Abstract

The research is proposed to test the influence of leadeship function, motivation and organization comitment to job satisfaction to civil servants religion minister Kerinci regency. The population in this research wereto civil servants religion minister Kerinci regency.Then elected a sample size of 53to civil servants religion minister Kerinci regency with sample tecnique is used namely Total Sampling. The data which namely primer data and skunder data used in this research. For analyzing data by using path analysis and research hipothesis by using testing t with SPSS version 20 is used to analyze the data. The analyze result shows that the leadeship function to cause the positve and significantmotivation also to cause the positve and significant organization commitmen. The analyze result also shows that the leadeship function and motivation to cause the positive and significant to job satisfactionand organization comitmenthas no contribution to job satisfaction. Abstract

This study aimed to analyzethe influence of education, compensation, organizational culture on employee motivation at PT.BRI Branch Office Pariaman. Population in this study were all employees of organic and non-organic (contract employee) at PT.BRI Branch Office Pariaman. Sampling technique is proporsional cluster sampling. Sample were 110 people. Colected data were statistically analized with descriptive and inductive analysis consisting of multicollinearity test,normality test, heterocedasticity, linearity test and multiple regression analysis. Based on the result of this study concluded that (1) education have not a significant effect on employee motivation in PT. BRI Branch Office Pariaman.(2) Compensation significant effect on employee motivation at PT.BRI Branch Office Pariaman,(3) Organizational culture significantly influence employee motivation at PT.BRI Branch Office Pariaman.Keywords : Education, compensation, organizational culture, motivation

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze: 1) influence of Tangible to customer loyalty PT. Jambi Permata. (2) influence of reliability to customer loyalty PT. Jambi Permata. (3) influence of responsiveness to customer loyalty PT. Jambi Permata (4) influence of assurance customer loyalty PT. Jambi Permata (5) influence of empathy to customer loyalty PT. Jambi Permata. The population in this study are customers of PT. Jambi Permata many as 525 people. Drawn from a population sample of 84 customers. Sampling was done by using accidental sampling technique, in which the sample is based on coincidence, that existing patients at study sites. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression. Further research hypothesis test using t test and F test. The results showed that: (1) Tangible have a significant influence on customer loyalty PT. Jambi Permata. (2) Reliability have a significant influence on customer loyalty PT. Jambi Permata. (3) Responsiveness have a significant influence on customer loyalty PT. Jambi Permata. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: 1) The principal effect of supervision on the working climate at the elementary school in the Nan Sabaris District of Pariaman Region, 2) The principal effect of supervision on job satisfaction of teachers in public primary schools in the Nan Sabaris district of Pariaman Region, 3) The influence of climate on job satisfaction of teachers working in primary schools in the Nan Sabaris district of Padang Pariaman Region The research population is the whole entire elementary school teachers in Nan Sabaris District of Pariaman Region totaling 229 people. The sampling method is proportional random sampling. The number of samples is 70 teachers. Data analysis techniques using path analysis and hypotheses are tested with the F test and t test. The results of the study found that: 1) Supervising principals significantly influence the working climate in the District Elementary School District Nan Sabaris Padang Pariaman Region. If the principal can plan properly supervise, execute properly supervised, and can follow up properly supervised course will create a conducive working environment in schools. 2) Supervising principals significant effect on job satisfaction of primary school teachers in the District of Nan Sabaris Pariaman Region. The better implementation of the supervision by the principal must increase the job satisfaction of teachers in performing her daily duties at elementary school in the District of Nan Sabaris Pariaman Region. 3) Climate significant work on job satisfaction elementary school teacher in the district of Padang Pariaman Region Sabaris Nan. The better and more conducive working environment perceived by teachers in schools must improve the job satisfaction of teachers in performing her daily duties at the elementary school in the district of Padang Pariaman Region Nan Sabaris Key words: Principal Supervision, Work Climate, Work Satisfaction

