Abstract

The aims of study are to determine the effect of Problem Based Learning model in an effort to improve students' physics learning outcomes on the subject of Pressure. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (Classroom Action Research). This study was conducted in MAN 1 Banjarmasin academic year 2016/2017. The subjects of the study were students of class X MIA 1 MAN 1 Banjarmasin as many as 26 students. The instrument used in this research is an objective test of multiple choice type with four options (option) used to find out the improvement of students' physics learning outcomes, observation sheet to know the process of learning in the classroom, and questionnaire to know the student response to the model of Problem Based Learning. From the results of this study can be concluded that the application of learning models based on problems can improve student physics learning outcomes class X MIA 1 MAN 1 Banjarmasin.

Abstract

This research aims to know the activities and learning outcomes of students on writing descriptive text material through the model Discovery Learning in class XI MIA 3 MAN 1 Banjarmasin Lesson 2016/2017. This research used Action research method. Subjects were 36 students consisting of 21 female students and 15 male students. Discovery Learning has a positive impact in improving students’ learning achievement which is marked by the improvement of students’ learning completeness in every cycle, improving student learning outcomes marked by the improvement of students’ learning mastery in each cycle, that is, there are 14 students (42.4 %) of completed students increased in cycle II to 29 students (87,9%).

Abstract

Scope of the Indonesian Language Subject to the basic education level (VII-IX) is as follows. The text-forming language units: language sounds, phonemes, morphemes, words, word classes, phrases, clauses. The language marker in the text. Paralinguistik (pronunciation, abbreviation, intonation, tempo, gesture, and mimic). The text structure of the story genre (text eksemplum), factual genre (text recording experiment) and response genres (challenge text, critical responses). The cultural context, norms, and social context behind the birth of the text type.The results of this study indicate that the learning outcomes in the second test meeting cycle I showed an increase. The first increase is the grade value of the previous grade is 67.63. At the second meeting the first cycle increased to 76.94. Furthermore, in the range of values 76 - 100 has a percentage of 31.25% increased to 62.5%. that the learning outcomes in the first meeting test in the second cycle showed a significant increase. In the second cycle as a whole mastery of students on the material review patterns, structure and linguistic rules of advertising reached 84.38%.

Abstract

Learning planning is incorporated into the Lesson Plans (RPP) or some other terms such as instructional design, learning scenarios. RPP contains KI, KD, indicators to be achieved, materials to be learned, learning steps, learning media, and learning resources and assessment. Problems that happened many teachers who have not understood and motivated in preparing the Curriculum Learning Implementation Plan 2013 completely. Most teachers did not received training in curriculum development in 2013. This research aims to improve teacher competence in preparing the Learning Implementation Plan through assistance in MAN Pugaan (KabupatenTabalong). Method used in this research is School Action Research that conducted through two cycles. Subjects are teachers of MAN Pugaan amounted to 27 teachers of civil servants and non-civil servants. The results is in cycle I the mean value of RPP component was 69% and in cycle II 83%. So, there was an increase of 14% from cycle I.

Abstract

Discovery learning is a teaching method that emphasizes the importance of helping students to understand the structure or key ideas of a discipline. The purpose of this study is to know the use of discovery learning method in improving students' competencies cognitive and affective aspects in understanding the material Pattern Barisan and Series in class XI IIS 1 MAN 1 Banjarmasin Year 2016/2017. The type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). Consisting of 2 Cycles that each cycle in this study was held for 3 meetings. The study was conducted in class XI IIS 1 MAN 1 Banjarmasin in January-April 2017 with a population of 35 students. Data analysis in this classroom action research is done through the first three stages of data reduction, the two describe the data and the three make a conclusion. The average value of the class has increased from 76.43 in the first cycle to 80.57 in postes cycle II. While the percentage of classical completeness rose by 67.24% in the first cycle to 85.71% in cycle II. The affective aspect is increased from cycle I to cycle II. In the first cycle of affective percentage of 71.43% categorized Enough whereas in cycle II there is not enough categorized and in cycle I good category of 28.57% rose to 100% categorized well on cycle II.

