Abstract

PT. Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri  Surakarta is a company engaged in printing, publishing, book stores, and distributors. In the process of recruiting new employees, every year the number of applicants has increased while the number of employees who received restricted so necessary to make a decision-making system that can facilitate HR managers in selecting candidates for new employees in accordance with the needs and the company's criteria. The purpose of this research is to build a system by applying the method of Weighted Product (WP). This method is one method of settling the multi-criteria in recruitment where many of the criteria that should be considered by finding the weight values for each criterion, then do ratings process that will determine the best alternative to prospective employees. The weight of the criteria in the selection of candidates for the new employee at the selection stage of administration is the last education (15%), the suitability of the majors (20%), GPA (15%), age (10%), work experience (15%), the suitability of work experience ( 25%). The analysis of new personnel recruitment system shows that the selection and administration have accuracy levels of 80% and a selection test has a level of accuracy of 66.67%. Abstract

The level of security in Central Java declined but for each region is not the case. Based on the crime index and the number of security posts in each police region of Central Java.These data are used for grouping the two regions in Central Java, namely good security level and bad security level.K-Means clustering method is a method used to classify data based on multiple attributes.K-Means clustering method is a method used to classify data based on multiple attributes. In this study, will be applied to the K-Means method with random initial centers. It is derived from two police regions that describe the good and bad security level.The formulation of the problem is to know the areas with good and bad security level in Central Java. Based on the results, there are 8areas with good security level and 27 areas with bad security level. Keyword :Crime Index, K-Means Clustering

Abstract

Pharmacies Kinasih is a company engaged in the sale of medicine. Competition and sales as the main reason for Pharmacies Kinasih in developing information systems in order to improve the supply of products and presentation of data at the warehouse at the moment is not done manually but using a service-based information system so that the accuracy and the necessary information to provide convenience to the inside provide a report with precise and fast. The moving average method is a system where the card inventory and cost of goods per unit of inventory is always changing every happening purchase new items with moving average Equity Cost of goods sold if there is a subsequent change in the purchase price. With the moving average method can easily determine the price of goods sold in case of price increases and price declines so that no more profits and losses. System information that is created by using visual basic.Net generate output report goods data, supplier data reports, purchasing reports, reports purchase returns, sales reports, sales reports with recipes, statement items, inventory reports, report card stock, report average moving average, stock report hospitalization. Keywords: Information Systems, Method Average - Moving Average, Inventory

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify variables personal characteristic of education Staff University that explain the job satisfaction. If such variables are identified, efforts can be made to eliminate or reduce the effects of those variables which lead to dissatisfaction and enhance those which lead to satisfaction. The participants were 41 respondents. Participants completed the short form of the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) and modified with school and staffing survey questioner. Job satisfaction had six measures: general satisfaction, supervisor relation, peers, work environment, compensation and work it self.  Personal characteristic variables that believed to explain job satisfaction of university staff education (age, gender, education, tenure, supervisor relations, structural position, and functional position) were analyzed through ordinary least square analysis to determine the effects of the independent variables job satisfaction. Results revealed university education staff is only marginally satisfied with their jobs. Education, functional occupation, and age of education staff significantly influence  of their overall job satisfaction Key words: Job satisfaction, university education staff, personal characteristic, MSQ

Abstract

Data mining is a process of extracting useful information from database which can help data owner to make decision. Data mining can be implemented in many areas spans from scientifict aspect to business area. In this research one of the data mining techniques that is called multiple linear regression is implemented as a recommender system to give a recommendation for custumer in order to choose a suitable smartphone. Linier regression is an modelling approach to predict a relationship between dependent variabel Y and independent variable X. Dependent variable Y is a type and serie of a smartphone while customers age, income per month, smartphone price, rear camera, front camera, number of phone card and memory capacity are the free variables X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, X7 respectively. The result of this research is a web-based recommender system that runs variables input from user into several recommended product. Based on the testing result there are no error found upon the system. Furthermore, accuration testing shows that the system is able to give good recommendation for customer with error value between 0.2 and 0.5.Keywords: Data mining, multiple linear regression, recomender system

Abstract

Globalization in all fields, including in this case is the globalization of information, bringing Indonesia as part of a world information society. Advancements in Information Technology has led to changes in the activities of human life in various fields, which directly has influenced the birth of the forms of new legal acts. Development of information and technology so rapidly requires the establishment of a regulation regarding the use and management of information technology in order to educate as well as the welfare of the nation. Law Number 11 of 2008 on Information and Electronic Transaction present as a legal regulation for the Indonesian people to continue to use and exploit information technology in order to maintain, preserve, and strengthen national unity, as well as providing legal certainty in the activities of electronic trade to support national economic growth. Keywords : Information Technology , Electronic Transactions .

Abstract

Traditional food is an identity of an ethnic or country. In Indonesia traditional food can be found easily in every region or district. However, many young Indonesian people do not know their traditional food and prefer food from other countries. They also do not have any knowledge about making and serving their traditional food meanwhile they know very well about cooking and preserving other countries' food. One of the reason of this phenomenon is because nowadays the youngster especially children tend to play cooking game from overseas. It is undeniable that the number of such game is quite a lot, on the other hand the number of local game for introducing traditional Indonesian food is very low. Therefore, in this research we propose to create a game for introducing how to cook the traditional food and serve it. The game is developed using Unity 2D and playmaker based on the following steps, the first is creating storyboard and the second is drawing characters and object for the game. The game itself can be played in personal computer or android mobile phone moreover it has two main feature such as introducing cooking process and quiz to test players knowledge. Based on the testing result by 30 respondents, the game is easily understood and fun.  Kata Kunci:  Android, game education, traditional food, Unity 2D, Playmaker.
