Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar melalui penerapan model two stay two stray pada materi penyelenggaraan kekuasaan negara di kelas XI MIA 1 MAN 1 Banjarmasin. Masalah yang dihadapi guru adalah hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PPKn yang relatif rendah, terutama materi penyelenggaraan kekuasaan negara masih di bawah KKM. Berdasarkan data hasil ulangan tengah semester diketahui di kelas XI MIA 1 nilai rata-rata kelas untuk mata pelajaran PPKn yaitu 60 masih di bawah KKM yang mengharuskan siswa mencapai ketuntasan yaitu 75. Oleh sebab itu dilakukan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan sebanyak  dua  siklus tindakan: (1) perencanaan,  (2) pelaksanaan, (3) observasi, dan (4) refleksi.Hasil penelitian tindakan kelas ini menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar melalui penerapan model two stay two stray pada materi penyelenggaraan kekuasaan negara di kelas XI MIA 1  MAN 1 Banjarmasin tahun 2016/2017 dari 63,5 menjadi 74,71 (siklus I) dan 65,89 menjadi 78,82 (siklus II). Selain itu terdapat peningkatan aktivitas belajar melalui penerapan model two stay two stray pada materi penyelenggaraan kekuasaan negara di kelas XI MIA 1 MAN 1 Banjarmasin tahun 2016/2017 yaitu 0% menjadi 76% pada siklus I dan dari 0% menjadi 88% pada siklus II.Kata kunci: hasil belajar; model two stay two stray; penyelenggaraan kekuasaan negara

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana aktivitas guru dan respon siswa terhadap penggunaan model pembelajaran ARIAS terintegrasi pendekatan Problem Based Instruction. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan 2 siklus. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan evaluasi, serta analisis dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIA 3 dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 25 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik observasi, tes tertulis dan angket. Selanjutnya data tersebut dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dapat terjadi peningkatan aktivitas guru dari 88 pada siklus I menjadi 113,5 pada siklus II, peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa dari 16,88 pada siklus I menjadi 22,72 pada siklus II, peningkatan hasil belajar dari 61,40 pada siklus I menjadi 80,10 pada siklus I dan siswa memberikan respon yang baik terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran ARIAS terintegrasi pendekatan Problem Based Instruction.

Abstract

This conducted research is about the learning media application of English movie to overcome the students? low listening skill and learning outcomes of the 11th science class at MAN 3 Banjarmasin on English subject. This study is also aimed to find out how the teacher activities, student activities and student responses to the use of English movie learning media. It used a class action research (CAR) design with 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing actions, observing and evaluating as well as analyzing and reflecting. The subjects in this study were 36 students of the 11th Science Class. Data collected using observation techniques, written tests and questionnaires. Then the data was analyzed with the techniques of quantitative descriptive and qualitative analysis. The results showed that the use of English movie learning media in the learning activities can improve the teacher activities, student activities, students' listening skill, and learning outcomes which the students give a good impact on the application of English movie learning media.

Abstract

Has done research with the aim to increasing reading skill and student achievement on discussion text material through implementation of LRD strategy.  This research design was used classroom action research which consisted two cycles with four phases; planning, action, evaluation and reflection. The subject were 37 students of class XII IIK-3 MAN 1 Banjarmasin. Data collection was used by test technique. Then, data were analyzed by quantitatively and qualitatively techniques. The research result showed that there was an increase in teacher?s activity from 31 at cycle I to 41 at cycle II, an increase in student?s activity from 23,50 at cycle I to 33 at cycle II, an increase in student?s achievement from 64,86 at cycle I to 83,91 at cycle II, an increase in student?s reading skill from 12,23 at cycle I to 15,73 at cycle II and student give good respon for learning which using LRD strategy.

Abstract

The research about the use of substitute drills learning methods on simple present tense has been carried out which aims to know (1) the increasing activities in implementation classroom action, (2) the increasing student learning outcomes and (3) the student responses in the learning activity by using the substitutions drills strategy. The research conducted a classroom action research design (CAR) with two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing actions, observing and evaluating, and analyzing and reflecting. The research subjects were the 34 students of 10th grade of social science. Data were collected through observation techniques, learning achievement tests, and questionnaire distribution. Data were analyzed with quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and qualitative analysis. Based on the results of research, by using learning substitutions drills method on simple present tense material can increase the activities of implementing classroom actions and student learning outcomes.
