Abstract

Background: the problem in radiographic examination of Os Patella and Patellofemoral joint is the limitation in showing the picture of Os Patella from the infero-superior aspect which is free from superposition with other surrounding organs and also to show the distance between Os Patella and Condylus Femoralis Joint. Objective: to analyze the criteria for the results of the Os Patella and Patellofemoral joint examination in providing optimal and informative results according to diagnostic needs. Methods: This study used a descriptive qualitative design, with a sample of 10 patients. Research Results: radiographic images of the Hungston method in the prone patient position and knee flexed to form 550 with 450 cranially ray direction can provide informative results in the examination of Os Patella and Patellofemoral Joint because it can provide optimal anatomical image criteria and open Patellofemoral Joint Interspace than the Settegast method. Conclusion: the Hungston method is able to show optimal and informative image results for use in examining the Os Patella and Patellofemoral Joint Skyline projection.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) has still one of the problem diseases in Indonesia. There has increased in dengue cases in several parts of Indonesia since January 2020 and in the midst of the COVID-19. Very little information about natural breeding sites of Aedes especially of the phytotelmata such as Bambusa sp., Neoregelia spectabilis, Musa paradisiaca, and Cocos nucifera. Other than physical factors of plants, it is suspected that there are attractive compounds produced by these plants. The purpose of this study was to determine the chemical compounds that are attractants from plants used as breeding sites for Ae. albopictus. The research method was started by observation of the presence of Neoregelia spectabilis, Musa paradisiaca, Bambusa sp., and Cocos nucifera plants which contained Ae. albopictus on one of the plant body parts found. Then macerated, purified and analyzed for chemical content using GCMS. The results showed that there were differences in the chemical compounds of plants. The dominant chemical compound is tetracosane. Tetracosane is a chemical compound from the Alkane group. The alkana is an important role in plant interactions such as attractants in the oviposition of certain insects or as attractants for insect feeding activities.

Abstract

Computed Tomography Scan angiography of the lower extremities can be done quickly with high spatial resolution and a reduction amount of intravenous contrast and radiation exposure. In patients with peripheral arterial disease, this technique can be used to portray the arterial vascular of the lower extremities bilaterally, determine the amount of atherosclerotic disease and distinguish acute from chronic changes. The purpose of this research is to give radiographers and clinicians an appropriate reference and guidance on computed tomography scan angiography of the lower extremities examination to help them establish the diagnosis. The examination technique used by the researcher was the bolus tracking technique by placing the trigger in arcus aorta and popliteal aorta. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using random samples with diagnosis of critical limb ischemia.

Abstract

HIV/AIDS is a global health problem that is increasingly widespread today. The number of cases of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) in 2021 is 36,902 cases and the majority of sufferers are of productive age. Most HIV case sufferers come from the age range of 25-49 years with a percentage of 69.7% in 2021 then 20-24 years of age 16.9% and HIV sufferers over 50 years of 8.1%, ages 15-19 years by 3.1%. The number of cases (of AIDS) was 5750 cases and the majority of sufferers were in the age range of 30-39 years with the aim of knowing whether there was a relationship between pregnant women's knowledge about HIV/AIDS and the attitude of pregnant women towards voluntary counseling and testing of HIV/AIDS (KTS). ) at the Cipageran Health Center, Cimahi City. The research method used is descriptive-analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all pregnant women at the Cipageran Health Center in May as many as 76 pregnant women. The sample in this study used a total sampling technique. Measuring the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women using a research instrument (questionnaire). The results showed that of the 76 pregnant women, the majority of pregnant women who had less knowledge about HIV/AIDS, 10 pregnant women (83.3%) had a negative attitude towards KTS. asked her to get tested for HIV/AIDS as early as possible to prevent transmission of HIV/AIDS from mother to child.

Abstract

The use of 21st century technology is growing rapidly, especially in the field of education. This is very helpful for online learning that we must use technology, so that students can experience a more meaningful learning experience and can develop their competencies anywhere and anytime. The aim of the research was to obtain information about students' perceptions of the use of digital multiplatform applications during English lectures. online. The applications used include Zoom, G Meet, Google Classroom, Quizizz, Crowd Buzzer, Genially, and you tube. This research method used a qualitative method that focusd on descriptive words. The survey was distributed to 80 odd semester students of the Al Islam Polytechnic of Bandung and interviews with 6 students to clarify the survey that had been filled out and add questions that were not included in the survey. They showd a positive attitude towards using digital multiplatforms during online lectures, even though internet network problems were still an obstacle. Based on interviews with six students. They revealed that the use of digital multiplatforms can help them learn English in an interactive and fun atmosphere.
