Abstract

Kumon is a tutoring place that implements a level-based learning system customized to individual abilities, aims to optimize each individual's abilities and intelligence. With Kumon learning methods many students can learn at up-class level, low-class level, and equivalent class level. Determining the level of Kumon is usually seen in students when attending Kumon classes for approximately six months to one year. However, by looking at several aspects that affect the level of students such as learning motivation, learning interests, learning habits, and gender of students, the Naive Bayes Classifier approach will be easy and fast in predicting kumon level for students. From the research using confussion matrix test, the result show the accuracy value of 70%, class precision of 75% for up-class level, class precision of 100% for low-class level, class precision of 60% for the equivalent of class level, class recall of 100% for up-class level, class recall of 25% low-class level, and class recall of 100% equivalent to class level. As a result, it is possible to conclude that the Naïve Bayes Classifier Algorithm can be used to predict the classification of kumon levels. However, it is hoped that the next research will use other attributes in order to get a more accurate algorithm.

Abstract

Service Quality is an expected advantage by visitors. The purpose of this study is to find out how satisfied visitors are with the service quality at Pasar Modern Bintaro by using the service quality (Servqual) and importance performance analysis (IPA) method. Tangible, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and emphaty are five dimensions of service quality used to assess visitor satisfaction. The results of the study show that there are gap between expectations and the reality received by visitors with an overall average of -0,72. The highest gap is in the tangible dimension of -0,82 and the lowest gap is in the emphaty dimension of -0,59. Based on Cartesian diagram mapping via importance performance analysis, there are 3 attributes that considered important by visitors but their performance are still low, these attributes include (1) cleanliness and comfort of facilities in the market area, (2) availability of managers in handling complaints quickly, and (3) security when visiting and making transactions.

Abstract

Grade promotion is an annual routine activity for a school at the elementary, junior high and high school levels. This activity becomes a problem when the class increase will be grouped into two classes. The process of selecting students to fill classes with superior categories and ordinary classes by looking at the number of student competency scores. This study, it is used to explore student competencies which are arranged in report cards when grades increase. With the Fuzzy C-Means algorithm, various competencies of prospective students can be grouped in detail according to the competencies that students have. The results of this clustering will be the basis for placing prospective students into superior or ordinary classes. By forming a community of superior classes and ordinary classes, there is a new climate for learning strategies and methods that are expected to make the learning process comfortable, fun and competitive. Cluster evaluation is carried out with the proximity of students' competencies in a cluster which shows the difference in quality between the superior class and ordinary class clusters. Cluster evaluation based on PCI index (Partition Coefficient) = 0.7675966 (Strong).

Abstract

Kantor Desa merupakan tempat yang dikunjungi masyarakat untuk melakukan suatu pelayanan. untuk mewujudkan suatu visi pada Desa Peusar, maka dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap kualitas pelayanan dan mengidentifikasi atribut dalam dimensi yang perlu diperbaiki untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap masyarakat. Terdapat lima dimensi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, antara lain: Tangible (Bukti Fisik), Reliability (Kehandalan), Responsiveness (Daya Tanggap), Assurance (Jaminan) dan Empathy (Empati). Peneliti menggunakan dua metode untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini dengan menggunakan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan masyarakat berdasarkan atribut tertentu dalam dimensi yang akan diukur. Selanjutnya dengan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja petugas dan memperbaiki pelayanan yang perlu dilakukan oleh petugas. Melalui perhitungan CSI, dengan nilai kriteria indeks kepuasan sebesar 85% dapat diketahui bahwa masyarakat merasa sangat puas dengan pelayanan petugas. Melalui analisis IPA, dari ke lima dimensi yang digunakan terdapat tiga dimensi. Dimensi ke tiga yaitu responsiveness terdapat dua atribut yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan. Dimensi ke empat yaitu assurance terdapat dua atribut yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan. Dimensi ke lima yaitu empathy terdapat satu atribut yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan pelayanan..

