Abstract

This study aimed to analyze: 1) influence of Tangible to customer loyalty PT. Jambi Permata. (2) influence of reliability to customer loyalty PT. Jambi Permata. (3) influence of responsiveness to customer loyalty PT. Jambi Permata (4) influence of assurance customer loyalty PT. Jambi Permata (5) influence of empathy to customer loyalty PT. Jambi Permata. The population in this study are customers of PT. Jambi Permata many as 525 people. Drawn from a population sample of 84 customers. Sampling was done by using accidental sampling technique, in which the sample is based on coincidence, that existing patients at study sites. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression. Further research hypothesis test using t test and F test. The results showed that: (1) Tangible have a significant influence on customer loyalty PT. Jambi Permata. (2) Reliability have a significant influence on customer loyalty PT. Jambi Permata. (3) Responsiveness have a significant influence on customer loyalty PT. Jambi Permata. (4) assurance have a significant influence on customer loyalty PT. Jambi Permata. (5) Empathy have a significant influence on customer loyalty PT. Jambi Permata. Abstract

The objectives of this research were to find the The Effects of Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation and Work Disciplin toward the Employee’s Productivity  of the Laboratory Instalation  government Hospital in Bukittinggi Town. Directly or indirectly. The population of this research were Laboratory Employee’s government Hospital in Bukittinggi Town amounting to 56 ( Fivety six ) people. The sample in this research amounted to 49 ( Fourty Nine ) people. The sampling method was done by using stratified proportionate random sampling. Data collection is done by filling questionaires . Analysis of the data used is path analysis. Data processing is performed with SPSS version 17.0.for Windows. The results showed that there is significant influence between Job Satisfaction to Work Motivation (1), Job Satisfaction to Work Disciplin (2), Job Satisfaction to Employee’s Productivity (3), Work Motivation to Work Disciplin (4). Work Motivation to Employee’s Productivity (5) and Work Disciplin to Employee’s Productivity (6). Totally, the magnitude of the effect is known 52,17% directly and indirectly,while the remaining 47,83% is influenced by other factors not examined in of this research. Key words: Employee’s Productivity, Work Disciplin, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to identify 1) The effect of internal cooperation and communication to marketing strategy implementation within Bank Nagari.2) The effect of driven to be the best to marketing strategy implementation within Bank Nagari 3) The effect of learning organisation to marketing strategy implementation within Bank Nagari 4) The effect of customer orientation to marketing strategy implementation within Bank Nagari5) The effect of competitor orientation to marketing strategy implementation within Bank Nagari. This research contains all of Bank Nagari’s employeeas populations and 95 among them were choosen as samples. Data were gathered by using interval scale quiestionnaires and results were analysed by using descriptive statistics and path analysis. The results showed that Internal cooperation and communication affects insignificantly positive to marketing strategy implementation (Coef 0,157 sig.0,126), Driven to be the best affects insignificantly positive to marketing strategy implementation (Coef 0.049 sig.0,503), Learning organisation affects significantly positive to marketing strategy implementation (Coef 0.244 sig.0,002), Customer orientation affects significantly positive to marketing strategy implementation (Coef 0.327 sig.0,000) and Competitor orientation affects significantly positive to marketing strategy implementation (Coef 0.231 sig.0,003). This research also adress some aspects to be continuesly improved by Management to maximize the level of exixtence of market oriented culture as well as marketing strategy execution within Bank Nagari. Abstract

This research aimed to reveal the effect of: (1) transformational leadership on organizational culture in PT. Jasa Raharja Branch West Sumatera. (2) transformational leadership to the implementation of knowledge management in PT. Jasa Raharja Branch West Sumatera. (3) organizational culture on knowledge management implementation in PT. Jasa Raharja Branch West Sumatera. The population of this research was all employees at PT.Jasa Raharja Branch West Sumatera about 56 people. Sampling is done by means of proportional stratified random sampling about 49 people. The technique of data analysis used the path (path analysis). The results showed: (1) Transformational leadership significantly influence on organizational culture at PT. Jasa Raharja Branch West Sumatera. Abstract

This research aims to : 1) the effect of work motivation on employee satisfaction, 2) the effect of work motivation on employee commitment, 3) the effect of job satisfaction on employee commitment, 4) the effect of work motivation on employee discipline, 5) the effect of job satisfaction on employee discipline, 6) the effect of commitment to the discipline of employees working at the Department of Finance and Asset Management Revenue (DPPKA) Tanah Datar. The population was Servants Revenue Service Finance and Asset Management (DPPKA) Tanah Datar as many as 72 people. Proportional sampling technique the sample is cluster sampling. Samples numbered 42 people. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis (Path Analysis). Results of the research are: 1) There is a positive and significant impact work motivation on employee satisfaction, 2) There is a positive and significant impact work motivation on employee commitment, 3) There is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on employee commitment, 4) There is a positive influence and significant work motivation on employee discipline, 5) There is a positive and significant impact on the job satisfaction of employee discipline, 6) There is a positive and significant impact employee commitment to the discipline of the Department of Finance and Asset Management Revenue (DPPKA) Tanah Datar. Abstract

The research is proposed to determine the influence of job satisfaction, compensation and career development to turnover intention of BSM branch Padang’s employee.  The population in this research were organic employee of BSM branch Padang. The number 84 organic employee as research sample is determined by using Slovin formula and elected by using cluster random sampling techniqe.  Primary and secondary data  are used in this research.  Analysis data technique is using path analysis dan hypotesis test by using t test with SPSS version 20 is used to analyzed the data. The result of this research shows that the compensation and career development are positively and significantly affect job satisfaction.  Furthermore, compensation, career development and job satisfaction all together have a significant influence to turnover intention but  individually only job satisfaction that have a significant and negative effect to turnover intention.   Keywords : Job satisfaction, Compensation, Career development, Turnover intention

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of leadership functions, work environment, and work motivation on personnel performance at the police station Pasaman Barat. Type of research is causative. The study population was all personnel at the police station Pasaman Barat. Sampling was based on stratified random sampling. Analysis of data used path analysis and hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. The results showed that: (1) The function of leadership a significant effect on work environment, (2) The function of leadership and work environment have a significant effect on work motivation, (3) The function of leadership, work environment, and work motivation have a significant effect on performance. (4) The function of leadership have a significant effect on performance through work environment, (5) The function of leadership have a significant effect on performance through motivation, and (6) work environment significant effect on performance through work motivation. This suggests that the function of leadership, work environment, and work motivation has a significant effect, directly or indirectly, to the performance of personnel at the police station Pasaman Barat.
