Abstract

Bullying still gets less attention. In Indonesia, victims of bullying are not realized by the perpetrators. Victims of bullying can only be silent, resigned and can't fight back. Protection for victims of bullying is still very minimal. This type of research is a normative juridical research. This research uses a juridical-normative research approach, a statutory approach, and a juridical victimization approach. Legal materials use primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. Interpretation in this research uses historical interpretation of the provisions of a law and systematic interpretation. The results showed Victimology identified the rights of victims. This view is very important considering that bullying itself is not considered a problem, but is considered a natural act in childhood. From this point of view, of course, the rights of victims of bullying have not been widely realized, even though the impact of this behavior is very real. Law Number 31 of 2014 concerning Witness and Victim Protection cannot be applied effectively to handle victims and assist victims if there is a legal process that occurs because the Witness and Victim Protection Agency exists only at the center, not in the regions. So that the protection of witnesses and victims is only carried out by the relevant agencies and the police.

Abstract

Character education to revitalize the resilience of the nation must be carried out immediately, because there are many multidimensional crises faced by the Indonesian people. The multi-dimensional crisis is caused by changes in the dynamics of the world order with the strengthening of globalization. They are also caused by modernization, industrialization, regional autonomy, environmental, moral and intellectual degradation, the potential for conflicts between groups (racial, ethnic, religious), as well as by the infrastructure of the nation, state, and society that are prone to crisis. Character education aims to optimize the load of goods with good and positive character (characteristics, attitudes, and behaviors of nobles who become strong grips and authorized individuals and development of the nation in the future. Education is considered a very important character both at various levels and opportunities, it also starts at home, school, to social life. Instilling the values and spirit implied in Pancasila and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika can be developed into a reality in strengthening national identity, which can be an inspiration for strengthening national character education. The future, especially in terms of national character education, must be shared by the two countries, the community, and all components of the Indonesian nation.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, we can relate and interact with one another, both with the people around us and the global community easily and very profitably. However, globalization also has a negative impact on the lifestyle of the Indonesian nation, such as the many cultures that enter and cause various problems in this country causing a decrease in the love of culture and nationalism of the younger generation. Indonesian culture can fade and even disappear with time because Indonesian people prefer to imitate foreign cultures. The young generation as the nation's successors must be able to maintain the preservation of their respective regional cultures as proof and identity that we are Indonesians. However, the current phenomenon in our environment is that young people these days feel more proud of foreign cultures. In fact, it is the intentions and enthusiasm of young people who are the key to cultural conservation and the previous generation teaches what they know about the nation's history, traditions, and culture to the younger generation. From an early age, Indonesians must be diligent in learning local languages, regional dances, watching traditional performances or traditional ceremonies, so that their love for culture grows and develops. Now kindergarten children tend to like watching anime and playing with Barbie dolls, all of which are external influences. In the global era, studying foreign cultures, especially mastery of foreign languages (English, Chinese and Arabic) is indeed one of the requirements to get a good job, but that doesn't mean you have to leave the nation's culture. Be proud of the temples, batik, jaipong dance, and drum beats, because this is the identity of the Indonesian people. Our struggle now is to return that love to the younger generation of Indonesia.

Abstract

Pancasila has been established as the basis of the state on June 1, 1945, growing as the ideology of the nation since the beginning of Indonesian independence as well as the unifying foundation of the nation. It contains divine values, humanity, unity and democracy that build social welfare. Right now we are starting to enter the millennial era where the generation of Y (aged 18-36 years) as a productive age is a milestone in determining the future of the Indonesian nation and how the whole Pancasila will be practiced as the basis of the nation. The whole world has been filled with rapid developments ranging from communication to industry. Globalization is both an advantage and a challenge for us, millennial generation. In this instant world era, we are faced with the challenge of how to synchronize the Pancasila culture and the strength of globalization that enters Indonesia, as we know some outside ideologies and cultures can be said to be out of line with ideology and culture in Indonesia itself. Opening up to change is not wrong, but it is needed for domestic development, but surely not all of these cultures can be practiced in life in Indonesia. We also have to filter out, choose the good to use / preserve, and the bad to be abandoned. In order for the millennial generation to still have the Pancasila foundation, then an understanding of the ideology of the Pancasila is needed, this can be obtained through formal, informal, and everyday life education. Developing attitudes that reflect the values of the Pancasila, such as being more critical in receiving information and disseminating it, moreover at this time the ITE Law is increasingly being emphasized to quell false news spread in online media. So in addition to technological advancements and the strong currents of globalization, as millennial generations that will determine the future of the nation, we must be able to balance the ideology of the Pancasila with the changing times where everything starts from ourselves and spread to the people around us. Let's be a millennial generation that has the character of an Indonesian Nation with the ideology of Pancasila.
