Abstract

At present, the development of information technology in the world is very rapid. The use of information technology is very helpful in completing human tasks. With the existence of information technology, can improve work efficiency and effectiveness to support success in achieving company goals. In its development, almost all companies are trying to make changes to the existing work systems. The system of PO Irama Vision is still conventional as data must be recorded or manual data search so it is can cause errors that result in inaccurate reports received. An inventory information system is designed and is expected to be able to process inventory data and sales of goods better and can improve work efficiency and business processes can run more efficiently. Data search using the sequential method means that search data is searched according to the initial order to the end based on the search key entered by the user. Searching is faster and more accurate when compared to old systems. The other goal is, generally expected to be able toimprove company performance and also increase satisfaction for buyers.

Abstract

This study conducted a study and looked at the level of acceptance of PLN Mobile Application users in the city of Palembang. The method used is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method. The statistical test in this study uses the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program. using the variables Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Attitude Toward and Acceptance of IT. The sample in this study were the users of the PLN Mobile Application totaling 100 people by determining the number of samples using the Slovin formula and using simple random sampling techniques. The data obtained are tested by testing classic assumptions and research results show that Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use partially or separately affect the attitude of users or Attitude Toward Using, Perceived Usefulness partially or separately affect the acceptance of the PLN Mobile Application and indirectly supported by user perceptions about the ease of use of the PLN Mobile Application or Perceived Ease of Use. This study also proves that the factor of user attitude or Attitude Toward does not affect the user's decision to accept the PLN Mobile Application.

Abstract

This study conducted a study evaluating the usefulness of the UKMC Information System E-Learning design. The measurement uses three usability parameters namely efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction, satisfaction measurement uses the System Usability Scale (SUS). The sample in this study tested 28 users of E-Learning Information Systems and testing in this study used OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) software. Data processing is done quantitatively and qualitatively. The conclusion of the results of this study is that the dropbox menu needed improvement, namely validation of the data received and required maintenance from dokeos.

Abstract

As part of the Catholic Church organization, the Parish Secretariat has an important role in recording information relating to parishioners. The work of the Parish Secretariat staff is very helpful in supporting the Parish Priest's task in managing the administration of the Church. In its implementation in the Parish Catholic Church of St. Peter Palembang, the secretariat staff faced several problems because the application was only able to process one activity, namely documenting Baptist data. While other data processing is still done manually. The purpose of this study is to build applications that complement the shortcomings of existing applications. To produce applications that can run well and in accordance with needs, the method in the design process is needed. Extreme Programming method is the choice in this design because it is suitable for use in designing small scale applications.

Abstract

Go-jek application is an online transportation application by the children of the nation which has caused many phenomena since it was first launched. Based on "8 Go-Jek Flashback Notes 2018", we can see the phenomenon that occurs, this shows the important role of the Go-Jek application, both in supporting the development of Go-Jek and in facilitating the community to use Go-Jek services. Therefore this research was conducted to scientifically measure the success of Go-Jek applications by using the Information System Success Model (ISSM) proposed by DeLone and McLean. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, with a total sample of 100 people through a questionnaire to get research data to be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the results of 12 hypotheses formulated, 9 hypotheses proved to be significant, this makes the application go can be categorized as a good system. While the other 3 hypotheses are insignificant, which means that go-jek application users in Palembang community assume the quality of information and the quality of the existing system in go-jek applications do not affect the satisfaction they expect and the quality of the system does not become their judgment in using go-jek applications.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the level of user satisfaction, in this case are the students of STMIK XYZ about online learning system service by conducting identification processof user satisfaction attributes based on WebQual method and Kano Model. WebQual method provides measurement factors of user satisfaction and then measured by using Kano Model. The population in this study was students at STMIK XYZ. The results showed that of the 22 attributes of WebQual were analyzed by Kano Model showed 19 attributes entered into the One-dimensional categories, 2 attributes for the Attractive categories and 1 attribute entered into the Indifferent category.
