Abstract

The rapid development of sharia banking is not only supported by government regulation but also supported by the quality and service of sharia banking which is getting better. The service, quality, variety of products, minimization of risk that gives profit to customers and the professionalism of sharia banking managers that are increasingly improving now make sharia banking can slowly compete with conventional banking professionally. Sharia banking that proved to be more just and profitable is now growing and gain the trust of the wider community, in this case not only Muslim community but also non-Muslim community. This research uses quantitative method, with field research approach and is descriptive. Technique of collecting data using questioner with sampling technique used is convenience sampling technique. The data analysis uses descriptive statistics, by determining the mean using the mode. The result of this research is the argumentation of non-Muslim customers to customers in syariah banking especially in Bank Syariah Mandiri Lumajang Branch Office there are six factors that are cultural factor, social class factor, learning experience factor, personality factor, self concept factor, attitude and belief factor. The most prompting factor for non-Muslim customers to choose Bank Syariah Mandiri Lumajang Branch Office is a cultural factor in the sixth indicator of service related to Bank Syariah Mandiri.

Abstract

Baitul malll merupakan bidang sosial, yang bergerak dalam penggalangan dana zakat, infak, sedekah dan dana-dana sosial lain untuk kepentingan sosial secara terpola dan ber-kesinambungan. Sesuatu yang revolusioner yang dilakukan oleh Rosulullah SAW adalah pembentukan lembaga penyimpanan yang disebut Baitul Mall. Apa yang dilaksanakan Rasul itu merupakan proses penerimaan pendapatan (revenue collection) dan pembelanjaan (expenditure) yang transparan. Sedangkan baitul tamwil, merupakan bidang bisnis yang menjadi penyangga operasional BMT. Bidang tamwil ini bergerak dalam penggalangan dana masyarakat dalam bentuk ; simpanan (tabungan dan deposito) serta menyalurkan dalam bentuk pembiayaan usaha mikro dengan sistem ; jual beli, bagi hasil maupun jasa. baitul mall merupakan lembaga ekonomi yang berorientasi social keagamaan yang kegiatan utamanya menampung harta masyarakat dari berbagai sumber termasuk zakat, dan menyalurkannya untuk tujuan mewujudkan kemaslahatan umat dan bangsa dalam arti seluas-luasnya. Praktik pada zaman sekarang berupa baitul mall wattamwil, juga berjuang membantu perekonomian rakyat menengah kebawah. Dengan praktek pinjaman yang sama-sama berorientasi mendapatkan keuntungan dan kerugian bersama. Masyarakat bisa lebih mempraktekkan perekonomianya yang sesuai dengan praktiknya pada zaman nabi dulu yakni berekonomi yang sesuai dengan syariat Islam. Berekonomi yang seimbang antara dunia dan akhirat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the community interest to become customers in Islamic banks in the city of Tasikmalaya. The method used is descriptive method with qualitative approach. The technique of data analysis is conducted qualitatively by an interactive model, with the following steps: describing, classifying or categorizing, data analysis, and conclution or drawing. The results showed that the interest of the community to become customers of depositors’ funds of Islamic banks is characterized by high attractiveness of the elements of reason interest is product services Shariah compliance, halal rewards, strategic location, the promotion of which is integrated with the values ​​of Islam, the service process and standards emphasizes hospitality, the image of islamic banks reflected with investments heavily secured, morality and professionalism of employees, the physical evidence that supports ease of service, the importance of transparency in the nisbah / margin and financial reports, Islamic banks functioning civil society in collecting and distributionof zakat, infaq, and charity.

Abstract

Lack of attention to the productivity of workers on a construction project could hinder the construction works. There are various factors that can affect productivity in construction projects, one of which is the labor factor directly related to the construction field. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of education, motivation, age, work experience, wages and supervision of employee productivity, and determine the most dominant factor on employee productivity. Data analysis method used is the method of questionnaires and recording data every day. Processing of research data using methods Correlation and Linear Regression and equalization. And the data processing obtained significant results, wherein the average productivity in the field of 27.1 kg / day and test results Correlation and Regression rnenunjukkan 6 variables that affect the productivity is the level of education, motivation, age, work experience, salary or wages and supervision. Where is the education level of 0.545 units berpengaruli on productivity, motivation amounted to 0.194 units on the productivity, age amounted to 2,176 units on productivity, work experience amounting to 0.577 units to productivity, salary / wage of 1,214 units on productivity and oversight of 2,047 units on productivity. Age is the most dominant factor on labor of vulcan productivity at PT. WIKA Pabnik Concrete Products Factory Pasuruan.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction will be formed if it can meet customer base expectations. Many factors influence customer satisfaction, including service quality and price. The purpose of this study is (1) to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, (2) to analyze the effect of prices on customer satisfaction (3) to analyze the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at PT. Amanah Fadlilah Lumajang personnel. The population in this study were Umrah members from 2015 to 2017 at PT. Amanah Fadlilah Ihsan Lumajang. Samples were determined by the technique of sample areas with 147 respondents. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study are instrument tests (validity and reliability testing), simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficients using the SPSS program. The results of this study obtained a simple linear regression equation Y = 2.322+ 0.173 X1 + 0.742 X2. (1) There is an influence between the quality of service partially with a value of t = 2.831. (2) There is a price effect on customer satisfaction partially with a value of t = 10,649. (3) Overall service quality and prices affect customer satisfaction by 55.8%. Based on the results of the above research it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on service quality and price on customer satisfaction at PT. Amanah Fadlilah Lumajang personnel.