Abstract

The aim of this research were To know how is the ability, effort and eksternal support of owner of Small-Medium scale enterprenuer in PT. Semen Padang. The Research methods used Decriptive exploratives. And the competence Variable was described as three indicators which were ability, effort and eksternal support. To answer the research problems and test of hypothesis the researcher was used the statistics analysis with software SPSS, especially used the correlation analysis, regression, F-test dan t-test. Sample respondent used in this research was 155 respondens come from Small-Medium Scale Entrepreneur which clustered by PT. Semen Padang, and it was choosed by purposive sampling based on some criterias. The result of this research were as follows: (1) The competence of human resourch Small-Medium Scale enterprenuer was in fare categories, it is recommended to increase to be more competence enhance increasing their business performance globally. Furthermore, the hypothesis was accepted because regarding the result of F-test and t-test show that the ability,(2) effort and (3)Eksternal support was Significantly affected to the their business performance partially and simultaniusly its mean that the increasing in human resourch competence will be increase the business performance, eventhough eksternal support variable was most dominanly affected to the owner performance. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out that the function of leadership, the quality of human resources and the planning influence to the performance of the manager team of rehabilitation and reconstruction West Sumatra September 30th 2009 Earthquake. The function of leadership will improve the quality of human resources. The function of leadership supported by the quality of human resource, the planning will be the better prepared. The function of leadership, high quality human resources and good planning will improve the performance of the management team of rehabilitation and reconstruction after the earthquake 30 September 2009. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of human capital, relational capital, and organizational capital toward employee performance, human capital toward relational capital and organizational capital and relational capital toward organizational capital. This research is conducted using a survey method, sample and questionnaire as a primary data collection. This research take place in the Board Food Security (Badan Ketahanan Pangan) of West Sumatera with a number of respondents is 101. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the model with the help of the program AMOS 20.0. The results show that there is a significant effect of human capital on relational capital and of relational capital on organizational capital. But there was no significant effect of human capital, relational capital, and organizational capital on employee performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis : (1) Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan  dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah Taplus BNI Cabang Solok, (2) Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Kualitas Produk dan Kepuasan Nasabah Terhadap Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Taplus BNI Cabang Solok.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kausatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menentukan hubungan sebab-akibat dari suatu fenomena atau pemecahan masalah yang diteliti untuk melihat seberapa jauh pengaruh variabel-variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah Taplus BNI Cabang Solok yangtercatatsejumlah 13.197 nasabah. Jumlah sampel dari populasi tersebut berjumlah 201 nasabah diambil menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa kuesioner yang disusun berupa pertanyaan mempunyai lima alternatif jawaban dengan menggunakan Skala Likert. Data dianalisis dengan deskripsi, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, analisis jalur dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian mengambarkan : (1) Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah Taplus BNI Cabang Solok, (2) Kualitas Produk berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah  Taplus BNI Cabang Solok, (3) Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah  Taplus BNI Cabang Solok, Kepuasan Nasabah memperkuat pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah. (4) Kualitas produk berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Taplus di BNI Cabang Solok. Kepuasan Nasabah memperkuat pengaruh Kualitas Produk terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah. (5) Kepuasan Nasabah berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah  Taplus di BNI Cabang Solok. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Kualitas Produk, Kepuasan Nasabah dan Loyalitas Nasabah

Abstract

The purpose of research to obtain: 1) the influence of leadership and training  at Satuan Perangkat Kerja Daerah (SKPD) in the West Sumatra and 2) the influence of leadership, training and competence to the implementation of performance-based budgeting in SKPD in the West Sumatra. The results showed that: 1) the higher the value the leadership and training  will increase personal competences at SKPD in the Government of West Sumatra, and 2) the higher the value of leadership, training and competence of personnel in the performance-based budget eating SKPD in the West Sumatra government will be better. The results of the study recommends public policies to: 1) provide training, seminars, or training for management officials of local finance, 2) pay attention to the efficiency and accuracy in accordance with the objectives of financial management areas, and 3) leadership increase cooperation good with officers, supervision or control and delegate authority to officers who truly understand the tasks assigned.   Key Words : Leadership, training, competence, west sumatera

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to find the The Effects of Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation and Work Disciplin toward the Employee’s Productivity  of the Laboratory Instalation  government Hospital in Bukittinggi Town. Directly or indirectly. The population of this research were Laboratory Employee’s government Hospital in Bukittinggi Town amounting to 56 ( Fivety six ) people. The sample in this research amounted to 49 ( Fourty Nine ) people. The sampling method was done by using stratified proportionate random sampling. Data collection is done by filling questionaires . Analysis of the data used is path analysis. Data processing is performed with SPSS version 17.0.for Windows. The results showed that there is significant influence between Job Satisfaction to Work Motivation (1), Job Satisfaction to Work Disciplin (2), Job Satisfaction to Employee’s Productivity (3), Work Motivation to Work Disciplin (4). Work Motivation to Employee’s Productivity (5) and Work Disciplin to Employee’s Productivity (6). Totally, the magnitude of the effect is known 52,17% directly and indirectly,while the remaining 47,83% is influenced by other factors not examined in of this research. Key words: Employee’s Productivity, Work Disciplin, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction.
