Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya biaya produksi dan pendapatan yang diperlukan pengrajin untuk mengelola agroindustri tahu di Desa Pandansari, Kecamatan Ajibarang, Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survai dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara sengaja (purposive sampling). Sampel yang diambil adalah pengrajin tahu di Desa Pandansari, Kecamatan Ajibarang, Kabupaten Banyumas sebanyak 20 orang pengrajin tahu dari sekitar 198 pengrajin tahu yang ada. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara terhadap sampel terpilih. Data yang terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan perhitungan sederhana sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang agroindustri tahu di Desa Pandansari Kecamatan Ajibarang Kabupaten Banyumas dapat disimpulkan bahwa biaya produksi yang dikeluarkan untuk satu kali proses produksi dalam usaha agroindustri tahu di Desa Pandansari Kecamatan Ajibarang Kabupaten Banyumas adalah sebesar Rp.320.288,30 dengan pendapatan bersih yang diperoleh sebesar Rp.72.313,70.

Abstract

Pengembangan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi mempunyai sasaran strategis yaitu mampu mengakses kebutuhan tenaga kerja yang tersedia di masyarakat sesuai dengan persyaratan kompetensi yang diperlakukan secara internasional, dapat berperan sebagai modal intelektual (intellectual capital), yang bercirikan kemampuanya sebagai human capital, structural capital, relational costumer capital, serta mempunyai mobilitas tinggi kearah vertical dan horizontal untuk dapat mengakses lapangan kerja yang bersifat volatile, kompetitif dan tidak menentu keberadaannya. Namun demikian kurikulum hanya sebagai alat, bagaimanapun ideal dan baiknya suatu kurikulum seperti Kurikulum Berbasis Kompetensi (KBK), tanpa dapat diimplementasikan oleh dosen di lapangan, maka kurikulum tersebut hanya sebatas dokumen saja. Oleh karena itulah dalam proses keberhasilan pelaksanaan suatu kurikulum sangat ditentukan oleh kemampuan dosen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jalur tataniaga salak pondoh yang efisien, mengetahui besarnya bagian pendapatan yang diterima petani (farm share), serta mengetahui bagian keuntungan yang diterima ditingkat pedagang Salak Pondoh. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Pagedongan, Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Pemilihan lokasi dilakukan dengan pertimbangan bahwa Kecamatan Pagedongan Kabupaten Banjarnegara merupakan salah satu sentra produksi salak pondoh di Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Metode panelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Sampel penelitian diambil sebanyak 20 orang petani secara simple random sampling dan pedagang sebanyak 6 orang responden. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan responden terpilih. Data yang terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di Kecamatan Pagedongan terdapat 3 (tiga) pola pemasaran salak pondoh. Dari ketiga pola yang ada, pola pemasaran yang ketiga memberikan farmer share terbesar, serta merupakan pola pemasaran yang paling efisien.

Abstract

Fishery subsector plays role in providing food, raw material for industry, workfield, and also national revenue. Therefore, government has to concern about increasing the production intensity of fishery subsector. Banyumas Regency is one of region that has potency as center of fishery production in Central Java. The aim of this research were: 1) to know potency of commodity of fishery subsector from concentration and specialization level; and 2) to know area that has good growth and competitive advantage. Result of research showed that: 1) nilam, karper and nila/mujair fishes were basis commodity in Banyumas Regency from its concentration and specialization level; and 2) areas that good potency for developing nilam, karper and nila/mujair fishes as superior commodity were subdistrict of Lumbir, Wangon, Jatilawang, Rawalo, Tambak, Somagede, Kalibagor, Banyumas, Purwojati, Ajibarang, Gumelar, Pekuncen, Purwokerto Selatan, Purwokerto Barat and Purwokerto Utara. These subdistrict had good growth and competitive level rather than others in Banyumas Regency. Key words : fishery subsector, basis commodity, superior, competitive

Abstract

This research is aimed at: 1) studying the characteristics of horticultural plants farmers in agroecological zone of Serayu upper catchment area in Banyumas regency, measured by the age, formal education level, job status, the way of farming, farming experience, previous activities before farming, and the level of socio economics in the research area 2) investigating the role of horticultural plants farmers in agroecological zone of Serayu upper catchment area in Banyumas regency in the pattern of land use based on land conservation 3) indentifying the factors that influence the behavior of horticultural plants farmers in agroecological zone of Serayu upper catchment area in Banyumas regency in doing land conservation. The area of Banyumas regency is choosen as the area of research because it has agroecological zone that consists of upper, middle and lower zone along Serayu upper catchment area. Thirty horticultural plants farmers are selected randomly. They are interviewed to get data and information about land conservation behavior. The result of the research shows that the characteristics of horticultural plants farmers in agroecological zone around Serayu upper catchment area are: about 41 – 50 years old, mostly elementary school formal education, farming as the main job, self-farming, 16 – 20 year experience in farming, most of them do not have any previous activities before being farmers and their socio economical level can be categorized as low. The role of horticultural plants farmers in land conservation are: returning residue into the soil (recycling), using organic fertilizer, plant rotation, optimum water management, using high variety plants daptive to specific environment, controlling the pest and disesase by using IPM (Integrated Pest Management) principle, and the balance use of anorganic fertilizer. The factors that influence farmers’ behavior in land conservation are: belief, cultural values orientation, income, land size, attitude and knowledge about conservation. Abstract

The objectives of the research are to find out the influence of the mix between Kinetin and NAA and their best concentration level to result in the best effect on micropropagation of duku through shoot tip culture and to getting identic seedling of duku. The research was conducted in February to November 2007. It used randomized completely block design to constitute a three-repeated treatment. The treatment is made up by two factors. The first factor is the concentration of Kinetin consisting of three levels, those are 0 M (K0), 10-7 M (K7), and 10-6 M (K6). The second factor is the concentration of NAA, consisting of four levels, they are 0 M (N0), 10-7 M (N7), 10-6 M (N6) and 10-5 M (B5). The result of the study shows that the concentration combination of Kinetin and NAA has an influence to the shoot induction, this is number of shoots per eksplant, shoot multiplication I, those are number of leaves, shoot multiplication II, those are number of shoots per eksplant, number of leaves, buds length, shoot multiplication III, this is buds length, and root induction, those are number of roots and roots length. The best concentration combinations of Kinetin and NAA for shoot induction, shoot multiplication are K6N5, for root induction is K0N5. Those concentration combination respectively produce 3.05 shoots, 3.65 shoots, and 3,6 roots. Key words : kinetin, NAA, shoot tip, multiplication