Abstract

Adapun tujuan pembahasannya adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui Apa yang dimaksud dengan desentralisasi fiskal; 2) Untuk mengetahui Bagaimana sinergi desentralisasi fiskal dengan dunia pendidikan di pedesaan; Adapun kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah; 1) desentralisasi fiskal merupakan pemberian kewenangan kepada daerah untuk menggali sumber-sumber pendapatan, hak untuk menerima transfer dari pemerintahan yang lebih tinggi, dan menentukan belanja rutin dan investasi. 2) peran desa juga sangat penting untuk sekedar mengembangbiakkan sistem pendidikan yang akan berdampak pada kualitas yang tinggi, sehingga dunia pendididikan di pedesaan akan mencuat dan bersinergi dengan sirkulasi perekonomian di Indonesia. Sehingga dampak desentralisasi fiskal untuk dunia pendidikan di pedesaan akan tampak jika benar-benar di sinergikan dengan kebijakan fiskal dari perangkat desa.

Abstract

The population in this article is Small and Medium Business of Apple Cider located in Tutur District, while the sample used is 35 people consisting of the owner of Small and Medium Business Owner of Apple Cider and analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. The data and used in this article are primary and secondary data.

Abstract

One of the main objectives of the zakat is to improve the welfare of the mustahiq. In order for this to be realized, it is necessary to choose the right empowerment program, accompanied by a mustahiq assistance process that is sustainable and well managed by the 'zakat institution. This is where the importance of zakat utilization programs that are productive.This study aims to uncover and explain the productive zakat, the model of productive zakat utilization in Dompet Dhuafa Yogyakarta, and the model of utilizing productive zakat in Dompet Dhuafa Yogyakarta in the perspective of Maqāṣid al-Sharī`ah.This research is a field research and literature that collects qualitative data with sociological and normative approaches. This research is descriptive, that is by describing problems which are then analyzed in depth. Data collection is generally carried out by searching on written sources, as well as field sources in the form of data obtained through documentary studies, as well as observations and interviews to strengthen research results.The results of this study indicate that the Dompet Dhuafa Yogyakarta productive zakat program is able to realize benefits and improve the welfare of the mustahiq.Of course, this is in accordance with the main objectives of the Sharī`ah (Maqāṣid al-Sharī`ah) which is to realize human welfare which lies in the protection of religion (ad-dīn), soul (an-nafs), reason (al-'ql), descent (an- nasl), and their wealth (al-māl).

Abstract

As a country surrounded by oceans, Indonesia has huge potential in salt production, and Sumenep district is one of the districts with the largest salt production in Indonesia. However, the potential and large production results are not in accordance with the economic conditions of salt farmers. This is due to several things, one of which is because the selling price of salt is not in accordance with the HPP (Harga Pembelian Pemerintah) as well as guidance and assistance to increase the productivity of salt farmers who are lacking. This problem will have an impact on the welfare of salt farmers. This study aims to determine how the level of welfare of salt farmers in Sumenep district in the perspective of maqashid al-shari'ah. This research was examined with descriptive qualitative methods. The data was collected through semi-structured interviews with salt farmers in Sumenep district, then analyzed using the maqashid al-shari'ah approach. Thus, the level of welfare of salt farmers is measured in five aspects of maqashid al-shari'ah; hifz al-din (guarding religion), hifz al-nafs (guarding life), hifz al-'aql (guarding thoughts), hifz al-nasl (guarding nasab) , and hifz al-mal (protect wealth). The results of this study are the welfare of salt farmers from the aspects of hifz al-din and hifz al-naslhave been achieved (prosperous), but from the aspects of hifz al-nafs, hifz al- 'aql, and hifz} al-mal has not been reached (not prosperous).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the practice of online pricing in the online store instagram Tiw's.id. the method used is descriptive qualitative with field research type. Khiyar right is the choise to cancel or establish a contract for both the seller and the buyer. The right of khiyar is a proof of the perfection of Islam in a business between two people who intend to create mutually acceptable transactions and avoid fraud. On a free purchase or purchase directly in general, you can check the items you want to buy like the disable items or the quality of the items, but its diffrent by buying online, the limited internet makes the khiyar right not noticed by both the seller and the buyer.
