Abstract

This research aims to describe the implication of social-religious conflictto education of religion (formal and informal) implementation. Thiswas conducted at Ternate, North Maluku. Data was collected by depthinterview and observation.This research indicates that social-religious conflict was occured at1999 fisically has no impact to educational process. But, this conflicthad give impact to learning process of religion education. Especially,to Christ and Katolik schools. These schools became refugee camp.Nevertheless, local government regulation to education of religion implementationhave been increase after conflict. But, that regulation seemsdo to certain school.

Abstract

This research aims to describe student of high school perspective onJihad. This research was conducted at three high schools in Ternate andtwo high schools in Makassar. Data was collected using questioner toamong 212 students of five high schools, and analyzed using quantitativemethod.The result of study indicates that (1) students of high school understoodJihad as struggling, sacrifice, war, and death as martyr; (2) this perspectiveof Jihad was influenced by social construction; (3) Although theirperspective tend to purity, but they reject the radicalism of religion assolution.

Abstract

This research aims to describe religions comprehension, attitude, andbehavior of high school student. This was conducted in SMAN 1 andSMAN 2 Samarinda, East Kalimantan. Data was collected using questionerto among one hundred students of both high schools, and analyzedusing quantitative method.The result of research showed that religious comprehension, attitude,and behavior of high school student at good level. It means that moststudents of high school have good comprehension, good attitude, andgood behavior. But, this research also showed that few students havebad comprehension, and bad behavior.
