Abstract

Society tends to think that it is women who have a weak figure. So there is a patriarchal culture that makes women often become victims of rape crimes committed by irresponsible men. The many types related to sexual violence given to female victims are realized in the form of rape that occurs. There are many bad effects caused by explaining the crime of non-urban crimes committed by the perpetrator against the victim, giving a real impact on the mental and giving suffering to the victim, it is also part of the violation of human rights against women. Research conducted by researchers with the aim of knowing the reasons for the importance of getting protection and security for rape victims. So that in the process of carrying out the research, normative legal research is used, and assisted by the use of secondary data which is considered and used as the most important data in research, and primary data which is only as a support. The result of this research is that the crime of rape committed by the perpetrator will have a multiplier impact on the victim so that protection and security for the victim is needed for the crime.

Abstract

Domestic Violence is always happens to women. As time goes on, domestic violence is increasing, so there must be legal protection for victims of domestic violence. Domestic violence certainly makes its victims suffer and suffer. In marriage, every couple dreams of forming a harmonious, happy and loving family, but in reality many families are not harmonious, but because of domestic violence, whether physical, psychological or psychological, everyone feeling depressed and sad. Emotional or family abandonment. Domestic violence (KDRT) can be caused individually or collectively by internal and external factors. Especially in the era of openness and advances in information technology, violent behavior often appears through media that do not filter out its negative effects. It is necessary to socialize the law in the community so that people realize that all forms of domestic violence are crimes, so that the community, especially wives, are not afraid to report crimes to the police.

Abstract

Protection of victims of domestic violence is one of the challenges facing Indonesia. Although national legal instruments have accommodated various forms of victim protection in cases of domestic violence, many obstacles have been encountered, especially with regard to how to restore the rights of women victims from the perspective of the criminal law system. This paper aims to analyze the legal innovation of protection for victims of domestic violence in Indonesia. The method used in this paper is normative juridical which examines various applicable legal rules and norms related to the case.

Abstract

Violence against women in households in quantitative terms has increased significantly and is accompanied by an increase in intensity and quality. Domestic violence results in physical, psychological, sexual, and neglectful suffering or suffering, including the threat of unlawful deeds, coercion, or deprivation of liberty within the scope of the household. Victims of domestic violence require assistance from the sender to the concerned investigator with a copy to the vertical institution, Komnas HAM and Komnas Perlindungan Anak.

Abstract

Some university students still doing hedonism things that if they do hedonism continuously, there will be risk case for them, so many university students that are feeling sorry and regret it. Other than that, hedonism thing can make “don’t worry, if there are much money, case closed” mental for all university student. This will be dangerous for our future life, because university students is “agent of change” for future. With Pancasila, author hope that all that values included in Pancasila can make a positive influence for university student to be “frugal”. Other than that, with Pancasila, author hope that hedonisme thing that people do didn’t make Pancasila value be ruined.
