Abstract

From the report of UPTD Puskesmas Kubu II in 2012, hypertension was one of the tenmost frequent illnesses in their working area. Hypertension is connected with smoking habit, alcohol and salt consumption. The purpose of this study is to describe the prevalence of hypertension and smoking habit, consumption of alcohol and salt among the villagers in the working area of UPTD Puskesmas Kubu II. This research was conducted in August 2012 atworking area of UPTD Puskesmas Kubu II with a cross-sectional study design which was participated by 80 samples within 20-59 years old. Data were collected directly using an anthropometric measurements, blood pressure measurement and questionnaires. The result showed that hypertension tends to affect villagers who drinkalcohol ≥ 7 times per week and smoke>20ciggarettes per day. We may conclude that the prevalence of hypertension among villagersinworking area of UPTD Puskesmas Kubu IIis quite high. There are also tendencies of bad habit regarding risk factor of hypertension. This requires further attention.

Abstract

Post-partum hemorrhage defined by WHO by condition loss of blood >500 ml of 24 hours after labor. Based on research in 2008, said every women that died in minute on labor, that 24% caused by massive hemorrhage. Diagnosis of post-partum hemorrhage acquired by seeking the cause of hemorrhage, calculate the blood loss and patient clinical condition. Treatment of post partum hemorrhage started by giving uterotonic, uterine massage, bimanual compression, blood transfusion/ crystalloid fluid, giving blood coagulation factor, and/or retain rest placenta manually and trauma management. Invasive treatment such are balloon tamponade, uterine compressed hecting, angiographic arterial embolization, arterial ligation, and hysterectomy. Some modified technic also very suggested to be able to performed in area with limited facilities. Prevention of post-partum hemorrhage are by perform management active phase III, knowing the risk factor and always do consultation with competent medical staff.

Abstract

Hypertension is a chronic disease which diagnosed by increased blood pressure above normal value. From Riskesas study on 2010, the hypertension cases was affect around 8,4 million people. On manggis district itself, the prevalence of hypertension cases on their area of duty was increased from 150 cases to 320 cases in 2013. The most determining risk factor of hypertension morbidity were lifestyle and family history. From the study of 50 people which selected by sampling in Manggis district, we found that around 70% of sample population have a family history of hypertension. From the history of tobacco use, roughly 58% of sample population didn’t take any tobacco at all. Also most of the people never drink any kind of alcohol which counted 52%.

Researchconducted in2 hospitalsin Denpasartogeta description of thepatient's knowledgeaboutbreastcancer.Resultsin gettingfrom 30breast cancer sampleswere4 patients(13.3%) breast cancer knowaboutsadari. Thenfrom 4breastcancerpatientsknowaboutsadari, 2 patients(50%) didsadari.The remainingsample of26 patients(86.7%) did not know aboutsadari. They got information aboutsadarifromfamily orfriends who'vehad breast cancer. Patientswho foundabnormalities from the examinationare usually notcameto the hospital, butthey didn’t care about it,socomein a bad state.

Abstract

National exam is used as a standardization of the government to test a feasibility of student to be able to continue their education to a higher level and as a national educational equity. National exam is often used as a load by the students. This disturbing their psychological anxiety that would interfere with their activities as a threat nature. Tranquility in the conduct of national examinations is absolutely necessary for the students of junior high schoolPGRI 2 so that early detection of anxiety levels of students needs to be done. This research is quantitative descriptive cross sectional descriptive design was conducted on March 22, 2015 in Junior high schoolPGRI 2. These samples were taken with stratified random sampling technique and obtained 90 samples that met the inclusion criteria of exclusion. Data was collected using TMAS (Taylor Manifest Axientas Scale). The results found 57.1% of women have a mild anxiety, 55.1% moderate and 80% anxiety severe anxiety. And men found mild anxiety 42.9%, 44.9 % anxiety moderate, 20% severe anxiety. Students who follow the guidance of learning found 42.9% had mild anxiety, anxiety was 44.9%, 46.7% severe anxiety. So it can be said women have a tendency to experience anxiety than men and students who follow the guidance of learning tend to have lower levels of anxiety. Conclusion, research must be done in order to find a solution to anxiety levels were found in student.

