variabel baru yang digunakan pada penelitian selanjutnya, memberi acuan ketidak konsistenan penelitian sebelumnya, dan peneliti dapat memperbanyak sampel penelitain dan tahun penelitian. (2) untuk perusahaan agar terus melakukan pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility berkelanjutan dan memiliki divisi khusus mendukung pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibiiy. (3) untuk pemerintah agar memberikan acuan peningkatan dari voluntary menjadi mandatory dan menetapkan aturan mengenai sanksi-sanksi untuk perusahaan yang tidak melaksanakan pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility.

Abstract

Economic development affects the increasingly difficult society, all activities in an organization or from the company one of them is to manage its employees, job satisfaction is one thing that is closely related to employees. Job satisfaction can be measured through self-efficacy and employee performance Assessment. The purpose of this study to find out how much influence Employee Performance Assessment of job satisfaction at Cooperative Inti Bandung and how much influence self-efficacy on job satisfaction at Cooperative of PT Inti Bandung. The method of analysis in this study using descriptive and verification analysis. Unit in this research is employees of Cooperative Inti which amounted to 31 respondents as population. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated or census sampling so that the number of samples in this study were 31 respondents from the total population of employees. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, interviews and observations. The method of analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with partial hypothesis testing using T and simultaneous test using F test. Based on the results of descriptive research that shows that the assessment of employee performance on the category is very good enough, and self-efficacy is good enough, and job satisfaction is satisfactory. The result of verification research stated that job satisfaction can be determined by employee performance assessment and self-efficacy. In addition, the coefficient analysis of self-efficacy determination more influence on job satisfaction in comparison with the assessment of employee performance in Cooperative Inti Bandung.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Market Value Added, Return On Assets and Return On Equity on stock prices. The research object of property and real estate companies is 48 companies. Based on the purposive sampling method, a sample of 15 companies was obtained. The research method uses the classic assumption test and multiple linear analysis. The results of the study show that (1) Market Value Added has an effect on stock prices, because if the company has a higher stock market value than book value it is considered capable of creating wealth for shareholders. (2) Return On Asset does not affect stock prices, because the research sample has a low Return On Asset value, which is caused by a less significant increase in profit compared to an increase in assets. (3) Return On Equity does not affect stock prices, because if the company manages capital well then it can generate profits.

Abstract

Declining of the customer number still indicate a lack of customer loyalty to opt-in AJB's services. It based on an initial survey that the service quality provided to customers was not optimal as well as the reputation of the company decreased due to problems with the customer so it can not maintain the Company Image which was already built for so long. This study aimed to analyze the influence of service quality and corporate image on customer loyalty in AJB Bumiputera Branch Setiabudi Bandung. This research method using descriptive method of verification approach.The sampling methodology which is used in this research is consisting of the sample and population. The sampling technique which is used is simple random sampling consisted of 85 responders. The results of research FCount (151 339)> FTable (3.13) then H0 and H1 accepted, means that there is influence between service quality and corporate image on customer loyalty in AJB Bumiputera Branch Setiabudi Bandung. which means there is the existence of a direct relationship. Keywords: Service Quality, Corporate Image, Customer’s Loyalty. Kebutuhan akan jasa asuransi kini makin dirasakan. baik oleh perorangan maupun dunia usaha di Indonesia. Asuransi merupakan sarana finansial dalam tata kehidupan rumah tangga, baik dalam menghadapi resiko yang mendasar seperti resiko kematian, atau dalam menghadapi resiko atas harta benda yang dimiliki. Menurunnya jumlah nasabah mengindikasikan Masih minimnya loyalitas nasabah untuk mengunakan kembali jasa asuransi AJB Bumiputera. Hal ini berdasarkan survey awal bahwa belum optimalnya Kualitas Pelayanan yang diberikan kepada nasabah serta Reputasi dari perusahaan menurun karena adanya masalah dengan nasabah sehingga tidak bisa menjaga Citra Perusahaan yang sudah dibangun sekian lama.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan citra perusahaan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada AJB Bumiputera Cabang Setiabudi Bandung. Fenomena yang terjadi adalah Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan verifikatif.Metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan terdiri dari populasi dan sampel. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling yang terdiri dari 85 orang responden.Metode verikatif yang digunakan adalah Importance Performance Analysis ( IPA ), Regresi Berganda, Koefisien Determiansi, Korelasi dan Uji Hipotesis untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan citra perusahaan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada AJB Bumiputera cabang Setiabudi Bandung baik secara parsial maupun simultan, dengan menggunakan alat bantu software yaitu SPSS for Windows 17 Hasil penelitian Fhitung (151.339) > Ftabel (3,11) maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, Artinya terdapat pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan dan citra perusahaan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada AJB Bumiputera Cabang Setiabudi Bandung.Yang artinya adanya hubungan yang searah. Abstract

Cooperative of Government Employee of Bandung during some periods have decreased the added value of cooperative and members where as the loan capital have increase .This research aims to analyze the influence of loan capital and members towards the added value of cooperative. The method used in this research is descriptive verificati method, the sample used in this research is financial report in the last five years. The results of the research showed that the loan capital and members partially has significant influence to added value of cooperative. The loan capital and members simultaneously has significant influence to added value of cooperative. Keywords: Loan Capital, Members, and Added Value of Cooperative Koperasi “UPN” Veteran Yogyakarta dalam beberapa periode tertentu terjadi penurunan sisa hasil usaha (SHU) dan jumlah anggota sedangkan modal pinjaman mengalami kenaikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal pinjaman dan jumlah anggota terhadap sisa hasil usaha (SHU). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif, sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 tahun terakhir data laporan keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal pinjaman dan jumlah anggota secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sisa hasil usaha (SHU). Modal pinjaman dan jumlah anggota secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sisa hasil usaha (SHU). Kata Kunci: Pinjaman Modal, Anggota, Nilai Tambah Koperasi

Abstract

This research is aimed to determine the level of working capital and the volume of sales to net income, and to determine the effect of working capital on the volume of sales to net income either simultaneously or partially (path analysis) on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2010-2014. The research methods used are descriptive and verification methods. Descriptive methods are intended to find out the development of working capital and the volume of sales to net income. While verification methods is intended to find out the influence of working capital, the volume of sales to net income, and to test a theory by testing a hypothesis, wheter it’s accepted or rejected. The coefficient of determination and hypothesis test is calculated by using an application called SPSS 17.0 for windows. These results indicate that partial working capital significantly influences the sales volume. Working capital has a significant effect on net income. Sales volume has a significant effect on net income. Keyword: Working Capital, Volume of Sales, Net Income
