Abstract

Harmonization of regulation between center government and regional government at harmonious how in relation center government and regional government which consist of relation of power (distribution of governmental affairs), monetary, and controlling. Third of this relation component can walk harmonious if regulasi arranging it harmonious also. Law about Local Government can be made as mains law to start to repair of relation center government and regional government in regulation.

Abstract

Every regency government has issued Regulation on the allocation of village funds (ADD) ADD funding as a reference. Granting rights ADD is a form of fulfillment of village autonomy within the framework of the implementation of the village. The implementation on the ground quite well, begin from planning phase has been implemented well until completion of the ADD planning in village regulations. Furthermore, the implementation phase is also running smoothly and fairly good. But there are still a few obstacles which funds ADD does not coincide with the time the cause of a delay so that the activity is late to be implemented as well as the distribution system funds change often.

Abstract

The imposition of fatwa as a source of law is varies in every Muslim-majority country. Some consider it as a source of legal hierarchy and government structure. Some of which place it outside the system. The difference also affects the independence of the fatwa as well as the issuing institution. In Brunei Darussalam, fatwa has a very important position because it includes in the legal structure of the country. In Malaysia, its position is very importan too because the position of mufti level under the sultan in religious affairs. In Indonesia itself, fatwas can only bind when absorbed into the legal system prevailing in Indonesia. Different Position fatwa is also affect the regulation of Islamic banking. This study compiles the imposition of fatwas against shariah banking regulations in Indonesia and Malaysia. Qualitative method used in preparing this research. The data were collected from related literature. The results of this study indicate that the position of fatwa in sharia banking regulation in both countries is very significant. In Malaysia, the Fatwa is issued by the Shariah Advisory Council (SAC) directly under the auspices of Bank Negara Malaysia and is binding upon the approval of the Majlis Raja-raja and issued in the form of a gazette. In Indonesia, the Indonesian Council of Ulama issued Fatwas through the badan Pengawas Syariah (DNS) which was then absorbed into Bank Indonesia Regulation (PBI)

Abstract

Kafa’ah or kufu’ in marriage became a polemic among the laity. This study aims to find out how marriage sekufu in Islamic perspective in the area of ​​Napradu Pattani Province, Southern Thailand. The data were obtained by interviewing Imam - Imam, bilal or preacher mosque in Napradu. From the analysis of interview results, found 3 main ones in the concept of kafa'ah, they are religion, degree / nasab, and work / profession. The balance for starting a family should be the match between couples. It became a perception for the people of Napradu to reach a harmonious family. Forms of marriage implementation sekufu in Napradu region must follow syafi'i Mazhab. Therefore there are several indicators that must be met, namely; a) the male partner asks the parent to seek a spouse or ask to see the woman he wants, intent to align the parents' appetite with the child; b) a bridgehead between the prospective husband's family and the prospective wife's family on the matter of marriage; c) a suitable and equivalent female candidate to a potential male partner.

Abstract

Al-Ta'assuf in the use of rights is a terminology in Islamic law which by the experts usul al-fiqh used as one of the indicators in doing istinbat al-hukm (the determination of the law). The method of settling the use of rights is the most obvious evidence that Islam is not a religion of terror. The fulfillment of the right and anticipation of misuse on every human right has been established in the method since the time of the Prophet, reinforced by the results of the legal examination of the four Imams of the Mazhab when they performed a law.

Abstract

This research is based on the existence of PINBUK (Small Business Incubation Center) in general, especially Central Sulawesi PINBUK which can not be separated with the existence and development of sharia micro finance institution, especially Koperasi Syariah (Kopsyah) BMT in Central Sulawesi. The existence of Kopsyah BMT on one hand has access opportunities for small groups of people who find it difficult to access funds at formal financial institutions such as banks, amun on the other hand, not infrequently Kopsyah BMT, its existence is not going as expected. Therefore, this research tries to raise the problem: how is the implementation of PINBUK role in developing Kopsyah BMT in Central Sulawesi, and what factors are supporting and inhibiting the role of PINBUK in developing Kopsyah BMT in Central Sulawesi

Abstract

This research aims the customers who use saving products use to examine great influence of CSR toward corporate image and repurchase intention at BSM, Thamrin, Jakarta. All of the data is analized using structural equation modelling (SEM) supported by Lisrel version 8.72. Result from 135 respondents shows that CSR program able to strengthen and increase positive image for company. The activities CSR is capable to increase the repurchase intention for BSM product. Interestingly, the result shows that variable of CSR take significant effect to repurchase intention in Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM), while variable corporate image doesn’t have a significant effect to repurchase intention and has not been able to increase the repurchase intention.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia adalah keseluruhan manusia yang berada di dalam sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan. Sumber daya manusia yang dimaksudkan adalah orang-orang yang secara langsung terlibat dalam operasionalisasi bisnis perusahaan dari level yang paling bawah, seperti; satpam, pekerja pada proses produksi atau tenaga penjual (pemasaran) yang direkrut perusahaan hingga ke posisi direktur utama yang menempati level teratas dalam bisnis perusahaan. Dalam struktur organisasi perusahaan multinasional, seorang direktur harus memperhatikan peranan sumber daya manusia yang mengelola administrasi dan kinerja tertentu untuk kemajuan perusahaan, sedangkan pada perusahaan yang bergerak secara lokal (home industry, restoran, hotel, pabrik kecil, kerajinan tangan, dan lainnya dikelola secara langsung oleh pemiliknya sendiri sebagai pimpinan perusahaan (manager atau direktur). Oleh karena itu, jenis dan bidang bisnis yang dikelola, lokal atau pun multinasional sangat ditentukan oleh sumber daya manusia (SDM)