Abstract

Allergic contact dermatitis in Sanglah General Hospital still becomes one of the highest number of disease. There are several factors which makes this disease appear, such as: the chemical content which contains in particular cosmetics, parfume, or temporary tattoo which can change into allergen that can stimulates inflamation response . As the tourism object which has a lot of culture and arts just like temporary tattoos, which is very popular as an alternative in changing the permanent one. But, nowadays the temporary tattoos often use the chemical contents which can stimulates the inflammation reaction on the skin which more familiarly known as allergic contac dermatitis. There are some kinds of chemical contents , such as: parafenilandiamine, which is almost the same as the strong sensitizer. This chemical content is often used in temporary tattoo.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension cases at coverage of work of Puskesmas Rendang is ranked number 9of 10 major diseases whereby majority of the cases are among people at the age of 30 y.o. to 80 y.o. with the total number of 950 cases(3.50%). Death due to stroke in year 2011 is ranked number 3 with the total number of 11 deaths (5.79%). Lifestyle of the community is one of the factor of hypertension.Method: This research uses quantitative descriptive. Population for this study is the whole community of Desa Menanga, Kecamatan Rendang, Kabupaten Karangasem within the age of 30 y.o. to 80 y.o.on June with the total of 961 people ( 39 sampels).Results: Majority of the respondents who suffer from hypertension are above the age of 60 y.o. (53.8%). From the total of 39 sampels, 13 respondents suffer from hypertension, 76.9% consume inadequate amount of fruits, 100% consume inadequate amount of vegetables, 97.4% consumes meat from where 44.7% consume red meat, 33.3% smoke cigarette, 10.2% consume alcoholic drinks and 53.8% do not perform physical activities. Conclusion: Hypertension is found on respondents who consume inadequate amount of fruits (34.5%), respondents who consume inadequate amount of vegetables (39.4%), respondents who consume meat (31.6%), respondents who smoke cigarette (15.4%), respondents who consume alcoholic drinks (25.0%) and respondents who do not perform physical activities (42.9%). The result of this research shows there is a tendancy of hypertension based on lifestyle.

Abstract

Introduction: One of the most complications in pregnancy it was a bleeding , that could happen to any the gestational age .Young in pregnancy , often connected with abortus , miscarriage , and loss of early pregnancy .Abortus is defined as the threat or spending the products of conception before a fetus can live outside the utery. Constitutes gestational age is less than 20 weeks or fetus weight less than 500 grams .Abortus imminens is pervaginam bleeding in pregnancy before 20 weeks without accompanied the release of the products of conception and dilatation of the uterus.Cases: Female patient , 31 years , the balinese ethnic coming to the emergency room the hospital with complaints pervaginam bleeding. Said to be initially were bleeding spots that its color red .Then there are black coloured bloodlump, there is no tissue.

Abstract

The growing number of the elderly population, so health related problems also will increase. Mental health concerns are among the most important health problems in the management of the elderly. From research was found that people who experience stress have a higher risk of developing hypertension, 2.5 times more than those who do not experience stress. In May 2013, 54% of elderly people in the region in tabanan second primary health center’s region at tabanan regency have been diagnosed with hypertension,.This study aims to determine the relationship of stress on the degree of hypertension, that suffered by elderly people treated at in Tabanan second primary health center’s region at Tabanan regency. The study carried out in September-October 2013, using a study design with cross sectional analysis. Data collection in the study was done in two stages of work, primary data through interviews conducted by questionnaires from house to house and secondary data obtained from the information available at primary health center’s . The results showed that the respondents with hypertension, grade I status as many as 41 people (75.9%) experienced stress while respondents with hypertension, grade II status as many as 27 people (81.8%) experienced stress. Kendall correlation test results for the variable stress levels with the degree of hypertension, showed a correlation coefficient of 0.069 with p = 0.521. These results show a correlation between stress and the the degree of hypertension, in the same direction. However, the price of the correlation coefficient between stress and the degree of hypertension showed a very weak relationship between stress and the degree of hypertension, (0.069 <0.2). When viewed from the price of p = 0.521 (> 0.05) so there is no significant correlation between the two variables.

Abstract

Smoking is can be harmful to our body health. Many disease was correlated to smoking habituation.Smoking can increase the risk of COPD. The negative effect of smoking is caused through a progressive decline in forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1), which the results of reduction in lung function leading to shortness of breath. Smoking accounts for as many as 80% COPD-related deaths. Smokingresponsible for 80% of lung cancer that can increase the risk of developing lung cancer in developed countries five to ten fold. Indonesia with 65 million smokers on the third rank of nation has the largest smoker in the world. At the Puskesmas I Pekutatan, Jembrana Regency, the prevalence of smoker in that area has not been studied before.The research was conducted by using descriptive cross-sectional study on June 2013 until July 2013. Samples account of 50 people was selected by purposive and simple random sampling method with head of the family as a reasonable population at Puskesmas I Pekutatan, Jembrana Regency. From this research, 25 respondents (50%) has smoking habituation every day. Most of the smokers started to smoke between age 20 to 29 years (44%) and most of the respondent was smoke cigarettes with filters (88%). Many of the respondent are moderate smokers (60%) who smoke cigarettes between 10 to 20 every day. Considering the high prevalence of smoking, counseling and health promotion should be done about the risk of smoking for health.
