Abstract

This study examines whether the size of the board of commissioners and the proportion of independent commissioners affect the company's financial performance. This study uses a quantitative method with econometric calculations. Data were obtained from 236 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The data were analyzed using panel data regression using three variables: the dependent variable ( dependent ), the independent variable ( independent ), and moderating variable. This research uses MRA ( Moderated Regression Analysis ) analysis technique which will be processed using STATA. This study proves that the size of the board of commissioners and the proportion of independent commissioners positively affect the company's financial performance. The test also involves a moderating variable in the form of government ownership. It results that the government ownership variable has no significant effect on the relationship between commissioners and financial performance. The findings of this study contribute as recommendations to stakeholders involved in the management of the company, especially public companies

Abstract

The performance of Village Credit Union employees in Bali tends to decline. In addition to financial factors, it is suspected that this is also influenced by non-financial factors, namely entrepreneurial orientation and organizational culture. This study examines the influence of organizational culture and entrepreneurial orientation on employee performance at the village credit union in Badung Regency. These four main objectives are achieved by using a quantitative approach. The quantitative approach uses an alternative PLS 3 SEM analysis technique, using 94 respondents from Village Credit Union employees in Badung Regency. The results of the study show that organizational culture influences entrepreneurial orientation. However, organizational culture does not affect employee performance. Entrepreneurial orientation is also proven to influence employee performance. In addition, entrepreneurial orientation can mediate organizational culture's influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the internal and external environment of Badatancy Toys and determine a good business strategy for Badatancy Toys in order to compete in the market. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Power collection techniques using interviews and observation both directly and indirectly. The data obtained were analyzed using the IFE, EFE, CPM, TOWS, SPACE, and Grand Strategy matrices. From the research results, it is known that the results of the IFE Matrix are 2.74 and the EFE Matrix is โ€‹โ€‹2.56. The final results of the analysis of the CPM Matrix, TOWS, SPACE Grand Strategy show that alternatives that can be applied to the Badatancy Toys business are increasing product promotion, maintaining customer service, expanding market share, developing products, and penetrating the market.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the role of entrepreneurial competence in the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on MSME performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used in this study is primary data based on questionnaires given to 100 business actors as respondents. The analyzer uses Smart PLS. The results of this study are that the entrepreneurial orientation variable influences the performance of MSME. There is no influence of the knowledge management variable on the performance of MSME. Then entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge management directly show an effect on entrepreneurial competence. Furthermore, the competency variable has a positive and significant influence as a mediating variable on the entrepreneurial orientation variable on MSME performance. As well as the competence variable has a positive and considerable influence as a mediating variable on the knowledge management variable on MSME performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is that with this assumption, researchers are interested in analyzing the competencies needed by companies for prospective employees in the Marketing Admin field, which are published on job vacancies sites on social media. This research is expected to provide benefits for job seekers with the aim of exploring the competencies needed by the company in the Marketing Admin section. The data used uses secondary data, with units of analysis and observations taken from social media telegram Loker Jatim in 2022. The data analysis technique uses content analysis. The results show that the competencies needed to become a marketing admin are undergraduate education, employee communicative skills and can master Microsoft Office programs, self-concept and values โ€‹โ€‹of prospective employees must have an honest, friendly and agile attitude, personal characteristics of prospective employees with male type - male and female and for the maximum age limit at a maximum age of 30 years and the motive of prospective company employees must have 1-2 years of work experience and prospective applicants in the marketing admin field must require that prospective employees must have challenges and targets and be able to work under pressure.