Abstract

This study discusses the analysis of factors regarding the decision to purchase Muslim clothing (case study of Naufal Boutique, Balaraja District). The sample in this study amounted to 93 respondents. The method used in this study is a binary logistic regression method with the G test, Wald's test. With the product quality variable (X1) having a positive and significant effect of 85.5% and the price variable (X2) positive and significant effect of 26.4%. Abstract

School-age children are the initial capital of a country because they are the next generation who will determine the quality of the country in the future. At school age children, a balanced nutritional intake in their diet must be fulfilled because it greatly affects the cognitive growth of children because school age children are still vulnerable to nutritional problems. Parents' low knowledge of nutrition is accompanied by a low economic level, which has an impact on limited costs to meet the balanced nutrition of their children. In this study, a minimum cost optimization model will be formed to fulfill the nutritional intake of food for children in accordance with the standard Nutritional Adequacy Ratio (RDA) using the simplex method with the help of the POM-QM application. The results of the study obtained the form of the optimization model, namely, Z = which was obtained on the fifth combination menu. The optimal combination of food ingredients is which is 210.2327 grams of rice, is 569.4991 grams of cassava leaves, is 0 grams of tempeh, is 128.6347 catfish, is 45.8144 papayas. grams and which is 0 grams of milk. With a minimum fee of IDR 9,335.685, rounded up to IDR 9,300 per day.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is something that must be a priority for every company, especially in Indomaret Ahmad Dahlan 02. In customer satisfaction, there are many factors that influence it, namely service factors, product quality, price, cost and emotional. This study aims to determine the binary logistic regression model associated with factors that affect customer satisfaction Indomaret Ahmad Dahlan 02 and to determine factors that can significantly affect customer satisfaction Indomaret Ahmad Dahlan 02. The analytical method used is binary logistic regression analysis with 5 independent variables, namely Service , Product quality , Price , Cost and Emotional . Based on the results of the study, the best model was obtainedThe logistic regression model can be concluded that the independent variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction is service quality.

Abstract

Metode simpleks digunakan untuk menyelesaikan persoalan pemograman linear yang teknik penentuannya menggunakan solusi optimal dengan perhitungan berkali-kali atau iterasi yang dilakukan dengan berulang-ulang. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengoptimalkan produksi telur asin khas Brebes di industri rumahan Bapak Nato. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, mendeskripsikan dan menginterprestasikan penerapan program linear dan mendapatkan hasil data yang dapat diamati. Subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu produksi telur asin khas Brebes dengan keuntungan maksimum. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode simpleks dengan alat bantu softwareQM for Windows menunjukan bahwa produksi yang diterapkan di industri rumahan Bapak Nato belum optimal. Tingkat produksi optimal sebesar Rp. 5.580.250 dengan memproduksi telur asin mentah 70 boks denga isi 700 butir, telur asin rebus 102 boks denga isi 1020 butir, telur asin bakar 80 boks isi 800 butir dan telur asin panggang 122 boks isi 1220 butir. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan meneruskan penelitian ini yakni mencari perbandingan perolehan hasil pada program linear dan perolehan perusahaan.

Abstract

Sebagai BUMN yang bergerak pada bidang pertambangan batu kapur, PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Pabrik Tuban wajib melakukan pemulihan lahan bekas proses penambangan. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan adalah penanaman tanaman jati. Kondisi tanaman jati di setiap tempat tumbuh biasanya digambarkan oleh diameter batang dan tinggi tanaman yang merupakan gambaran penampilan individu tanaman. Karena hal tersebut, diperlukan adanya pendataan tinggi dan diameter tanaman jati agar dapat mengetahui kondisi tanaman yang didata. Penyusunan model hubungan antara tinggi tanaman dan diameter tanaman adalah salah satu alternatif teknis yang dapat mengurangi pekerjaan perusahaan dalam mengukur tinggi dan diameter tanaman, sehingga dapat memberikan data yang cukup mendekati dari hasil pengukuran yang sebenarnya. Penyusunan model hubungan tersebut menggunakan metode regresi linear sederhana. Model fungsi persamaan regresi hubungan antara tinggi tanaman dan diameter batang pada tanaman jati dari biji adalah y = 0.284584 + 0.020573x dengan SE = 0.179307. Model fungsi persamaan regresi hubungan antara tinggi tanaman dan diameter batang pada tanaman jati dari stek pucuk adalah y = 0.520929 + 0.014338x dengan SE = 0.162203. Adanya hubungan yang erat atau saling signifikan antara tinggi tanaman dan diameter batang dapat dimanfaatkan hanya dengan pengukuran tinggi tanaman saja sehingga dapat meminimalisir waktu pengukuran dan tenaga pengukur.
