Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menemukan hubungan antar variabel yaitu Peran Kepala Kampung (variabel bebas) dan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat (variabel terikat), dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian adalah di Kampung Kali Susu Distrik Nabire Kabupaten Nabire dengan sampel yang diambil menggunakan teknik Purpossive Sampling berjumlah 80 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan instrumen: Daftar pertanyaan dan pengamatan langsung serta wawancara dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa; peran kepala kampung Kalisusu belum berjalan dengan baik, terutama sebagai motivator dan fasilitator. Sedangkan peran sebagai komunikator telah dilaksanakan cukup baik namun masih ada kekurangan sehingga perlu ditingkatkan lagi. Selanjutnya mengenai Kesejahteraan Masyarakat masih sangat kurang terutama menyangkut bidang ekonomi dan kesehatan. Namun dibidang pendidikan sudah berjalan cukup baik.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the extent of the use of village funds in the development of the village, along with the results of the use of village funds and how much community involvement in Watiyai Village, District of Tigi Timur, Deiyai ​​Region is in the development of the village. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. By using data collection techniques through interviews with informants who are considered to have the potential to provide information about the use of village funds in the construction of Watiyai Village, Tigi Timur District, Deiyai ​​Region, also through observation and documentation of the results of utilization of village funds. The results showed that the Utilization of Village Funds in the Development of Watiyai Village in Tigi Timur District was not very effective yet. This can be proven by the number of development programs that have been realized even though they have not been so good, because there are still various obstacles that are quite influential to the development and use of the village funds. The same thing was also influenced by the weakness of community involvement in the implementation of village funds utilization in Watiyai Village, where the community participated in all activities village governments funded by village funds always ordered compensation for their involvement during village program development and policies until the implementation of these programs.

Abstract

Business ethics is the science of what is good and what is bad in doing business. With the ethics of doing business, companies or business people are able to know the rules of values and even the norms in carrying out their business. It was found that the sale of Refill Drinking Water Depots was cheating by did not pay attention to the cleanliness of the water and the gallons used. This was very detrimental to consumers or the community.This writing aims to find out the business people or companies in carrying out business ethics From the results of this study, it is known that there are still many business people who commit fraud in doing business, violating rules, values and norms that must be applied in doing business.

Abstract

Kepala Kampung selaku pimpinan tentunya memiliki peranan terhadap pembangunan Kelurahan Oyehe Distrik Nabire Kabupaten Nabire, dimana dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan Sampel Total dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 14 orang dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu Observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner Yang menjadi tujuan yang akan dicapai dalam penulisan ini adalah sebagai berikut : Untuk mengetahui sejauhmana koordinasi yang terjadi di kantor Kelurahan Oyehe Distrik Nabire Kabupaten Nabire terhadap efektifitas kerja pegawai. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam dalam melaksanakan koordinasi dan efektivitas kerja pegawai di kantor Kelurahan Oyehe Distrik Nabire Kabupaten Nabire. Memberikan solusi yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan koordinasi dan efektivitas kerja pegawai di kantor Kelurahan Oyehe Distrik Nabire Kabupaten Nabire
