Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of a 50-meter running speed training program on squat style long jump abilities. The study used an experimental method, by giving a treatment of 50 meters running speed training and programming for 18 meetings with a frequency of 3 times a week, the study design used the research design of One Group Pre Test and Post Test Desing. Data analysis technique is to use the formula t-test at a significant level ? = 0.05. The results of hypothesis testing data analysis obtained t table worth according to the testing criteria that accept H0 if t counts equal to or smaller than t table. Whereas reject H0 if t count is greater than t table. Therefore t count 4.72 is greater than t table (1,771), then the analysis results show H0 which means accept Ha or accept the research hypothesis. Thus the conclusion of the analysis is that there is the effect of a 50-meter running speed training on the squat style long jump ability.

For the attitude, variable changes occur after nutrition education, namely the treatment of respondents' positive attitudes increased by 30% (p 0.05). For breakfast variables, there was a change in breakfast for respondents after nutrition education. Can be seen in the breakfast treatment group the good category of respondents increased by 48% (p 0.05). For the variable sedentary activity, changes occur after nutritional education. Can be seen in the treatment group sedentary activity in the high category of respondents decreased by 32% (p 0.05). Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between leg muscle explosive power and the speed of kicking mawashi geri in Unimed special karateka athletes wadokai dojo. The research method used in this study is a simple correlation. The research subjects were 27 Unimed male and female athletes wadokai dojo, which were the study samples. The test instrument used to measure the explosive power of the limb muscles is the standing broad jump test and to measure the speed of the kicking mawashi geri is to use the ulead audio video with the help of 2 sempai (karate experts). The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the explosive power of the leg muscles against the speed of the kicking of the mawashi geri in the athletes of the wadokai dojo specifically. The results of the study, obtained t count of 3.05 and t table of 1.708 at the level of confidence ? = 0.05. Thus, t count t table then the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Furthermore, the determinant coefficient of limb muscle explosive power on the speed of mawashi geri in the karateka was obtained 0.2704, this means that the explosive power of limb muscles plays a role in the results of mawashi geri kicking of 27.04% and the remaining 72.96% mawashi geri kicking ability influenced by other factors such as agility, speed, flexibility, strength.

This research uses research and development methods (Research and Development). The subject of this study is the martial arts athlete who won the South Sumatra Porprov 2017 championship, which is the product of this training model is feasible and declared effective and efficient through several trials. Then the model can be applied to the training process. Furthermore, researchers collaborate with competent parties in making mass products in the form of books and CDs. The results of the study were Specific Cognitive, Motivational Specific, Motivational General Arousal, Motivational General Mastery, then the four training models were tested by expert validation on the draft that had been carried out on a large scale expert assessment of the four above 80%. So the researchers concluded that the product model of this exercise could be used as an imagery exercise as a model of imagery training as a form of psychic exercise that supports the success of kick, kick and cut techniques.