Abstract

This research aims to increase the activity and the results of students' mathematics learning on Vector material by using Jigsaw model in class XII IPA 1 MAN 3 Banjarmasin. Type of Research is Classroom Action Research. Data collection techniques using test techniques and non-test techniques. The analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative descriptive. The result is student activity by using JIGSAW model activity enough 15 students (40,54%) and student activity good category 22 student (59,46%). Student Activity In Cycle II of 37 students who categorized good activity as much as 6 students (16.22%) and who categorized very good activity as much 31 students (83,78%). Student learning result with Vector Material materials using JIGSAW model Cycle I from 37 students who do not complete 15 students (40,54%) decreased to 5 students (13,51%) while 22 students complete (59,46%) on cycle I increased in cycle II of complete student as much as 32 student (86,49%).

Abstract

Learning using appropriate media will provide optimal results for student’s understanding of the material being studied. PBL is usually done with a group approach by emphasizing the development of the group's skills to take decisions, discuss, solve problems, agreement, and leadership of the group. Activities and learning outcomes of students on learning of buffer material materials using PBL model aided in audiovisual media in class XI MIA 1 MAN 1 Banjarmasin. Student learning activities using PBL model (Problem Based Learning) aided audiovisual media increased. The completeness of student learning outcomes in the classical increased by 27,03%, seen from the results of cycle I of 59,46% and on the second cycle of 86,49%.

Abstract

The problem is the low of student’s achievement. This study aims to determine the improvement of learning outcomes and student activities through STAD type cooperative learning model on the subject matter introduction of Microsoft Excel 2007 program subjects ICT students class XI semester. This research used Class Action Research method (PTK). This classroom action research is divided into three cycles, each cycle encompassing planning, action, observation, and reflection activities. The place of research is in Madrasah Aliyah SMIP 1946 Banjarmasin, which was held on January 13, 2016 until the date of March 10, 2017 semester Even academic year 2016/2017. The subjects of the study were the students of class XI IPS Madrasah Aliyah SMIP 1946 Banjarmasin on the subject of Communication Technology and Informasin (ICT). The result showed that learning with STAD type cooperative model can improve learning achievement and student activity on the subject matter of introduction of Microsoft Excel 2007 program of ICT Class XI semester 2. The improvement of this learning achievement can be seen in the first cycle with the percentage of complete students of 78.26%, cycle II with the percentage of students completed by 82.61%, and cycle III with the percentage of students who complete 95.65%. Student learning activity on cycle I with average amount 73,00%, cycle II with average amount 85,00% and in cycle III with average amount 92,00%.

Abstract

Research’s aim is to improve the student’s learning outcomes by using cooperative learning type Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) in reaction oxidation-reduction concept. This study used class action researched method with cycle model. The research was done in XA class of MAN 1 Banjarmasin with 36 students in 2014/2015 academic year. The research instrument was learning outcomes test, the teacher and student’s observation sheet, and the students’s response questionnaire. The data were the result of student’s learning outcome, the result of teacher and student’s observation, and student’s response to the study, then it was analyzed by qualitative descriptive. The results showed that by using TAI mode in reaction-oxidation-reduction concept could increase student’s learning outcomes, from grade 67,78 (38,88% ) in cycle I to grade 83,42 (78%) in cycle II.

Abstract

Numbered Head Together can enhance cooperation among students. Cooperative learning model Numbered Head Together can improve student’s activity and learning outcomes in reading text Class XII IPS 2 at SMAN 12 Banjarmasin Lesson Year 2016/2017. The activity of students during the learning changes in cycle I is the most is enough student activity from 37 students there are 21 students (56.76%) whereas in cycle II the activity is not enough and the most excellent student activity is 27 students (72, 97%). Student learning outcomes in the complete cycle I amounted to 26 students (70.3%) increased to 34 students (91.9%), while the non-completeness of students decreased in the first cycle there
