Abstract

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have an essential role in Indonesia's economy, especially in West Java. However, some problems make it difficult for SMEs in West Java to progress, namely the availability of raw materials, management, and marketing. The West Java Government created the UMKM Juara program to help the growth and development of SMEs. In this research, a web-based information system was developed using ReactJS and NodeJs to support the UMKM Juara program by focusing on the marketplace, preordering, and coaching and regulation modules. The Scrum method is used for application development combined with the use of UML diagrams for design documentation. The BlackBox testing results obtained 92%, 75%, and 80% for each marketplace module, preorder, and regulatory guidance. In comparison, users with the User Acceptance Test method obtained results with user acceptance rates of 77.33%, 76%, and 86.2%. It can be concluded that the web marketplace application prototype is feasible to use. Still, it needs improvement and development to improve the application.

Abstract

Many factors determine the success of an organization; one of the main factors is leadership. Leaders play a critical role in the success of an organization. This study aims to find potential leaders in STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang. In this study, the sample used was 53 people. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to all staff at STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang. The method used to analyze data is Social Network Analysis (SNA); SNA can be used to study social relationships or interactions between members of an individual group. The software used to analyze social networks is NodeXL. The study results show that the nodes V15, V7, and V25 have the highest in-degree calculations, so it can be concluded that the three actors are potential future leaders.

Abstract

A repository is a system used to store data in the form of information such as archival documents, journals, or papers in an institutional institution. In this research, a repository system design will be made for the Department of Informatics and Computers at the Jakarta State Polytechnic based on the semantic web. Semantic technology allows the system to understand the meaning of information. This repository uses apache jena fuseki as data storage with SPARQL, which is made with the Resource Description Framework scheme. The final result of this research becomes a repository system that has been successfully applied to the final project collection in 2020 with regular and specific search features to facilitate the search for a document

Abstract

The design of a printing application aims to serve customers online in the printing business. This application is in the form of a website to facilitate integration between data and exchange information between customers and employees at Printop printing. Customers can determine the specifications for the products they choose according to their needs. The results of this design to become an application are expected to be a way to simplify the ordering process and be a solution in minimizing the density of visitors at the printing location when orders are getting busy. For customers' convenience, they do not have to wait for the processing time in the immediate place; besides that, the customer can order it anywhere. The test was carried out using a BlackBox, and the score was 90.69%, and the user acceptance test was 90%. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the application is running functionally, and according to user needs.

Abstract

The use of the internet in Indonesia, especially in educational institutions, especially universities, relies on the internet to find a collection of information and references related to courses. One of the units in a university that uses the internet by utilizing a website-based information system is the Jakarta State Polytechnic library (PNJ). Website plays an important role for agencies as a good website reference one of which can be assessed in terms of User Interface (UI) that has an attractive look and User Experience (UX) to improve the convenience of website users. In the development of front end website libraries using the User Centered Design (UCD) method,, bootstrap framework, HTML5 programming language, CSS and Javascript. At the design evaluation stage in the form of a wireframe using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, getting score is 83, blackbox testing to measure website functionality gets results in accordance with the scenario, User Experience Questionnaire(UEQ) testing to measure the comfort level of website users gets positive results.

Abstract

The number of traffic violations that occurred in the Depok area from 2017 to 2019 has fluctuated, from 2017 as many as 33,600 cases, 2018 as many as 52,100 cases and 2019 as many as 42971 cases. In each year an increase in violations occurs and the ability of applications to distribute data will decrease. This happened to the Traffic Unit of the Depok Metro Police, with the increasing number of handling data on accidents and data on violations that occurred in Depok City, of course, it must be balanced with an increase in the system as an online reporting medium. From the above explanation, it can be concluded that to solve this process, it is necessary to have a new architecture, namely the microservice. Microservice allows the development of software functions to be broken down into small, focused service parts, making the service have resource capabilities that can be precisely managed and dividing application functionality into small and interconnected services into a single business application process. This architecture integrates data between units, distributes data related to cases of traffic violations or accidents that occur in real time by local police officers, and provides information on traffic violations and specific accidents.

Abstract

Many schools are currently competing to make information and promotional media as attractive as possible, which attract attention in obtaining prospective students and new students. Most of the media used by schools still have limitations in their delivery. They are deemed inefficient because people have to come to the school directly to get information about schools. This is experienced by SMK Dewi Sartika Tangerang, where the information and promotion media used are still printed media such as brochures and banners. As a private school, of course, this is a problem in competition with other schools to get new students, and the image of the school is less well known by the public. Therefore, it is necessary to have additional media with a broader scope of information access and promotion so that many people know and are interested in SMK Dewi Sartika Tangerang. One of the efficient media that can be used to support information and promotion is a website in which there is information in the form of text, images, videos, sounds, and various other features to understand the information conveyed quickly and clearly. This study uses field research methods to collect data through observation, interviews, and documentation. There is also problem analysis, needs analysis, and testing methods using black-box testing to determine whether the website is as expected. This study produces a website design that can be implemented by SMK Dewi Sartika Tangerang so that the community's needs for information sought about schools can be fulfilled. With this research, the authors hope to increase the acquisition of target students who are higher and improve the school's image in the eyes of the community.

Abstract

Abstract— Masalah SPAM pada pesan elektronik menjadi hal yang sudah sering terjadi sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem untuk menangkal SPAM, dimana sistem tersebut diharapkan menerima sebuah pesan secara utuh lalu memutuskan bahwa apakah pesan tersebut adalah spam atau tidak. Sebuah system tersebut membutuhkan beberapa proses, salah satunya adalah ekstraksi fitur dari input teks tersebut. Paper ini akan menganalisis dan membandingkan metode ekstraksi fitur dalam pendeteksian SPAM.Kata kunci : SPAM, filtering, feature extraction, NLP, IR, machine learning

Abstract

Abstrak – image denoising merupakan upaya untuk menghilangkan noise dari citra digital. Sejumlah teknik untuk denoising menggunakan prinsip pemisahan sinyal asli dan sinyal noise. Tidak seperti sejumlah teknik yang melakukan pendekatan ini. Non local means merupakan teknik denoising untuk mendapatkan citra asli menggunakan weighted similarities antara piksel. Abstract

Berkembangnya teknologi kini dapat mempermudah seorang praktisi medis untuk mendiagnosa dengan cepat dan tepat apakah seorang pasien menderita penyakit jantung atau tidak layaknya seorang dokter spesialis jantung yang sudah berpengalaman. Hal tersebut dibutuhkan sebagai usaha dalam deteksi dini penyakit jantung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari pola dari penyakit jantung dan membangun sebuah aplikasi mobile untuk mendeteksi penyakit jantung berdasarkan Pohon Keputusan (Pohon Keputusan). Dalam penelitian ini digunakan dataset sejumlah 294 data pasien yang terdiri dari 13 atribut dan 1 atribut sebagai kelas. Kami menggunakan age, sex, chest pain type, resting blood pressure, cholesterol, fasting blood sugar, resting ECG, average heart rate, examine induced angina, T or ST oldpeak, ST slope, number of major vessels, general heart rate sebagai input, dan sehat atau sakit sebagai output. Penelitian ini berhasil menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 81,29% dan mengimplementasikan aturan-aturan yang dihasilkan oleh Pohon Keputusan kedalam aplikasi ponsel. Kata kunci : Penyakit Jantung, Pohon Keputusan, Ponsel.
