Abstract

Deradicalisation is every effort to neutralize radical ideals through interdisciplinary approaches, such as law, psychology, religion, economics, education, humanity and socio-culture for those who are influenced or exposed to radical and / or pro-violence. Implementation of Deradicalization Program (Development) can be done through Deradicalization in Prisons with the Target of terrorism prisoners who are in prison by identifying, Rehabilitation, Reeducation and Resosialisation. Deradicalisation has a goal, among other things, to restore the actors involved who have a radical understanding to return to a more moderate mindset. Deradicalisation of terrorism is very important because terrorism has become a serious problem for the international community because at any time it will endanger the national security for the country hence deradicalization program is needed as a formula of prevention and prevention of radical understanding like terrorism.

Abstract

Pancasila as the ideology of the State of Indonesia consists of five principles of sila which are used as guidelines for nation and state in Indonesia. The five precepts are the basis of the Indonesian State that need to be lived out and practiced by all Indonesian citizens, including in the law of nation and state in Indonesia. The State of Indonesia is a rule of law, in order to realize a rule of law, one of them is required a legal instrument that is used to regulate balance and justice in all areas of people's lives and livelihoods through legislation by not ruling out jurisprudential functions. This shows that legislation has an important role in the Indonesian law. Therefore, Indonesia made Pancasila a guideline for nation and state law because Pancasila was in accordance with the personality of the Indonesian nation.

Abstract

Pancasila Education is a compulsory and important subject to be embedded in the education system in Indonesia, for all groups such as for students and campuses in universities. Pancasila education itself has a useful role as a reinforcement that we can cultivate and we can describe in our daily lives. The role of the Pancasila is very influential because with the Pancasila there will be the formation of moral education, character education, ethics and etiquette. Which is used in the family environment, school environment, community environment and so forth. But in fact the basics of the Pancasila are only skewed as guidelines or only as writing Not many know what the true meaning is so that there are still many or some people not all hold firm and arbitrary, even not so caring, therefore we as the millennial generation of the nation must care more about the importance of the Pancasila as an example that we can take in the Pancasila regarding the preservation of the environment itself, that is, we must love the homeland, we must love nature, we must preserve and protect the environment and everything, do not damage the natural ecosystem, do not abuse what has been provided by nature. So that we have to be balanced with nature, what we mean when nature gives us what we need then we must be able to give what nature needs, namely by preservation. It is also related to the Pancasila values that we must practice and apply

Environment management principally is the effort to conserve the environment function in which includedpolicy, regulation, utility, maintenance, recovery, controlling and managing of environment. The environment management needed in order in creating sus tainable development that owning an environment perspective for the Indonesia’s humanbeing integral development within faith in God. Abstract

Education is the process of giving knowledge to students to develop the potential, ability, and activity of students. With the aim of students developing into humans who fear God, have noble character, are intelligent, and become citizens who are supportive, responsible, also beneficial to their country. In fact, Indonesia has many problems that not only harm individuals who harm many people. Among them are examples of corruption, criminality, terrorism, and many cases related to the case are the moral degradation of Indonesian citizens today, which has greatly reduced the values of Pancasila that cannot be used in their lives. Because the Pancasila is the basis for the Indonesian state which was made as a view of the Indonesian nation, which contains divine values, enjoyment, unity, popularism, prosperity. The early changes of Pancasila must be introduced by a generation of people who will later become the successors of the realization of the ideals of the Indonesian people. Then Pancasila education is needed to shape the character of a generation of people who are pious, noble, intelligent, democratic, and responsible.
