Abstract

BULOG has a duty to distribute subsidized rice for low-income society groups, which is realized in the implementation of Raskin (Beras Miskin) program, but BULOG Subdivre III Surakarta has not thought about the cost of transporting Raskin quite a lot, because the most important is the Raskin demand from all districts / City. The purpose of this study is to apply the North West Corner (NWC) method to determine the cost of Raskin distribution in Perum BULOG Subdivre III Surakarta, in order to facilitate the user in determining the initial solution and determining the allocation of the transportation. The North West Coner (NWC) method is expected to minimize the cost of Raskin distribution. The data computed is January 2017 data with distribution fee of Rp 908,444,756. The results of NWC implementation showed the results of the manual calculations significantly, NWC program, and software QM for Windows 3 is the same that is Rp 903.088.837. The calculation results prove the reduction of the cost of Rp 5.355.919 or 0.58% if applying the NWC Method. The North West Corner method can be the initial solution to minimize the cost of Raskin distribution in Perum BULOG Subdivre III Surakarta.

Abstract

Decision Support System is a branch of artificial intelligence used to help make decisions in semi-structured cases, where it is not known exactly how decisions should be made. In this research, the design and making of decision support system that is used to help determine the nutritional status of children with weight input, age, height, head circumference, nutrition value of toddlers and the output of nutritional status of children under five and their handling. The problem of data uncertainty in decision support system is solved by using fuzzy mamdani method. The existence of data uncertainty in the process can occur because of the differences in existing calculations on the system. The process of determining the nutritional status of this decision support system is begun by entering the input data of toddlers, where the system will display some variables that have been made then start the calculation with the application. The end result of this research is decision support system to do nutritional handling in toddler along with their nutrition result. The calculations show the level of confidence in the system of nutritional status of the toddler and from the results of this study obtained the system accuracy of 83.33% of the 18 test data that has been tested is obtained. Therefore, it can be concluded that decision support system produces a good examination.

Abstract

Data and information security technique is a way to keep an object confidential. eXchangable Image File Format (EXIF) Metadata is data information about digital image. In the digital forensic investigation, this is very useful for copyright security or safeguarding digital evidence. Steganography and cryptography techniques have been widely used to overcome these problem. However, from the research that has been done in terms of security EXIF of metadata digital image photography, there are still some weaknesses. Among them is the depreciation of the digital image size after decryption. Since the standard EXIF metadata treatmens released by JEIDA and CIPA have different characteristic with JFIF metadata. A null value will be deemed to be the content with a value of 1 in EXIF standard. While in JFIF metadata model, the value of null is considered to be worth 0 (zero). This is make the EXIF metadata security process is shrinking of -25,15% from the original size. With the optimizing null value before encryption, the same metadata will be obtained between original image and after decryption. The null value will be replaced with an empty string (it’s worth 1) before encryption. Results from the model obtained an average of -1,51% depreciation of the original digital image size.Therefore, this technique can optimize the digital image copyright protection.

Abstract

CV Jaya Citra Madani is one of the businesses engaged in services of computer service and computer spare parts sales. Currently there is no standard measuring tool to measure the application of sales. This study aims to apply the Technology Acceptable Model (TAM) method measures the use of sales applications especially on the user interface program and ease of use of the application.             The result  that the interface design and user behavior had an effect on the real condition of the users with the respective values of 0,644 and 0,988. While the use and attitude have no effect on the real condition of users with the respective values of -0,002 and -0,444.

Abstract

The e-ID card service in Kecamatan Kartasura, Sukoharjo District has been running well, but people feel less satisfied with the service of making e-ID card by the sub-district officer. So it is necessary to know what factors affect the dissatisfaction. The research titled End User Computer Satisfaction analysis of e-ID card system in Kecamatan Kartasura Sukoharjo District was conducted to evaluate e-ID card making system in Kecamatan Kartasura Sukoharjo District.Factors in the process of making e-ID card is the influence of perception of content, accuracy, ease, and influence of timely perception toward the satisfaction of society. The method used in this system analysis is End User Computer Satisfaction. Population and sample of the research are 120 population in Kecamatan Kartasura Sukoharjo District. The result of the questionnaires is analyzed by using SPSS 15 with the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and T-test and F-test.The results of the analysis revealed that 58.6% of the 4 independent variables of content, ease and timely affect the satisfaction of the population, while the accuracy does not affect the satisfaction of the population about the e-ID card system.

Abstract

PT. Aneka Sistem Informasi is a company engaged in trade and services, in which the process of processing and application of financial transaction data is still using conventional system. Through this research the authors describe the outline of accounting information using Zahir Accounting application. Accounting information system is a computer-based system that includes the transaction processing cycle, the use of information technology and information system development. The purpose of this research is to facilitate data entry transaction and financial reporting using accounting program applications. While the data collection method used is a direct observation of transactions that occur in the daily activities of business process activities, then do the interview on the Store Manager and Administration. The literature review studies complement two previous data collection techniques to strengthen theoretically. The result of data processing by using the application of accounting program starts from data entry by doing initial setup, beginning balance, master data up to transaction entry. Thus it will automatically generate the necessary financial statements to be more effective and efficient in making financial statements and facilitate the decision-making process.

Abstract

One of the main problems emerging in the decision making process by human is the possibilities of bias decision caused by personal factors. This paper discusses the development of a Fuzzy Sugeno based decision support systems for selecting scholarship recipients which is implemented in a web based systems. The main objectives of the research are to result a Fuzzy Sugeno model which mimic human reasoning in the scholarship selection and to calculate recommendation value of every applicant. There are five factors used in the computation involving grade point average (GPA), parent’s income, number of sibling, organization activities, and achievement. Traditional system development life cycle or waterfall method was used in the system development process. Fuzzy Sugeno model is implemented mainly using Django framework with  Python programming language. The result of the research is the web based decision support systems for selecting scholarship recipient. The blackbox testing of the decision support systems showed that all functions of the systems are functioning well as expected and the validation testing result using real data showed that the validity level I equals to 92.3 %.
