Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to test empirically the phenomenon of understanding of financial statement presentation at the senior colleges in several regions of Depok. empirical studies of the few universities in Depok Region Academic Year 2010/201. There are three independent variables in this study, which consisted of Education Curriculum, Students and Competence Motivation Lecturers. While the dependent variable in this study is understanding “Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK)” or Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (SFAS) No 1 .The method of analysis of this study using multiple regression analysis and the existence of three independent variables into the basic formation of the three research hypotheses. By using SPSS version 17, for first to third hypothesis proves that the educational curriculum, student motivation and competence of lecturers have a positive influence on students' understanding on the “Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK)” or Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (SFAS) No 1.  These results confirm and support the hypothesis that: (a) there was indeed influence the effectiveness, usefulness and practicality of the education curriculum to students' understanding in presenting the financial statements (IAS 1), (b) there is the influence of responsibility, interest and appreciation reflects the motivation of students to the understanding of students in presenting the financial statements (IAS 1). Abstract

Abstract :The objective of the research is to obtain (1) the effect of perception on the compensation towards the performance motivation, (2) the simultan effet of perception on the compensation and the performance motivation towards social teacher’s performance, (3) The partial effect of perception on the compensation towards social teacher’s performance, (4) The partial effect of the performance motivation towards social teacher’s performance. This study was done at the private vocational high school of Jagakarsa District in East Jakarta. Sample of this study is social teacher of  private vocational high school of Jagakarsa District of East Jakarta that taken by satisfied sample. The method of the study is Explanatory Survey Method. Data Analyze Technique is regression with intervening variable. The findings are as follow as: (1) There is positive effect of perception on the compensation towards the performance motivation, (2) There are  simultan effet of perception on the compensation and the performance motivation towards social teacher’s performance, (3) There is no  partial effect of perception on the compensation towards social teacher’s performance, (4) There is partial effect of the performance motivation towards social teacher’s performance Keywords : The perception on the compensation; the performance motivation; and social teacher’s performance.

Abstract

Abstract: Mechanical modelling is a technique that is implemented from social learning theory. This theory explains how human behavior in terms of continuous reciprocal interaction between cognitive, behavioral, and environmental influences. Learning through modeling include the addition of a search and the observed behavior, and then to generalize from one observation to another observation. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Modeling Techniques to Enhance Career Maturity Learners SMA PKBM Negeri 12 East Jakarta in class XI in the school year 2013-2014. The method used in this study is the method of experiment. With a design that is used is the Pre-Experimental Design. Forms Pre-Experimental Design used is "One-group pretest-posttest design". Techniques of data collection using questionnaires and observation guidelines were developed by the researcher. The results showed that there is a mean difference between the high rate of career maturity before and after the test. Pre-test career maturity has an average 90.80. While Maturity career post-test of 107.73. Furthermore, the results of this study it can be concluded that the Effective Modeling Techniques to Enhance Career Maturity of Students at SMA PKBM Negeri 12 East Jakarta.  Keywords: Modeling Techniques, Career Maturity.

Abstract

Abstract:  The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of the TGT method in improving learning outcomes and environmental science courses to measure the level of effectiveness (effect size) method uses the TGT to the improvement of learning outcomes subject knowledge environment. This research was conducted at the Industrial Engineering Program at the University of Indraprasta PGRI Jakarta semester V students with a sample consisting of 88 students 44 students 44 students of the experimental class and the control class . The method used is an experiment with hypothesis testing techniques through value engineering t test for two groups of data from two groups of unpaired samples . Test data analysis requirements of the data used is the test of normality and homogeneity tests . The test results showed that the use of the TGT method affects learning outcomes for Environmental Science and the value obtained was 0.261 efektititas so TGT method is effective in improving learning outcomes for Environmental Science . Keywords: effectiveness; methods of team games tournament; environmental science learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: Among the various aspects that need is developed at an early age is a period in which there is a social aspect of prosocial behavior. Early childhood in the present face enormous challenges as they seek to develop prosocial behavior because of the program that is likely to cause aggressive behavior of children. To develop it requires media and appropriate methods, ideal and effective, and appropriate method is through a fairy tale. The aim of this study were: 1) to describe the objective conditions prosocial behavior early childhood; 2) describe the objective conditions of the program to develop prosocial behavior; and 3) develop a mentoring program to develop students' prosocial behavior through methods of fairy tales. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The subjects were 15 students of class B RA. Suhayah Kampung Melayu, East Jakarta. The data collection instrument used was the observation and interview guides are made by the research team. Based on the analysis of the data obtained the following results: 1) In general, students of class B have not been fully prosocial behavior; 2) There are no special programs to develop students' prosocial behavior; 3) Program guidance to develop prosocial behaviors early childhood through fairy tales methods that have been made through the stacking author be some stages: preparation program development.Keywords: voluntary counseling, prosocial behavior, a fairy tale.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes by using a pair of checks by applying the concrete example on Mathematics in Elementary School fifth grade Siborongborong 173311 school year 2013/2014. Classroom Action Research Subjects are Elementary School fifth grade students 173311 Siborongborong totaling 36  people, the object of this study is the result of student learning. After administration of the first cycle level measures of student learning in the classical completeness is 81% with an average value of 67.08. After the implementation of the second cycle level of mastery learning students become 88.89% with an average value of 72.83. Inferred by using the pair of checks by applying a concrete example can improve student learning outcomes. Keywords: pair of checks; concrete examples

Abstract

Abstract: The goal of this research is to aware so far the effect of motivation and discipline learning against the student learning achievement in social science. If there is deed a positiveand significant effect so how strong effect motivation and discipline learning the student belongs about learning achievement. Data abaout motivation and discipline learning obtain through a question form are arranged by researcher, and thai measure the things associated with that two things. While the data abaout learning achievement of student obtain from the an existing document in school that is examination point at second semester in year 2011 / 2012. Analysis of the result motivation and discipline learning effect for student learning achievement on social science is obtain coeficient corelation 0,833 and determination coeficient 68,4%, and similarity of regression line Y = -20,49 + 0.337X1 + 0.555X2. through of trial analysis we faind that corelation coeficient and regression coeficient is very significant. The thing to prove there is positive resonance and very significant motivation and discipline learning in school environtment on sosial science.Keywords: motivation; learn discipline; learning achievement

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to restore the nationalism that had learners in activities Paskibra SMA 105 students in East Jakarta. The method used to determine the role of extracurricular Paskibra against nationalism in self-learners is to use interviews as the primary method of data collection, and the observation and documentation as secondary data collection methods. The conclusions obtained their extracurricular Paskibra as a means to foster and increase the sense of nationalism in self-learners in SMA 105 East Jakarta. Keywords: Extracurricular; Paskibra; Nationalism
